Struttura storica con arredi delle aree comuni in stile. Nel centro di Aveiro quindi vicino a molti ristoranti, questo ne giustifica in parte l' assenza di uno interno. Nel fine settimana può risultare difficile il parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Servizi interni con tariffe un po' sopra la media.

Embora não tenha ficado hospedado neste hotel porque já não havia vagas as instalações há primeira vista pareceram-me de encher os olhos.

Very nice hotel at a great location however customer service by the front desk day shift team is none existent which heavily influenced our rating. We stayed for one night and had the following experiences:
Parking: The hotel mentions private parking on their web page as well as in their entrance area. When we arrived in the early afternoon we were told that there is no hotel parking and advised to either park in the mall, which is a 10 min walk, or find some public parking in the vicinity. Not easy on a busy public holiday. We later learned that the hotel actually has 5 parking spaces in front of the building available on a first come first serve basis, really? One of them was available and cordoned off when we arrived however it was not even offered to facilitate us unloading our family's luggage
Breakfast: We asked whether we could have an earlier breakfast on our departure day (also mentioned on their web page) and were promised a follow-up. It never happened, only when we contacted the front desk again in the later evening the attendant made it happen almost immediately, however he had not received any related information from his co-workers from the day shift.
Check-in: During check-in detailed guest information like e-mail address etc. is requested and also all guest passports are scanned. We did not notice that we did not get one of our passports back and the front desk throughout our stay did not see a necessity to alert us. Only when we had left the hotel and wanted to check in at Porto airport, a 1+h drive away, we noticed it. After a frantic search we called the hotel and very calmly they mentioned that it was still at the front desk, ready for us to pick up. We were flabbergasted as we had not received any note at our room, nor did any of the attendants at the desk we talked to in the evening or in the morning for check-out made any reference to it, nor did we receive any messages e.g. via a telephone message to the hotel room/mobile phone, or an e-mail. Needless to say that the hotel offered no support to get us the passport, we needed make arrangements, rent a car again and drive back.
It is very sad that such a nice hotel depicts so little customer service exemplified by the missing customer dedication and ignorance of the front desk day staff.

Magnifique hôtel très luxueux. De plus pour se déplacer il suffit de demander un taxi à l'accueil il arrive dans la minute. Sinon galère la bas pour trouver un taxi. Très bon petit déjeuner ! Chambre parfaite !

Fantástico. Ya teníamos una experiencia anterior muy agradable. En esta ocasión la percepción es aún mejor. Elegancia sin alardes, excelente trato y un desayuno acorde a todo ello.

Convenient to everything. Breakfast was well-appointed and the highlight. Guest Room was a bit worn with water damage clearly evident on the bathroom door, but was clean. Front desk staff was helpful but the morning person seemed to spend most of time on the phone (could be lots of phone calls from guests, not sure) and wasn’t really up to date on Christmas openings.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel inmitten des Zentrums von Aveiro. Alle guten Restaurants und Gaststätten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal und wenn man früh ankommt, bekommt man einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Schöne, gepflegte Zimmer.

Très bien, hôtel confortable idéalement placé en bordure du canal proche du centre ville. Chambres spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Bar lounge cosy, petit déjeuner copieux. Et comme bien souvent au Portugal, accueil au top.
En synthèse une très bonne adresse pour celui qui visite les environs d'Aveiro.

The location was perfect. We had a rental car so parked it across the street then they handled parking it for rest of our overnight stay.The staff and service were excellent, room was spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

My travel agent booked and prepaid this hotel for me. When we checked out, we had no bill to pay. We turned in the key cards and departed. Later that morning, my travel agent sent me an email saying that this hotel wanted my email address. I told them to give it to them.
Shortly after, I received an email from the hotel saying they wanted a credit card number from me so they could be paid for what we had taken from the minibar in the fridge, a total of €37.50.
They were accusing me of being a thief.
I don't take kindly to that.
I sent them an email saying that we used nothing from the minibar. Nothing at all.
Later that day, I got another email from the hotel saying they checked and housekeeping had made a record-keeping error. They apologized for "the nuisance", but not for insulting me and my honor and my integrity.
Now let's imagine that upon checking in at this hotel, that I had given them my credit card number. Would they have just charged that amount to my card without even asking? This sounds like a total scam to me, and I hope no one else has had this happen to them.
My wife and I have learned over the years to take photos of the room as we found it. Guess what? Here's a photo of the fridge and the minibar.
I would NEVER stay at this hotel.
I am not a thief and again this hotel has never apologized for the insult.

Excelente en general pero Un agradecimiento especial al personal de recepción quienes en todo momento estuvieron pendientes del aparcamiento del coche ya que aunque tiene poco aparcamiento, ellos se hacen cargo del pago del mismo y, cuando pueden lo mueven a sus plazas.

El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta. A 30 min de la estación de tren y de la estación de autobuses, este hotel tiene una zona muy bonita tanto de día como de noche. Con solo cruzar la acera podras coger el autobús a la playa. ATENCIÓN. Si vas a la playa, ten en cuenta que a la vuelta te va tocar esperar en atasco. La playa se encuentra en una isla con sólo 2 puentes para salir. Nosotros cogimos el autobus y tardamos 3h de llegar de la playa al hotel. Salimos a las 6.30 y llegamos a las 9.30 pm. A mediados de agosto.

A very clean, tastefully furnished hotel with friendly and helpful staff in an excellent location.Stayed in the Presidential Suite - Lounge/Dining Room:Bedroom:Dressing area: very spacious, modern bathroom.It was almost perfect except for :1) Light sensor in hall was very annoying during the night - just turning in bed was enough to turn on the bright light far less one of us trying to walk to the bathroom. Did solve it on the 2nd night by putting a slipper over sensor.2) Despite several mirrors throughout the suite, none were in areas with suitable lighting to put on makeup. The magnifying mirror in bathroom had been installed so high up on wall it was useless for makeup and for my husband to shave. 3) A computer had been installed in the lounge - However USB and/or electrical sockets at this area would have have been very useful at this desk.4) We were fortunate with parking as one of the hotels spaces was free when we arrived. With the exception of Sunday when public parking bays were closed for an exhibition, there would have been spaces close to hotel. This hotel could so easily be 5*

Das Moliceiro Hotel biete ausser sehr hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer eine freundliche und hilfreiche Behandlung an der Rezeption und ein ausgiebiges und reichhaltiges Frühstücks-buffet. Die Lage ist excellent, Parkplätze sind knapp, aber mit etwas Glück kann man seinen Wagen kostenlos direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hotel ideal, bien situado, con los canales enfrente, habitaciónes amplias modernas y limpias, desayuno espectacular,con café café de verdad, el personal muy atento y profesional, si hay un pero es que los aparcamientos que hay cerca del hotel en días de diario son de pago y los feriados y festivos están llenos de los típicos aparca coches molestos, pero el centro comercial está a 5 minutos y no es muy caro dejar el coche ,15 € el día completo, en resumen totalmente recomendable!!!

인테리어는 고급스럽고 방은 꽤 넓습니다. 하지만 운하뷰로 예약했는데 운하는 좌측으로 30도 정도 보이고 나머지 정면은 공원이네요. 게다가 방음이 전혀 안되서 시끄럽고 주변에 공원 술집이 있는데다 대학생들이 많은 지역이라 그런지 새벽 늦게까지 소리지르고 시끄러워요. 트립어드바이저 1위라서 그냥 예약했는데 아베이루팰리스 호텔이 더 나았을 것 같아요. 위치도 운하 건너 이동하는데 아베이루팰리스가 더 편해 보여요. 근데 참 조식은 맛있었어요.

Friendly staff ... accommodating and helpful.. we were upgraded at no cost and the breakfast buffet was great, a little bit of everything for everyone.. lets not forget the complimentary dessert and Port wine!

Hotel acolhedor com excelente localização, os funcionários muito simpáticos ( principalmente os da recepção e bar), a limpeza dos quartos muito boa, e pequeno almoço excelente. Estadia de uma noite - pacote romântico.

Booked for a nights stay between Lagos and the Duero River. So we booked without much knowledge of Aveiro and Moliceiro. We were happily surprised w both. Located centrally, it was a great hotel. Would recommend to anyone. Reasonably priced. Beds were pretty firm/hard though.

Great location, right in the center of Aveiro. Room decor is a bit dated but still acceptable. Staff are very helpful.

Hotel muy céntrico, en zona vieja, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, y al lado del canal. Personal un 10, yo tuve un percance con el coche y todo fueron buenas intenciones, intentando resolver todo problema o duda. Desayuno abundante y variado.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil Aveiro in der Reiseliteratur als das Venedig Portugalsbeschrieben wurde, aber das ist stark übertrieben. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.Das Hotel lag direkt am Kanal.

El hotel está muy bien en general, la instalaciones genial, el desayuno variado. Quizás es un poco caro, pero seguramente repetiré si vuelvo a Aveiro.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit Top-Service. Liegt direkt im Zentrum. Hat nur beschränkte eigene Parkplätze, war aber kein grosses Problem. Von hier aus bieten sich zahlreiche Ausflugsziele an (auch mit der Bahn).

this hotel is as good as any 5star.a lot of thought has gone into every room.beautiful decor and furniture.helpful staff ,terrific pianist nightly,lovely breakfast.couldnt fault it
