Muy sencillo. El wifi no llega a la habitación y se lo dijimos al de la recepción. Nos dijo que había ido un técnico a mirar pero seguía igual. Lo único bueno es que estamuy bien situado. Aunque no repetiría la verdad.

Me surpreendi positivamente com o hotel. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, decoração típica portuguesa muito bonita, recepção e áreas comuns muito organizadas, limpas e bem cuidadas. Quarto e banheiros espaçosos, com limpeza impecável e muito confortáveis. Café da manhã incluso com não muitas opções, mas tudo gostoso. O único porém foi o sinal de wifi no quarto, que quase não existia. Fora isso, estadia perfeita.

We stayed at hotel internacional for three nights. The location is amazing if you wanna do sightseeing since you can walk everywhere. The room was small but very nice. There was a bit of mould in the ceiling of the bathroom which could be easily removed. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

A perfect place to stay in downtown Porto! Right off the main plaza but actually very quiet. Conveniently close to everything we wanted to see. (Parking (we chose the public lot to save a few bucks) was a few blocks away but once our car was there we walked everywhere). The hotel restaurant looked good but there were so many great options nearby that we didn’t have the chance to try it. Service was friendly and helpful

Excellent position for my travelling needs, staff were nothing but helpful. Cost was affordable and beds were comfy. Bar and restaurant were exceptional, when I travel back I will definitely stay here again.

Trato genial por parte de los empleados, esta en pleno centro de oporto lo que facilita mucho a la hora de moverse y visitar la ciudad. El buffet esta muy bien, buena variedad de productos, la habitación genial, la cama muy cómoda y el baño y la ducha muy amplio. Lo único es que no hay zona para aparcar gratuito, pero encontramos un parking a 10 min andando que costaba 8 euros el día en el centro comercial via catarina, lo más barato que vimos por la zona, el hotel te ofrece uno a 2 min pero vale 20 euros el día.

Excellent hotel in a very good location. It served as an excellent base for a weekend break in this lovely city. We were extremely happy with the service, too, we were always treated with courtesy. Everything in the room worked well and it was cleaned thoroughly.
I have two complaints - one is relatively minor: the breakfast was mediocre, not bad, but not good either. Just very basic. We didn't really mind this. The price of the room was low, and breakfast places in the area are ridiculously cheap and good, so it just gave us an opportunity to explore more.
The other is the comfort of the pillows and the size of the quilt (comforter). It could definitely use an upgrade in that department.

O Hotel Internacional é extremamente bem localizado. Fica em uma rua paralela à Avenida dos Aliados, a poucos metros da Praça da Liberdade. É próximo da Estação de São Bento e de importantes pontos turísticos da cidade. O hotel não é luxuoso, mas é limpo e os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos. Possui um bom restaurante e o pequeno-almoço, ou café da manhã, é razoável. O isolamento acústico dos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar. Bom hotel.

Personale cortese e disponibile. Camere confortevoli e pulite con bagno grande rivestito in marmo rosa Portogallo. Colazione buona. Vicino a tutti i luoghi da visitare, quindi non occorre prendere mezzi di trasporto.Al piano terra ci sono il bar e il ristorante funzionanti che in periodi festivi con tutti i locali chiusi possono tornare utili. Nella mia camera non c'è il frigo bar però non non ne ho avvertito l'assenza.

The hotel staff were exceedingly helpful. The building inside is very quaint, however the rooms and breakfast are basic, but clean. Our room was very small, but we were moved to another room without any hesitation. The location is great, plenty of transport links and easy walking distance.

Hotel was in a very good location. So close to everything - we only used the metro to get to and from the airport. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Room was quite small and basic (no fridge) but comfortable. Bit noisy if you keep the windows open but was ok for what we needed.

We, three Irish ladies, had a fabulous stay at this hotel last week. The staff were so friendly and courteous. The receptionists especially gave plenty of information to help us have a memorable short break. The location could not be better, central to all activities and exciting night life. We would recommend this hotel to all tourists and look forward to a return visit.

Zimmer soweit ok, allerdings ist der Kleiderschrank mit Ersatzbettwäsche angefüllt. Frühstück dürftig - Eierpulver, 1 Sorte Schinken und Käse. Für diesen Preis insgesamt nicht ok.

Hôtel bien situé avec un accueil très sympathique cependant concernant la chambre rien ne va plus..
La chambre était minuscule, nous n’avons pu ouvrir qu’une seule valise sur les deux et l’une des deux prises sur les tables de chevet ne fonctionnait pas.
A savoir : pas de réfrigérateur ni de bouilloire.
A la place de la vue sur une petite rue de Porto nous avons eu une vue sur la réserve du restaurant de l’hôtel, la chambre n’avait donc aucune luminosité.
En vu de « l’insonorisation » des chambres, le petit déjeuner devient un réveil obligatoire à 9h avec des bruits incessants : eau de la chasse d’eau des voisins, discussion, claquement de portes.
Pour finir, la femme de ménage est rentrée 20 min dans la chambre avant le checkout sans frapper.

Отель 3 звёзды, хотя Booking выдает его за 4 звёзды. Стандартный отель, отменное расположение. В 2-х минутах ходьбы одна из центральных площадей. Вокруг огромное количество магазинчиков и кафешек. Завтрак достойный и обильный. До старого Порту 10-15 минут медленной хоть бы. До реки 20 минут. Совсем рядом (на площади) - конечная остановка всех экскурсионных автобусов, 3 маршрута которых познакомят вас со всем Порту.

The hotel is very quaint. I love that it’s small and hosts just a few people at a time. The decor is beautiful in the common areas. The room was perfect for one person, but would have been a bit too small if there were two of us. Breakfast was satisfactory and had good choices. The restroom door in my room did not close all the way. It would’ve been an issue if there was more than just me. The shower head sprays all over the place (in and out of the shower, but can probably be easily fixed (room 313). Also, the window did not open properly and at times the room got quite a bit humid. The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the options in pillow types. The location is perfect and just walking distance from literally everything.

Bon service, chambre spacieuse, mais vielle décoration et humide. il utilise encore les clés non magnétique donc il faut les remettre à chaque fois que nous quittons l'hôtel et les récupérer au retour.

Little hotel, will not be back. They were not upfront about their fees if you reserved online clarify the price and fees as soon as you arrive. I was charged nearly double my booking reservation price at check out. The room was was small but clean, could feel the springs in the bed but seemed ok, neighbor was smoking and making a lot of noise in his room. Breakfast and the man working at breakfast was wonderful. However the night desk shift fell asleep out of view of the front door and I was locked out until able to to wake them as you cannot leave with your key and the door bell was not waking him. After a long wait thinking he may be in the bathroom I began pounding on the door and then he almost immediately arrived but it was clear to see he had just awoke. I would not return and left with a very frustrated and bad experience and for what they charged I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel, bigger room etc. Next time I will book another location. I wish everyone else better luck.

La ubicación es perfecta, desde el hotel sales directamente a la plaza de la Libertad, a dos pasos de la estación San Benito, de la catedral.... El personal muy amable, especialmente Ana en la recepción, siempre dispuesta a asesorarte y la persona que está en el comedor ( siento no saber su nombre) que siempre te recibe con una sonrisa. En cuanto a las prestaciones del hotel hay que tener en cuenta que es muy correcto para el precio que se paga. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a repetir. Gracias por hacer la estancia aún más agradable.

To start with I was allowed to check in slightly earlier which was a bonus. The rooms were fine - basic but adequate and the bathroom was clean & shower superb!Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and a big Thankyou to the ladies on reception who helped me purchase my Boavista match tickets online .The metro station Aliados is 5 mins walk away max. A bit hilly walking back from the river but I would definitely recommend this for a low cost stay

The hotel is in a quiet side street, just off one of the main squares in Porto. It is really handy to walk to nearly all the main tourist attractions, although we hadn’t realised Porto was so hilly. Very close to a couple of railway stations. Receptionists were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Rooms ok, beds comfy, where we were it was very quiet. Breakfast is help yourself. Good range of breads, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, not much cooked and a bit basic. Didn’t eat dinner there as there are hundreds of places to eat. Very enjoyable stay, lots to do in Porto.

Wir waren im Hotel Internacional für einen Kurztrip mit 3 Übernachtungen. Sehr schönes Ambiente, wi e wir es von den Fotos erwartet haben. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Einziger Punkt, den man bemängeln könnte war, dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig waren.

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr zentral gelegenen und ist sehr gepflegt.Das Personal ist sehr nett undhilfsbereit.Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber.Einzig das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und lieblos.Speziell der Kaffee wird noch inBlechkanister serviert,wie vor30 Jahren (ist auch sehr schlecht)!Generell das Frühstück ist schlecht!Unbedingt das Hotel ohne Frühstück buchen, in der Umgebung könnenSie überall frühstücken!

Прекрасный отель, создающий правильное настроение от Порто: удобное расположение, не перенаселенный, чистый (чувствуется недавний ремонт), дружелюбный. Вполне сносный завтрак: все основное есть, очень вкусная национальная выпечка. Соседство с Hard Rock cafe компенсируется двумя полицейскими, несущими круглосуточную вахту на углу соседнего дома. В парковке в одном квартале от отеля - спеццена: 15 евро за сутки парковки машины (правда, только в низкий сезон). Отличное соотношение "цена-качество". Мои самые лучшие рекомендации.

Hotel definitely requires siłę major renovation. I would not give this hotel more than 2 stars although the room was clean but very small. The hotel is in very distress shape. The breakfast is cheap and food selection aweful. It is hard to get some sleep due to noise from other rooms, squicky floors and people partying at the near by Hard Rock Cafe.

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel (ehemals ein Konvent aus dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert wurde mir gesagt). Sehr gutes Preiseistungsverhältnis. Entgegen früherer Postings spricht das freundliche Personal sehr gut Englisch. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant tadellos.

The hotel is in a historical building and it has got very interesting architectural. The location of the hotel is great. It’s close to many restaurants and historical sites. The staff were fantastic. Hôtel bien situé.Personnel à laccueil très sympathique, ce qui ne fût pas le cas de de celui présent à notre départ. Un bon lifting, tout en gardant le caractère de lhôtel, pourrait être le bienvenu ... Expérience plutôt positive dans lensemble, à deux points près :Tout dabord un Rapport Prix/Surface-Etat des chambres très très élevé. Dautre part, nous avons oublié une montre à notre départ. Dès que nous nous en sommes aperçus, nous avons téléphoné à lhôtel, qui nous a confirmé avoir retrouvé le bijou. Quand notre fille est passé trois semaines plus tard pour récupérer la montre, munie de nos cartes didentité, lobjet était et est resté introuvable ... Inadmissible dans un hôtel qui se veut 3 étoiles !!!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Das Hotel selbst strahlt den Charme längst vergangener Zeiten aus. Trotz analoger Türschlüssel mit den entsprechenden Türen wird den Gästen ein uneingeschränktes Wlan zur Verfügeung gestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht von besonderer Qualität, aber das war uns nicht so wichtig. Als Ausgangspunkt für städtische Exkursionen ist dieses Hotel bestens geeignet. Bei Fragen und Tips steht einem das Hotel Personal stets hilfsbereit zur Verfügung.

Normal. Demasiado ruido en las habitaciones. El problema mayo,por lo menos para mi,que no es ruido exterior sino interior (de las otras habitaciones). Por el resto muy bien es muy centrico, perfecto si vas pocos dias y quieres aprovechar el tiempo, el desayuno bien y los/las emplead@s del hotel muy agradables.

Sehr nettes Personal und ein schönes Zimmer. Alles sehr nah und viele Orte der Stadt sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Aber Rezensionen, die sich über die Lautstärke beschweren kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Sobald man die Fenster fest schließt, ist es gar kein Problem.
Dass ansonsten abends noch etwas los ist auf den Straßen ist bei einem zentral gelegenen Hotel ganz normal. Ich kann es nur empfehlen

Hôtel qui a du charme, bonne situation.le personnel était très sympathique et serviable à la réception. Les points négatifs: Chambre très petite, baignoire de poche, non respect de ce que nous avions réservé par téléphone auprès du manager Fernando, nous avons eu deux petits lits au lieu d'un grand...dommage pour un week end romantique ! un manager pas agréable et desinvesti. Des tarifs variables du simple au double suivant le taux d'occupation.(info non verifiable) nous avons été déçus.

Breakfast was OK, small choice in my view. Rooms were small and bit dated. Shower and bathroom good.
Generally clean and good central location but rated down for the price we paid and breakfast not served until 7.45 which is quite late start considering the 36C during the day you want to start walking early.

Gostei deste Hotel quanto estive cá hospedado. As pessoas da recepção foram muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Os quartos eram confortáveis. Recomendo é que as casas de banho sejam alvo de alguma renovação. Não obstante, o quarto e casa de banho estavam muitos limpos.

The reception and hall were really beautiful and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, beyond expectation.
The breakfast was ok if a little cake-heavy.
The location is good, very central and close to local bars and restaurants etc.
There was repair work going on at the time so during the day it was very noisy, but that's fine if you're not there!

This hotel is an excellent choice as base from which to explore the beautiful city of Porto. Its central location means that all of the citys most famous and popular sights and attractions are within walking distance. It is a very comfortable and clean hotel and provides all that it promises. Facilities are more than adequate and all that is required when the focus of the visit is the city itself. Staff, particularly on Reception, are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is adequate and the buffet is kept well stocked. Overall the hotel provides very good value for money. Porto itself is a wonderful city providing many charms and pleasures beyond all the well known attractions.

Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich. Nach der ersten (lauten) Nacht beschwerte ich mich und man bot mir sofort ein ruhigeres Zimmer an. Aber nicht nur das, da wir Tickets für einen frühen Zug hatten, konnte ich meine Sachen nicht mehr zusammenpacken. Man sagte mir, ich solle mir keine Sorgen, und in der Tat, als wir abends zurückkehrten, waren sämtliche Sachen in dem neuen Zimmer.

Wer den Charme schöner alter Hotels liebt ist hier richtig. Liebevolle Details. Nicht perfekt und nicht stylisch modern. Über kleine Unzulänglichkeiten kann man gerne hinwegsehen bei der zentralen Lage. Einzig das Hardrock Café gegenüber lässt den Tipp zu, Zimmer in eine andere Richtung zu bevorzugen. Doch die Fenster schließen gut. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sauber.

Dans une rue ou il ny a pas trop de passage, mais près dun hard rock café qui peut laisser croire quil peut y avoir du bruit...Le personnel est super. Le petit déjeuner aussi. Notre chambre était petite, le lit double petit également et la literie désastreuse, mais ce nest peut être pas le cas de toutes les chambres...

Es un hotel con una ubicación inmejorable, pero su interior está un poco desfasado. El personal es encantador y te facilitan tu estancia en todo lo que pueden, el mobiliario es bastante antiguo, faltan puntos de luz en la habitación, almohadas en condiciones y un baño más cómodo y acondicionado. El desayuno está bastante bien, no hay mucha variedad pero está todo rico.

Lhôtel est très bien situé, en centre ville. Le personnel daccueil est très efficace, très accueillant. Mention spéciale à Sonia Petronia qui nous a aidé après avoir perdu un papier didentité lors du voyage. Lensemble du Personnel est souriant et prêt à rendre service. Lhôtel est dans un beau bâtiment mais mériterait de faire des améliorations au niveau de la salle de bain.Le petit-déjeuner est classique avec en plus un gâteau fait maison et puis différents petits gâteaux.

Wir waren 7 Tage in Porto. Eine wunderschöne Stadt. Wer Portugiesisch, Englisch, Spanisch und Französisch spricht hat ein Vorteil. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erkunden aber auch mit der alten Straßenbahn (sind 3); mit dem Metro oder Bus. Wirklich sehr schön!

Habitaciones enanas no lo siguiente ,el ruido de los pasos era un estruendo , parecía que estaban en tu habitación, y el baño que decir pequeño y muy mala distribución se inundaba todo, y por último nos ponen párking , que hacían precio por estar alojados ahí, pues desde las 14:00h hasta las 8:00h es decir ni un día 15€, cuando había párking todo el día por 6€ ,lo único bueno la situación.yo no volvería

O quarto era bom, confortável com boa limpeza. o pequeno-almoço era muito bom, diversificado e o café era igualmente muito bom. Gostámos muito do bolo caseiro assim como dos croissants. Os funcionários da recepção são muito prestáveis e simpáticos: são cinco estrelas. Se voltarmos ao Porto escolheremos este Hotel.

Central location in walking distance of old town Porto. Friendly staff, great historical decoration inside, great interior design. Just walking the hotel floor gives you a museum feeling.

En líneas generales es un buen hotel para 3 estrellas, el personal del hotel es amable y agradable, buen servicio de desayuno tipo buffet, el edificio es bonito por dentro y está bien decorado en las partes comunes, la habitación que nos dieron (308), no estaba mal, pero necesita una remodelación de sanitarios, grifería, cortinajes, y puerta de entrada con otro tipo de cerradura...si corrigen estos aspectos, el hotel podría ser todavía más atractivo.

Aspectos negativos: Instalaciones desfasadas y antiguas. Habitación no muy limpia, manchas de humedad en las paredes. Cuarto de baño sucio y oscuro (moho incluido en la cortina de la bañera). Pasillos e interior del hotel descuidado y algo sucio, luces fundidas, alfombras sucias.
Aspectos positivos: Habitación luminosa, céntrico. Solo estuvimos una noche, cambiamos de hotel al día siguiente. Nada recomendable.

My family spent 4 nights here, and overall the stay was good. The staff was some of the friendliest we've ever come across, they always smiled and talked with our extremely curious 4 year old daughter. The hotel itself is right outside the central square in Porto, so it's easy to hop on any of the metro, tourist buses, and city buses because they all stop within a few hundred feet of the hotel. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, don't expect flat screen TVs or reliable internet - the wireless wouldn't obtain an IP address half the time despite being the closest room to it, but when I statically assigned it after successfully connecting the second night, I had less issues. The breakfast consisted of cheese, ham/sausage, croissants, fruits, cakes, cereal, yogurt, and coffee. We ate at the restaurant one night, and weren't all that impressed. The sausage appetizer was good, it contained 4 or 5 types of sausages, but other than that we weren't too impressed with the "fried chicken" or the steak. Honestly we didn't expect a Michelin star meal since we weren't ordering traditional Portuguese food, but I didn't expect fried chicken to be mostly joints with little to no meat on them. So other than the internet and restaurant deficiencies, I'd say we enjoyed our stay. We had no problem with noise, and the location makes it well worth the stay.
