Buena ubicación. No hay prácticamente lugar para estacionar siquiera brevemente el vehículo del cliente para bajar las maletas. Personal atento. Habitación con graves carencias de comodidad. Por ej: no hay mesita de luz: sólo un cilindro de 30 cm de diámetro sin cajones. Del otro lado de la cama matrimonial, una chapa mínima(supuesta mesita de luz) sobre la cual hay otra de medio metro cuadrado que pretende ser el escritorio. Pedimos un banquito para apoyar lo que debería ir en los cajones inexistentes. No tenían nada para ofrecer ni se preocuparon por la falencia. Y eso que estuvimos cinco noches. Definitivamente, le sobran dos estrellas y cobrar 150 Euros la noche es un exceso.

Very overpriced, room extremely small. Unclear why it has four stars. Wifi only intermittent and staff not interested- explanation 'windows 10 is a problem'. Clearly not a very helpful response. Clean, some nice staff, good location, breakfast ok. Accor hotel chain continues its decline. Never fails to disaappoint.

La recepción, servicio y personal de 4 estrellas, pero las habitaciones de 3 justitas. Es verdad que parecía que estaban reformando una parte y tal vez mejore en el futuro, pero me decepcionaron las dos habitaciones. La zona muy céntrica para moverte pero por la noche era punto de reunión de borrachos y drogatas.

Hôtel très bien placé au cœur de Porto.
Cependant, notre chambre était mal finie (murs abimés, miroir de la salle de bain qui bouge) et l’isolation était proche du néant : nous entendions le voisin ronfler !
À 130€ la nuit, il y a d’autres hôtels mieux équipés. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos flatteuses.
Heureusement, l’équipe de l’hôtel a été réactive et nous a proposé une chambre pour que nous puissions finir notre nuit au calme.
2 étoiles pour l'emplacement et l'équipe réactive.

Завтраки отличные! Номера требуют ремонта. Мало света. Воздух очень сухой в номере. Проветрить его невозможно. Вид на соседние окна и рядом работает вентиляция. Размер номера хороший, кровати удобные.

立地条件がよく、フロントが親切。朝食のエッグタルトが美味しかった。部屋は適度な広さで、バスルームもきれい。唯一の欠点は他の部屋の水の音がかなりよく聞こえたこと。

Un hôtel qui n'est pas plus cher, que certains local, vraiment propre, accessible, à proximité de la gare et du centre ville de Porto. L'hôtel est très agréable et convivial avec un grand confort et un grand plaisir de voyager avec ses proches. L'accueil chaleureux irréprochable... Je vous le recommande.

The seagulls get too close to the room, a net or spikes could help to keep them away, during the night and in the morning they are annoying. Anna and Lia at the Reception are great, specially Anna, if you have any questions, she will help you with the best recommendations, Lia reccomend a really nice restaurant:-) Monika was friendly too. The only thing that bothered me was the razors they provided, it is my own fault not bringing mine, but those cut my face badly:-(. We are coming back in October, we love Porto!

Nice place to stay in the centre of the city. Porto really nice city to visit. Even from the window of hotel you may see how beautiful it is. As for drawback would be price near 100 eu, also breakfast could be better for that price. Any way room is cozy and nice.

séjour du 19 au 22 février, nous tenons à remercier le personnel qui est très réactif et d'une grande amabilité. Le séjour a été très confortable.
Le seul bémol est que cet hôtel mérite d'avoir un restaurant tenu par un chef lorsque les travaux d'aménagement de ce dernier seront terminés.

다만....차가 없는 여행객들에게는 상벤투역에서 걸어올라오기에ㅜ아주 최악의 장소에 있다고 할 수 있지여ㅠㅠ 흑흑 그냥걸어도 지옥계단인데 거기에 캐리어까지
끌고오느라 죽는줄 알았어요.. 첫인상부터 힘들어서 기분이 확나쁘더라구요........ 암튼 그랬어요...

상벤투역에서 엄청 가까운데
올라가는길은 언덕이라 23키로 짐끌고 올라가기엔 좀 힘들었네요

Bon hotel de la marque Mercure. Très bien situé par rapport au centre de Porto. Tout est accessible à pied. Sinon le bus passe en bas de l'hôtel et le métro est à 5 minutes à pieds.
Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute.
Attention : tout le monde ne parle par français.
Prix abordable en fonction des périodes.
Il manquerait toute fois à minima une salle de sport.

Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles : chambre dépouillée de toute décoration, pas de chausson ni de peignoir, pas de balai aux WC, pas de geste daccueil (bouteille deau, fruit.. ou autre), literie déplorable : sommier qui craque et matelas dur comme une planche de bois, oreillers achi durs, seule bonne note linsonorisation !!!

Hotel bien situado. Personal amabilísimo. La tercera cama no estuvo preparada hasta última hora del día que llegamos. La limpieza no se hizo el día 23 hasta por la tarde sobre las 18:00 y porque nos quejamos. La habitación 418 tiene una ventana a un patio interior y un ventanuco minúsculo. Muy poca luz natural.

Gros problème d'insonorisation. Chambre juste à côté des caissons de ventilation extérieure. On se croirait dans un avion. La ventilation s'arrête à 00h30 et repend à 6h. Les nuits sont courtes et pas reposantes.

Como todos los Mercure tienen un buen nivel (categoría equivalente a 4*). La recepción muy bien con personal atento, agradable y siempre ayudando. Ls habitación amplia y limpia. El Restaurante bastante bien, con personal muy atento. La estancia muy positiva aunque el servicio e habitaciones un poco desorgsnizado.

Hotel muy bien situado en el centro. Como todos los Mercure tienen un nivel equivalente a 4*. Recepcion con personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Restaurante bien con personal atento y con ganas de agradar. La habitacion amplia y comoda. El unico punto negativo ha sido la desorganizacion del servicio de habitaciones con erratico horario para arreglarlas.

얼리버드용으로 낮은가격에 내놓은걸 선점한줄알았다. 그러나 원래 싼방이 걸린듯. 아니 팔면 안되는 방이 걸린듯. 방은넓으나 가구가 제대로 없고 옷장은 코트 2개겨우 걸만큼 비좁고 무엇보다 창이 없다. 간유리로 되있어서 밖이 안보임. 욕실은 크고 좋았다. 아침과일은 너무 신선하지 않음. 언덕때문에 상밴투 역과 전혀 연결안됨. 그래서 관광지와는 은근 멀다. 우버계속이용.

Lo único bueno la ubicación. Personal muy poco profesional, maleducado. No esta preparado el desayuno para atender un grupo grande. La habitación no se corresponde a un cuatro estrellas: pequeñísima, ocupada en su totalidad por la cama, sin una mesa, solo una mesilla,parecía una cueva, con unos paneles en lugar de cortinas en las ventanas.......

Noisy but clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Beautiful view from our room.
Dusty lamps in the room, no bathrobe, rusty details in the bathroom, the coffee and milk pots from the room service were not washed well. Stinky.
Little details but important for a 4 star ⭐️ Hotel, sorry! Beside all that the room was very clean an the hotel has a very good location!

黒ぶちメガネの女性スタッフが特に親切でした。チェックインの際、翌日AGUEDAまでの時刻表;PORTOサンベント発と経由地であるAVEIRO)を印刷してくれました。翌朝私が(アゲダでなく)Coimbraへ行きたい。チェックインの際は慌てて伝え間違えたと言うと、快く再び時刻表を用意してくれた。朝ごはんの種類もあり、おいしかった。特にペストリーのCarrot Cakeしっとり美味でした。

Stayed here for two nights. Couldn’t sleep on the first night as the air conditioner begun to release noises in the midnight and that kept on startling us. Hotel staff promptly changed the room for us the next morning and the room came with a huge washroom. Room view is stunning and the room is clean. Location is close to train station.

El hotel está muy bien situado tiene muy buena combinación para ir andando a todos los sitios de interés, la única pega es que la habitación 218 que nos dieron parecía que estabas en un zulo sin ninguna luz natural, pedimos que nos la cambiarán y la que nos dieron que no había otra la unica era la 420 la habitación en si no estaba mal pero el lavabo estaba adaptado para minusválidos el bufet estaba bien

Hotel moderno y muy completo, se nota que pertenece a una cadena. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy amables en recepción.
Habitación muy amplia, limpia, igual que el baño. La nuestra tenía vistas a toda la ciudad.
El desayuno, de bufet, muy completo. gran variedad de frutas, panes, fiambres, etc. También comida caliente (verduras plancha, huecos revueltos, beicon, salchichas, crepes...). Surtido dulce y buen café.
Solo tengo dos quejas del servicio de habitaciones: hacen mucho ruido y hablan muy alto. Además, por la tarde entran a la habitación para algo del minibar o para traer las toallas que por la mañana se les han acabado: aunque llaman antes de entrar, resulta incómodo que te molesten en la siesta .
De todas formas lo recomiendo. Si vuelvo a Oporto, repetiré hotel.

Doskonale zlokalizowany hotel - w samym sercu starego Porto. Kilka minut piechotą dotrzemy na nadrzeczny bulwar i most Louis’a I.
Bardzo przyjazny zespół w recepcji, chętnie pomogą zaplanować spacer i kolację.
Budynku w okolicy wymagają solidnego remontu s ulice wysprzątania, ale takie jest całe stare Porto.
W nic Świętojańską zabawa ba placu przed hotelem trwa do białego rana, grille z sardynkami rozstawione są praktycznie na każdym rogu.

Nos deram um quarto super pequeno não havia carregador de mala tivemos que leva las para o quarto onde não havia lugar para coloca las.. tive que ir a portaria reclamar e prometeram que no dia seguinte nos colocariam em outro quarto e cumpriram com a promessa lugar muito feio e o estacionamento longe do hotel..E o preco da diária foi bem mais que outros hotéis que ficamos hospedados. O café da manhã era bom.

Hotel is centrally located, just walking distance to any where. Near to Luis Bridge as well. Alot of good restaurants in the surroundings. There's one cafe to the left of hotel, has very good pasteis de Nata!
Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Toilet is clean but without toilet brush, not good for house keeping staff.
Breakfast is really good, from warm to cold food, fruits, pastries and juices. Some days the chef will walk around to serve fleshly baked pasteis de Nata ohlala!

Eu e meu esposo nos hospedamos no Mercure Centro Porto do dia 05 a 14/03/2020. Gostamos muito do atendimento dos funcionários, com destaque especial para a funcionária Ana. Não temos do que reclamar de nada e numa outra oportunidade que viajarmos a Porto, com certeza nos hospedaremos lá.
Quartos amplos, muito bem limpos, ótimo café da manhã, frigobar com muitos mimos pra os hóspedes, sem nenhum custo. Nossos parabéns a toda equipe.

Particulièrement bien placé en ultra centre au début de la Rue Santa Catarina, dès notre arrivée nous avons été reçus avec bienveillance, notre chambre était très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la ville, au 6eme étage nous avons pu profiter de la petite terrasse.
Nous souhaitons remercier le personnel de la réception particulièrement sympathique et serviable, parlant Français, leurs conseils ont été toujours judicieux.

Отель расположен на столько удобно, что от него можно пешком обрати весь центр Порту. Дойти до пятисотого автобуса и доехать до океана. Сам отель с прекрасным видом на город. Можно выйти на небольшой огород на крыше. Номера уютные, есть всё необходимое. В Порту уже четвертый раз, в следующий раз остановимся здесь.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Accueil chaleureux malgré les circonstances actuelles un peu spéciales. Notre suite était très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée sur la fourniture des boissons (eaux, softs, cafés...).
Si nous avions un P. point à améliorer, ce serait la propreté de la chambre qui n’était pas optimale. Joints sales dans la sale de bains, cheveux et taches sur les draps,...
Situation optimale pour visiter Porto à pied.

We chose this hotel because of it's central location, allbeit on one of the more elevated parts of the city.. Most things are reachable on foot if you don't mind the hills. Taxis plentiful and cheap if you need a ride.
Everything is good value, particularly food.
For sightseeing, we opted for a 2 day hop-on, hop-off ticket, plus Poer winery tour, and river trip. Bus tour fairly unexciting, but took us out of city to beach, then we walked back along seafront and riverbank.
Weather warm (mid-March), needed shorts and sun-cream.

Booked a double room, was given 2 singles, but that was fine. Booked breakfast, was told it hadn't been included, paid for another.
Other than that, the staff were consistently fantastic, especially the bar and restaurant staff, but front desk also couldn't help us enough.
Based on staff alone: 10/10
Location was great for our needs. Very tidy and clean rooms. Well stocked and modern looking.
Would stay there again.

O Mercure Porto Centro Hotel é um dos nossos hotéis de eleição quando nos deslocamos ao Porto para passar alguns dias de férias. Trata-se de um hotel bem localizado e com boas instalações, tendo em conta que foi renovado há não muito tempo. O staff é bastante prestável e simpático, o que nos faz gostar ainda mais da nossa estadia!

Pobyt w hotelu Mercure Porto Centro należał do bardzo udanych. Pokój był gotowy od godziny 12.00, check in i check out przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. Pokój nowoczesny, czysty, świetnie wyposażony i przestrony z pięknym widokiem na Porto. Obsługa rewelacyjna. Sala śniadaniowa/ restauracja Bicicleta bardzo ładna z przyjemnym designem, wieloma przytulnymi miejscami do siedzenia i pięknym widokiem. Śniadanie bardzo ładnie podane, smaczne, duży wybór produktów śniadaniowych. Obsługa sali podczas śniadania rewelacyjna.
Idealna lokalizacje sprawia że hotel jest łatwo dostępny po przyjeździe z lotniska. Dwie stacje metra oraz stacja kolejowa są bardzo blisko hotelu. Dostęp do wielu atrakcji miast również jest bardzo łatwy, np przejście do katedry czy na most to kilkuminutowy spacer. W pobliżu jest wiele sklepów i klimatycznych kafejek. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w Mercure Porto Centro i napewno tam ponownie wrócę.

Fiquei hospedada no Mercure Porto em janeiro de 2020. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas poderia ter gelatina como o Ibis Lisboa Saldanha oferece. Fiquei decepcionada com o fornecimento de água quente no período compreendido entre os dias 21/01/2020 e 24/01/2020, pois nos dias 22 e 23, das 12 horas às 18 horas, ficamos sem água quente em pleno inverno europeu. Não pude tomar banho à tarde. Tive que tomar somente à noite. Um absurdo! Nunca, nem mesmo no Brasil que é um país tropical com clima quente, tive uma experiência tão negativa! Obrigada.

Hotel com excelente localização, o que nos possibilitou um deslocamento fácil e rápido às principais atrações da cidade (no máximo 30 min a pé).O hotel em si: os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O café da manhã (pequeno almoço) apesar de ser pago por fora é excelente. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. O acesso aos elevadores com controle por cartão. Hotel moderno. Bom hotel, com ótima localização, muito bom atendimento, mas as comidas são caras e eu e minha esposa fomos colocados em quarto com camas separadas (horrível), café da manhã é pago por fora e é caro. Mas valeu pela água aromatizada e pelas maçãs na entrada do hotel. Se a nossa cama tivesse sido de casal, eu daria quatro estrelas. Achei caro pelo que me apresentou.

Destaco poseer cochera en una zona dificil!

Das Hotel ist ok. Was ich beanstande ist die Tatsache dass füSr einen Reisenden mit Hund Ihr Hotel nicht mehr in Frage kommt da Sie Hunde nicht mehr akzeptieren. Dass ich mit meinem Hund in früheren Jahren unterkommen konnte war der wesentlichste Grund für mich in Spanien und Portugal ein hotel der Accorgruppe auszuwählen. Auch die Standardgarage ist unzumutbar da man (zumindest ich) mit einem grossen Fahrzeug wie mein Jaguar XF Sportbrake gar nicht hineinkommt. Dass mir dann eine Alternativgarage anbot, die gut zu befahren ist, war ein schwacher Trost. Der erste Eindruck war schlecht.

En primer lugar es un hotel con unas habitaciones muy pequeñas, parecen ratoneras, no tiene parking o solo para 15 coches, se oían los ruidos de los bares de abajo, la atencion del restaurante deficiente, teníamos media pensión, se confundieron y nos dieron un menu de 10 euros, me hicieron firmar por 42 euros, no nos dieron otras opciones para elergir, cuando se dieron cuenta de su error intentaron subsanarlo invitandonos a la cena, cuando terminamos casi me cobran la cena, les dije que el hotel nos habia invitado la cena, pero no nos hicieron caso, los camareros al percatarse de su error mas tarde pidieron disculpas. El restaurante para el desayuno esta mal distribuido, casi desordenado podría decir. En fin es un hotel al cual no volveré en la vida, hay mejores opciones para elegir.
Pagas por su localización , pero hay mejores hoteles y calidad precio muy superiores, es mejor algo mas alejado, ya que hay trenes y autobuses cada 5 min. NADA RECOMENDABLE!!!!! BUSCAR OTROS HOTELES!!!!

I stayed here with my wife for three nights. The rooms are spacious, bed comfortable, the bathroom clean. The stay was reasonably comfortable. The staff helpful. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at the restaurant where the food was totally bland and the service hopelessly bad. That the hotel could not even provide a bottle of drinking water in the room seemed a bit being stingy.

Nos pedimos un gin tonic en el bar de abajo y solo sabía a tónica y encima nos cobraron 9 euros, les dijimos que nos echaran más tónica y nos dijeron que nos cobraban 6 euros más si queríamos más. No fue muy grata la experiencia

I booked a basic single room, which was all I needed. It was roomy enough for me, had a small fridge, nice bathroom, and a safe. Reception was friendly and efficient. It took a while to figure out the sliding panel for the window, but it does give total blackout if pulled all the way shut. Also, the storage cabinets are easy to miss. They are built in not immediately obvious because they have no handles.. you simply reach under, on top, or on the side and pull open the cupboard door.I guess I’m not used to modern, sleek design! But there was plenty of storage.The bathroom was perfectly function and modern.I did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment.All in all, a very good stay at an excellent price. Location is excellent to get to the shopping on Santa Catarina. Also close to the Cathedral. Many restaurants are nearby.The hotel has a list, but the hotel itself is on Praça de Batalha, which is up a steep hill from São Bento station. Porto is hilly, so regardless of where you stay, there will be hills. Depending on your tolerance for hills and considering what you are most interested in doing in Porto, then choose your hotel location accordingly. I am a big walker, so the location of the Mercure was good for me.

Boa localização, se for de carro coloque o endereço da praça somente, pois o GPS se perde nas ruas apertadas desta região da cidade. Coloque o endereço como sendo Praça da Batalha e não do hotel.
Quanto ao hotel, é um Mercury por tanto com alto padrão de Recepção e acomodações.
O Staff é muito gentil e generoso com as informações e auxílios.
O Quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável.
Custo benefício excelente.
Não há o que falar que desabone o hotel.

De mensen waren erg vriendelijk, goede kamer, netjes. Uitgebreid uitgerust met shampoo, douchegel, scheer-, fohn- en andere persoonlijke verzorging. Prettig dat het niet bloedheet in de kamer was. Dat zie je nml vaak in hotels. Goed ontbijt. Keurig restaurant. Zeer goede ligging in het centrum van Porto.
Jammer dat er in het restaurant geen goede koffie was (geen verse bonen-machine) zodat cappuccino etc niet tot de mogelijkheden behoorde. Koffiemachines met melkpoeder zijn niet meer van deze tijd in een hotel, denk ik.

Hotel Mercure Porto Centro is een aanrader. Gunstige ligging voor een citytrip. Bushalte en tramhalte vlak voor het hotel.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel aan de receptie.
Degelijk en gevarieerd ontbijt.
Ruime kamer en badkamer.
Een klein minpunt: het personeel kwam al heel vroeg om de kamer te poetsen op een ogenblik dat het voor ons niet paste. Uiteindelijk werd de kamer dan pas laat in de namiddag gepoetst en eenmaal zelfs helemaal niet.

Worst check in ever. Its an odd setup - with a large table with a laptop computer on it. Looks like a work station. The guy kept making us wait after we told him our name. (it was 4 pm) He went into the conference room (or admin office) behind the glass wall - then came out and gave us our room key. No help with the luggage and no explanation about where or what time breakfast was served. The room was a hole in the wall with no window at all. We went to talk to them to see if we could pay for an upgrade. He said they were full and thats just what the rooms looked like. We didnt move and they somehow came up with another room that was much nicer. I got the feeling that because we prepaid, they didnt have to give us what we thought we were getting. Ive never been treated so poorly. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had booked two standard rooms at Mecure Porto Centre and requested top floor corner rooms with views, one of which was granted and the other we were told at check-in wasn’t available and neither was a room next door as the hotel was full, however, a corner room directly below the other room was allocated so the request was partially filled and both rooms had a view. The check-in experience was one of the best I have experienced as the member of staff took time to draw on the map some the local sites, how to get there i.e. the bus number and where to get the bus and how long it may take. It soon became apparent that the rooms were not the same and they were too basic & small for my liking, although there were clean. The one on the upper floor did not have a room safe in the wardrobe or a desk which is advertised. There was also only one bin which was in the bathroom. There was also only one tea bag of English breakfast tea per day and one milk capsule! There were two coffee sachets and other flavoured teas, but I would have liked at least two English breakfast tea bags per day and two milk capsules. One of the reading lamps beside the bed did not work. The toilet was fitted as an afterthought (as they often are in hotels) i.e. it was squeezed in to a very tight space meaning getting on and off the toilet was a contortion. A rain shower was advertised which I think comes down from the ceiling, however, this was a shower attachment on the wall controlled by the bathroom taps! Perhaps it is known as a rain shower but was the same as a standard shower, although I had no issues with that as water was hot and plentiful. There was no storage in the bathroom for a wash kit or your own toiletries as the sink stored the Accor toiletries in a container and the face cloth and there was a small shelf with a box of tissues on. There was no face cloth in the other room but there was a large sink with storage space. This room also had a desk and room safe as well as decorative birds and sliding window shutters and a voile. The first room had no decorative birds and had black out curtains although these did not shut in the middle! Surprisingly, the windows opened fully which is unusual in a hotel especially so high up. We were fortunate to be offered welcome drinks due to our status and enjoyed a nice local dark beer, however, sitting on the bar stools at a bar table, it was obviously used for breakfast as both the table and stools were covered in pastry crumbs. The hotel had a reasonable location at the top of a hill, but this is Porto and hills are everywhere! There are several restaurants a short walk away. The hotel also arranged a taxi for us when we went out one day. In summary, the staff we met at reception were all very helpful and a credit to the hotel. The standard rooms are too basic and disappointing; I wouldn’t book one again. My rating should be two stars but decided on a third because of the staff.

葡萄牙+西班牙獨旅之旅的第二站，乘坐火車3個小時由里斯本來到波圖，在這間酒店渡過了3個晚上(8/10/2019～11/10/2019)感覺可以！
酒店位置距離波圖聖本篤火車站不遠(走路約10分鐘之內)，只是由火車站步行前往需要向上爬坡拿着大件行李會感到頗吃力！幸好波圖的主要景點都是圍繞着聖本篤火車站一帶，由酒店出發步行前往各景點都很方便！
入住的房間空間足夠可接受，床鋪枕頭等的舒適度讓人容易入睡，而附近的環境算是寧靜！自助早餐雖然選擇不多但絕對可以飽腹！房租價格合理(約港幣每晚1200元左右含早餐)，到波圖停留的朋友不妨考慮這家酒店！

We were on a tour and stayed for two nights. We added a third night on our own. Hotel is very nice but bed was hard. First only room available was accessible room, but with my back, I couldn’t use the sink. Breakfast was good, but some things, like Portuguese tarts, they circulate with, so we only had that first day. It set the expectation so we were disappointed other days. We found concierge service lacking.

Stayed on the first floor. Modern styled newly refurbished. The service was good. The building outside looks a bit dated and out of context from the old town but the interior looks renovated as well. Is very central and convenient to walk around the city center

A small hotel in the city center. It is modern and clean but a bit small rooms. No smoking rooms. Good for tourists but not for business travellers. Very friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Porto Centro Hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and the breakfast delicious (the croissants were delicious!). The hotel is centrally located. The only disappointment was the extremely slow Wi-Fi connection. I informed the reception, who in turn contacted and followed up with the Wi-Fi provider, but the connection remained slow.

Rooms are small, but clean. Amenities are complete. Some cafes are open until late so you can grab some snacks or a couple of drinks.
It’s very near the center so you can pretty much walk everywhere. Different modes of transportation are also easily available.
Hotel is right across San Idelfonso Church and right in front of tram stop which I highly recommend you to ride.
Food variety was good during breakfast but it’s the same everyday so if you’re there for too long, you might get sick of it. Best to pace yourself.
I guess the only thing I didn’t like is the scary feel at night when you hangout in the streets.

Upgrade no quarto nos deixou confortavelmente instalados neste hotel muito bem localizado em Porto, a algumas quadras de belos passeios. Quarto amplo e muito bem decorado, com Nespresso e outras amenidades. Recomendo!

Really below the Mercure standards, except for price. My room was the smallest I ever had the chance to sleep it. It was ugly, too. On the bright side, personnel was nice and breakfast was quite good.

Parfaitement situé pour une visite du centre historique à pied, en bus ou tramway. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Seul souci chambres très mal insonorisées ! On entend à travers la cloison les Bips du voisin qui joue toute la nuit sur son portable !! Un bruit sourd et régulier de l’ascenseur du personnel toutes les 2 à 3 minutes... Dommage ...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and the rooms were very comfortable. They are modern and clean and the breakfast buffet was decent. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and were patient in explaining the places to see and how to get there.

sona plaza Bathala, donde hay tres hoteles. zona estrategica, ya que se puede visitar caminando varias de la satracciones y llegar facil a la zona baja. Pero a su vez si uno llega en auto puede llegar relativamente comodo a esta zona (Hotel con parking propio y de terceros bien organizado eur 10 por dia)Parada del tranvia justo frente al hotel. Instalaciones correctas acordeas a 4*de cadena . ni mas ni menos .
