I've always scratched all my previous sunglasses on the beach. For more careful that I was, a few grains of sand was all that would take. That is not the case with the joplins sunglasses. After 2 weeks on the beach they are as new and I've used them while in the water as well. They float so it is much harder to lose them! Also, they look stylish. They were totally worth the price!

Got to know Joplins and the founder in Lisbon. I love the design, especially their newer glasses. What's really worth to mention is the service - you're immediately being taken care of! Joplins convinced me, not going to change :)

Buying and using sunglasses made of a bio degradable material is already a step in the right direction. I explored Joplin Sunglasses on the Sunday Market at LX Factory in Lisbon and immediately liked the Design and comfort of wearing them a lot. Also the glass seems really high quality and you can see the difference between looking through them and a pair of cheap sunglasses. Top!

Great sunglasses, very firm. The first pair of sunglasses I tried that have legs long enough to fit properly. They feel premium but come at a reasonable price. Very nice case included that folds down when not in use. Happy with my purchase!

I bought the Joplin’s in Lisbon because I forgot mine. I love the look but realized after a few days that I was getting a “watery” look when I wore them. They were giving me a headache. It was dangerous to wear them on the streets of Lisbon. When we were on the train to Porto I had my sunglasses on and when I looked up at the tv something was not right. I closed one eye and saw a blank tv, I closed the other eye and it was normal. I usually don’t buy expensive sunglasses so I am very unhappy with these!!
