L’emplacement est super, pas loin du centre ville avec le bus 500, à côté de plages sauvages magnifiques. Chambre correcte, propre sauf les fenêtres qui je pense n’ont jamais été lavés.
Salle de bain assez grande. Le rooftop est tres Sympa avec une jolie vue.
Les réceptionnistes sont relativement sympas à part qui soupire quand on lui pose des questions. Par contre au restaurant, pas possible de mettre le repas sur la chambre , je vais chercher ma carte dans ma chambre il a cru que je partais sans payer, que je devais aller à la sécurité. Petit déjeuner sans intérêt, ce n’est pas très bon. D’ailleurs il devrait faire le petit dej en haut , beaucoup que dans la salle sans luminosité en bas

Gemütliches Stadthotel an der Douro Mündung, gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Von der großen Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Mündung und den Strand. Nettes Personal.

Attention à la chambre double : chambre et lit très petits. Piscine intérieure : eau glaciale, entretien médiocre, inutilisable en avril. Le service de chambre est bon, mais les dames d'accueil sont très peu cordiales. Petit-déjeuner : peu de choix, très industriel, serveur peu professionnel et non accueillant . Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Sono stata in questo hotel per un meeting aziendale e devo dire che mi è piaciuto molto, camera molto confortevole, ampio bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia, completo FI tutti i confort. Vista diretta sull'Oceano e sulla fortezza.posizione non centralinissima ma offre le comodità dei mezzi pubblici a poca distanza. Lo consiglio.

Hôtel très propre et service aimable. Nous avons réservé une suite avec terrasse et avons été déçu par la terrasse. Il s'agit en fait d un petit balcon en retrait qui n'offre pas la vue que nous attendions. La chambre était cependant spacieuse et bien équipée. Petit-déjeuner correct. Localisation de l hôtel bonne et nuits calmes.

Pequeno almoço péssimo para não falar dos empregados com muita má cara! Falta de segurança do hotel, entra quem quer (falo porque vi)!

Hotel staff - excellent. Hotel condition - very good. Location- excellent. But....In our room, top floor, facing fort and river, a few points (stayed in late October);1 room was dated. For example, bed mattress felt like it was wrapped in plastic - ugh.2 shower was hard to use and very awkward to enter and exit due to a very small gap between wall and glass panel.3 found out that leaving the window open at night was a disaster. Constant invasion of mosquitos. Bit multiple times every night. Up all night hunting pesky mosquitoes. Needs screens! Really, at least at that time of year have window screens. Please!A great shame, because an otherwise very good hotel, with an excellent staff, being let down by what seems to be a ‘good enough’ attitude (with the owners?). I do regret having to raise these points, but it is what it is.

Um dos piores hotéis que já frequentei até hoje, devido à sua negligência logística ou à vontade feroz de encher os bolsos de qualquer maneira e em que circunstâncias for. Fui colocado num quarto que estava inserido numa zona de obras do próprio hotel, que interromperam o meu descanso às 8h00 da manha. Apesar de assumirem o erro não me devolveram o valor cobrado.

Buen hotel cerca de la playa, cerca de la parada del bus. La zona un poco muerta por las noches en invierno, por el día bastante animada con gente andando por el paseo marítimo. Bonitas vistas desde la azotea y buena piscina para el verano. Excesivo el precio de una botella de agua de litro y medio 5€.

Старый отель. Пульт от телевизора на верёвке, что бы Вы его не смогли украсть) Номера убирают отлично, но весь интерьер и вся мебель передаёт привет из 90х годов. Есть отели в Порту дешевле, современней и гораздо комфортней. Здесь один плюс - близко к океану, но окна у Вашего номера будут либо на форт, либо на крышу дома что за отелем. В целом плохо и дорого.

No me ha gustado nada. Lo único bueno la situación que tiene al lado de la desembocadura del Duero, aunque si no coges una habitación de cara al mar, el nombre de Boa Vista pierde todo su sentido.
Las habitaciones pequeñas, antiguas y lo peor es que la cama tiene un cubre colchón de plástico que suena cada vez que te mueves. Horriblemente asqueroso. La colcha patética. La cafetería deprimente de luz y sin "Boas vistas", ya que dan a un patio interior. 0

Gelegen aan de monding van de Douro vlak bij het strand.
Met de bus die vlakbij stopt ben je binnen een kwartier in het centrum
Alles zeer netjes en zeer goede prijs voor wat je krijgt.
Ontbijt simpel maar genoeg.
Alleen jammer dat aĺles in van die kleine eenmalige verpakkingen zit,
zo hadden we iedere keer een grote afvalberg op tafel.

Ben arredato il terrazzo e i locali pubblici ma le camere andrebbero sicuramente ristrutturate ☹️ la piscina è molto bella peccato però che non sia riscaldata quindi è praticamente inutilizzabile. Stupendo il terrazzo per la vista.

Herrlich gelegen. Man kann tolle Spaziergänge durch den Park und an den Strand machen. Unser Zimmer und das Bett waren recht klein, aber ausreichend.
Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch eingerichtete und die Dachterrasse ein echtes Highlight.

Отель милый. Он старенький, но хорошо достроен. Приветливый персонал все нам рассказал про Порту, порекомендовал, что посетить. Есть парковка за 7 евро. На крыше бассейн, ресторанчик со столиками и вид на замок. Завтрак обычный Европейский. Номера комфортные, прекрасные косметические принадлежности.
На крыше есть бассейн с ресторанчиком и видом на крепость, что по соседству.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang, was leider gleich einen schlechten Eindruck hinterließ. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung , machen aber einen recht alten Eindruck. Alles sehr verwinkelt und unübersichtlich. Die Dachterasse ist natürlich nett, aber die Sicht wegen der umgebenden Häuser nur eingeschränkt. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist nicht beheizt. Preise sind nicht gerade günstig.

Bien situado, se puede aparcar en la puerta sin pagar, las habitaciones muy grandes. Personal muy amable, sobre todo el hombre del bar/restaurante, donde por cierto se come muy bien y a buen precio. La terraza/piscina/restaurante con vistas a la desembocadura del Duero. Zona tranquila. Cogiendo el bus 500 se tarda nada en ir a la zona turística y vas viendo todo el paseo marítimo. Es un tres estrellas , sencillo y con gotele.Muy limpio aunque pasado de moda , y lejos del centro pero al lado del mar .Puedes darte un paseo hasta Matosiñis fantástico , comer en los restaurantes que hay detrás y disfrutar de la puesta de Sol desde la terraza .Aparcas sin problema . Y para ir al centro el taxi son 7€ por la noche ,o en autobús . El personal muy muy amable ,muchos detalles en el baño y en la habitación botella de agua, además del mini bar. Y piscina en terraza !!!

Excellent hotel, good location, love the bar at the top with fabulous views of the Atlantic and Douro river. Breakfast excellent buffet style it has something for everyone. El hotel y la estancia fueron correctos, el trato regular tirando a malo. Les costó darnos un cepillo de dientes de usar y tirar (cosa que deberia estar ya en la habitacion, como en cualquier hotel) y a el dia de salida, tras tener un problema con la tarjeta (tarjeta de crédito española de Abanca) nos trataron bastante mal, casi autenticos delicuentes que quisieramos irnos sin pagar... el hotel en si esta bien, esta limpio, es comodo y la ubicación es buena para ir a la playa (si vais al centro queda un poco lejos, pero en bus se llega en 5-10 minutos) sin embargo la atencion, al menos en nuestro caso, pésima. No volveremos

Hotel is in a good location, Only a bus ride from outside hotel #500 to the centre of Porto, nice well kept accommodation, breakfast has a great selection. There’s a covered pool on the roof terrace not heated would be great in the summer. Along with a bar on the roof terrace.Parking is a little bit first come first served.The perfect place for a sunset. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by. 100 yards from a great beach, there’s a old fort/ castle Just in front of the hotel worth a visit. All In all a good stay

An extremely comfortable, well run, very clean Hotel. The self service breakfast was especially appetising and full. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. . It's quite a way from the centre of Porto, but the buses are quick and regular during the day, and the taxis are very cheap - even at night. Well worth a visit, and, based on my experience, I would recommend it to anyone

Die Preise für Getränke und Snacks aus der Bar waren zu teuer. Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön. Pool und Bar befinden sich ebenfalls in der obersten Etage, wo man einen sehr schöne Aussicht hat. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross und wir fanden es angenehm, dass das Fenster geöffnet werden konnte. Das Hotel befindet sich ein wenig ausserhalb von Porto und ist mit dem öV gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super.

Great hotel, ideally situated for the beach and the city. 2 euros on the bus gets you into Porto. This hotel offers the opportunity of so peace and the beach. Staff really friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Room, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. View from the roof top. Situado en la desembocadura del Duero ideal para ir a la playa pero no tanto para ir al centro de Oporto. El autobús debido al tráfico es impuntual y tarda más de los 20 minutos q debería. Por lo demás el hotel está bien, buen desayuno, limpio, personal muy amable. La única pega en nuestra habitación del primer piso se oía unos ventiladores todo el rato.

El personal súper atento y amable. La habitación genial, súper limpia, ordenada, con amenities, cafetera gratuita y minibar. El baño con bañera de hidromasaje. Ascensor, gimnasio y piscina en la azotea bastante tranquila con unas vistas impresionantes. El parking no es gratuito pero se puede aparcar muy bien en la zona. Y el desayuno de buffet es muy variado y tiene un horario amplio. ¡Genial todo!

Accueil chaleureux et personnel discret mais efficace. Grande chambre (116) avec un petit escalier (équipé d'une rampe) vers la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner agréable. Le plus de cet hôtel est indéniablement sa terrasse sur le toi avec une vue splendide sur l'embouchure du Douro et l'océan. La piscine est un plus. Hôtel bien équipé pour les PMR.

We were absolutely gutted when we saw our room.So so disappointing. So overpriced and staff unhelpful and one receptionist incredibly rude. We booked a twin room at the front of the property which we paid a supplement for. However we got a room looking directly at a brick wall and the rooms opposite. However the management insisted that it was a room at the front and insulted our intelligence be not taking our complaint seriously. . Do not believe the photos on the website. We had to keep the net curtains closed to give a little privacy. The view from the terrace is good but this property is very outdated. Horrible dark,dingy room. Had to have the lamps on in the middle of the day. Bathrooms have mouldy grouting and the pool has a thick scum layer around the walls. We didnt venture in. Supposed to have tea and coffee making facilities but we got one teabag and one sachet of coffee and no milk per day. Too bad if you both want tea!!

Das Boa-Vista liegt an der Mündung des Douro in den Atlantik. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen super Blick über die Flussmündung und gleichzeitig auch über den Atlantik.Man kann serh schön spazieren gehen am Flussüfer, aber auch an der Seepromenade mit Kaffees und Restaurants.

Location right at the ocean was great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and Porto in general. Breakfast and in hotel bar and dining options were very nice. Loved the rooftop view.

Good hotel, nice location with easy access into central Porto (500 bus) or out to the local towns within the region.We stayed two nights after travelling down from Valenca - easy to drive to and has underground secured parking.Hotel rooftop bar and restaurant are good for late drinks or a meal.Great restaurant a few doors down from the hotel also.Only negative for us was the size of the room - it had everything you needed but was a wee bit on the small side. We would definitely book again when we return to Porto - which we love and have been to many times in the past 10 years.

Ottimo albergo a tre stelle che ne vale almeno 4. Il prezzo è onestissimo, le camere forse un poco datate, ma la colazione è molto ricca, il bar all'ultimo piano straordinario, con una bellissima terrazza, e una piscina sul tetto piccola ma assai graziosa. Veramente un giudizio ottimo su tutto, con menzione particolare per la simpatia del servizio di portineria.

Perfect localisation just by the ocean. Prices comparable to other hotels in Porto. Beautiful view from the bar/restaurant terasse. Swimming pool is on the terrace as well but using possible only in summer. Rooms are nice although mine had only one small window and was chararized as a " room with a view". Little bit noisy rooms, but no tragedy. Friendly stuff. Very good tranaport to the ciry centre by bus or a beautiful walk if you want (around one hour).

Ein tolles Hotel! Alles ist sauber, bis auf Kleinigkeiten die halt nach Gewissen Zeiten entstehen..
Frühstück ist ausreichend und ganz lecker gewesen.
Leider war der Pool auf dem Dach nicht beheizt und für uns deshalb nicht nutzbar im September. Der Fitnessraum war auch nicht ansprechend für uns.
Aber der Service ist gut und die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Das Hotel hätte wirklich Potential, wenn einige Selbstverständlichkeiten beachtet würden. Insbesondere die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals (Ausnahme: Zimmermädchen) ist erschreckend. Kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort, selbst das Grüßen fällt schwer oder gelingt überhaupt nicht. Auch das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig.Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft okay, insbesondere die tolle Lage.

Un timo...habitaciones a 100€ donde no puedes ni abrir la maleta de lo pequeña que es, el baño bastante sucio con pelos y trozos de papel higiénico detrás del wc, aunque no es necesario entrar en el baño para ver la suciedad al lado de la mesita de noche tal como llegamos había un papel tirado y al día siguiente después de limpiar la habitación allí seguía...los precios del bar piscina 1 café solo 2€, una caña pequeña 3€ y todo en vasos de plásticos...del desayuno mejor ya no hablamos.

Our bedroom a little pokey and some fittings a bit tired but bed good and it all worked. Rooftop pool excellent: it has a roof and glass screen which can be useful with the changeable Atlantic weather. Frequent buses to the centre or you can stay out on the coast which has plenty to offer.

This is a hotel, within a nice old, but renovated, building. Even if everything is a bit older, it is clean and nice with friendly staff. The breakfast room is a bit strange as there is no view but we have to respect the hot summer here. There is a very nice rooftop restaurant and swimming pool.

On the plus side the rooms are spacious, the staff friendly and the location to die for. On the down side, there seemed to be an issue with the water while there which meant showers were quick affairs and wash hands difficult. The food was nice if limited at breakfast. All of this is outweighed by the beach, the sea and the friendly atmosphere of the area.

Een goed hotel, met vriendelijke receptionisten, waar je met al je vragen en wensen terecht kunt. Er wordt een uitgebreid ontbijt buffet aangeboden. Het hotel ligt door een straat gescheiden van de oceaan, aan de monding van de rivier Douro. Het bied voldoende mogelijkheden om de stad te verkennen, en er zijn vele restaurants in de directe omgeving.

Booked in as a last minute reservation online. Staff very helpful and friendly, a few having pretty good English speaking skills. I am a wheelchair user and have found this hotel to be one of the most disability friendly places I have stayed in. The specially equipped room was designed with disabled access and ability in mind, little touches allowing for easy access and to allow for autonomy. Details such as a swinging bathroom door, special folding and revolving wardrobe and care taken with the height of furnishings etc to be within reach. Personally the bed was a little firm for me, but all considered it was a very minor down point. The lifts are a bit tight for a wheelchair, but they have multiple lifts to both sides of the building for ease. A beautiful rooftop swimming pool and patio bar overlooking the ocean and historic castelo with a superb sunset to boot. Delicious bar food, great coffee, a simple but free continental breakfast makes the Boa Vista well worth a visit if you are touring Oporto. Easy walking distance to shops, the beach is less than 2 minutes away, trams on the doorstep and delicious food very close by if you fancy a dinner out. Obrigado Boa Vista Hotel!

El lugar donde está situado es espectacular, en la desembocadura del Duero en pleno océano Atlántico. Tienes la ciudad de Oporto a tiro de transporte urbano o a pie.Al ser un hotel con solera las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y estancias bastante justas de espacio y luz. La gente del hotel muy agradable. Recomendable comer en los alrededores en lugar de el hotel, excepto el desayuno.

Tiene publicidad engañosa, informan de que tiene parking y que no hay necesidad de reserva, y cuando llego está lleno, me dicen que lo deje fuera que no hay problema y al día siguiente me lo encuentro con un cristal roto y sin el equipo principal (1200€)

Tolles Hotel in Porto. Sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Großes Bad mit großem Spiegel. Kleine Minibar (Getränke nicht genutzt aber privates drin gekühlt). Hotel liegt fast an der Promenade, in 5 Min ist ein Strand mit grobem Sand zu erreichen, Badestrand ist 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein etwas schönerer Strand ist in 40 min (zu Fuß) oder 10 min per Bus zu erreichen. Lohnt sich, da dort mehr Bars sind. In der Hotelumgebung sind tolle Restaurants, achtet auf TripAdvisor-Schilder! Teilweise noch familiengeführt, qualitativ hochwertiges Essen und Getränke. In der Nähe ist auch eine Hop on - Hop off-Haltestelle. Tickets kann man an Bord kaufen! Am besten gleich eins mit Bootsfahrt und Portweinkeller-Tour inklusive! Lohnt sich auch!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf Fort Foz. Nette Dachterasse mit Pool und Bar.Die Zimmer sind recht nett und sauber.Einzig das Frühstückszimmer hat die Atmosphäre einer alten Bahnhofskantine und auch deren Qualität.

Je ne comprends pas les mauvais commentaires de certains voyageurs car lhôtel est très bien, bien situé, au calme et pour aller en ville il y a la ligne 500 qui va jusquau centre ville , bonne ballade à pied le long du Douro, le seul bémol , accueil un peu froid 1 des 2 personnes à fait leffort de parler Français, lautre par contre nous a ignoré complètement elle ne nous a même pas dit bonjour( petite boulotte à lunette) je pense que cétait la responsable. Petit resto juste à coté LA CAPOERA personnel sympa et menu abordable. A faire ,le marché en plein cœur de Porto. Nous retournerons au Portugal car malgré les nombreuses maisons en ruines cest un beau pays .

Un hotel muy acogedor, lo unico que yo reserve habitacion con vistas al mar y lo unico que veia era la muralla, personal es muy amable lo unico que de español savian lo justo y eso que somos el pais vecino, y las cartas de comida en todos los idiomas menos en español todo el rato tienes que usar el traductor para poder saber que comer, ubicacion perfecta a dos minutos de la playa a pie y a cinco minutoa del centro en tranvia que lo coges justo a la vuelta de la esquina y te olvidas de tu coche.

L’hôtel situé à côté de la mer est au calme, ce qui fait du bien lorsquon revient du centre de Porto.Le personnel accueillant, la piscine sympa, les petits déjeuners riches en fruits, aucun problème pendant le séjour.SI je retourne à Porto, je reprends une chambre dans cet hôtel !
