Não têm uma bancada com um fervedor de água com umas chávenas, uns cafés, uns chás, uns açúcares e adoçantes e creamers. Pessoalmente, faz-me imensa falta. Também não têm ferro e tábua no quarto, o que eu acho altamente cortês. De resto, tudo bem.

Bilder zeigen normales Einzelzimmer... Das Hotel war sauber, nicht überlaufen, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unspektakulär ca. 5 Autominuten vom Flughafen und 5 Gehminuten zur Metrostation. Es gibt einen Shutteldienst vom/zum Flughafen gratis. Aus dem Flieger aussteigen, anrufen und wenn Ihr aus dem Flughafen tretet ist das Auto da...das Zimmer war geräumig, Bett ordentlich mit richtiger Decke ;) die Dusche ist groß und hat so ein Regenschauerdings. Klima/Heizung hat mit Stille geglänzt, Kühlschrank (gefüllt mit Wasser) ebenfalls. Steckdosen und fixes kostenloses WLAN gibt's auch genug. Das Frühstück war nicht opulent, aber ausreichend. Nicht unbedingt der Traum des Veganers... Ich würde wieder hier einchecken.

Zimmer sind nicht klein und sauber. Modern eingerichtet, leider noch etwas weit vom Flughafen entfernt, aber es gibt kostenlos einen Shuttlebus.

Bien conectado con metro y puedes pedir uber q por 15 euros te lleva al centro de la ciudad.

Fantástico. Para quem chega ou parte do Aeroporto de Porto (OPO), tem localização muito próxima com transfer gratuito a cada 30 minutos. Equipe de atendimento nota 10, instalações muito confortáveis.

Ein sehr schönes, modernes und durchdachtes Hotel. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen und trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen nichts davon gehört.
Trotz weniger Gäste war das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und wurde immer nachgefüllt.
Besonders hat mir die Nespresso Maschine gefallen, da ich Zuhause selber eine Maschine von Nespresso besitze und der Kaffee hervorragend schmeckt.
Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very nice hotel, perfectly near to the airport. Real good breakfast and a nice roof terrace. Cosy and modern rooms with very comfortable beds and a big TV. Parking in the private garage. To recommend!!

Ao nivel de instalações e staff fiquei agradado. No entanto deviam zelar pelo ruido a partir de certa hora. Estava um grupo que falava a plenos pulmões nos corredores.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Ahora está muy nuevo todo (02/2019) y parece cuidado, sólo el tiempo dirá si el mantenimiento será adecuado, pero en cuanto a limpieza un 9+.
Desayuno excelente.

Hotel aí top !!!!! Personnel au top , nous avons hébergé du 16 au 17 février chambre 105 dans cet hôtel , en arrivant par taxi nous avons oublié le sac des enfants avec leur console de jeux , mais le taxi est parti sans rien dire , nous sommes allé a la réception et la réceptionniste était au top elle a trouvé la compagnie de taxi , le taxi est venu avec le sac et nos enfants étaient super contents ,
Merci merci merci a cette réceptionniste , vous avez fait des heureux ,grâce a vous nos enfants on terminé leurs vacances avec le sourire .

Os pequenos almoços iniciam ás 3.30h da manhã muito variado e bom café Nespresso .
Tem shuttle gratuito do hotel ao aeroporto e vice-versa em cada 30 minutos.
O Staff muito atencioso e com o metro a porta para rápido acesso ao centro e variados locais da cidade.
Sem dúvida o Melhor Hotel de Aeroporto .

Decent hotel about 4 min drive from Porto Airport. However, I had a real issue with the free shuttle pick up. I celebrated NYE countdown in Funchal and flew at 4am from there to Porto landing at 6am. I had a connecting flight to Zurich at 13.30 so wanted to sleep for a few hours. I rang the day before and was told it would be no problem to pick me up after I landed at 6am. Upon landing, I rang the hotel and they said the driver would be there in 5 min and told me to wait by the taxi stand. I did as told. After 15 min, no driver and so I rang again and was told he would be there in 5 min. Again, could not find him, then rang again and was told he was there. I walked further up and say the van about 100m from the taxi rank, ran to the van and just as I was about to reach the driver drove off! I shouted but he did not stop.. I was fuming as I had not slept the whole night and just wanted to get to the hotel as quickly as possible to sleep. I was told the driver would not be coming back and that I had to take a taxi to the hotel! Needless to say, I was furious. The driver clearly did not look for me hard enough, the taxi area is small and on top of that, I was the only Chinese guy there. How hard was it to find me? Then when I checked in, I was informed the airport shuttle back to the airport does not work at 12pm after check out so I had to take a taxi again. I was informed it would cost €5. In the end, it cost €10 for a 4 min ride. The hotel let me down badly!

It was our last night in Portugal after a fantastic 10 days trip, and the Hotel was the perfect choice to catch an early flight. Almost walking distance :-) it has a perfect shuttle service, even for the car rental pick up, which enabled me to bring the car the night before. Employees are very helpful, room was comfortable, bed for a perfect sleep and room size more than expected, clean, with a nice breakfast in the morning

Es scheint ein recht neues Hotel zu sein. Das hotel befindet sich unweit der Metrostation "Verdes" der Linien B und E. Beide fahren zur Innenstadt.
Das Hotel hat 3 Etagen und eine weitere, die jedoch nur per Treppe aus dem 3. Stock zu erreichen ist. Dort befindet sich auch der Pool, der allerdings noch in Bau bzw. Umbau befindet, sodass die Nutzung aktuell nicht möglich ist.
Die Zimmer sind überraschenderweise sehr modern und bietet eine angenehme Athmosphäre, auch das Bad ist einfach toll.
Beim Check-In bzw. einen Tag vor Abreise sollte man, sofern nötig, einen Termin bezüglich dem Transfer zum Flughafen machen. Dies ist von morgens früh um 3 Uhr bis abends im halbe Stunden Takt möglich und kostenfrei.
Insgesamt vor allem dem Preis wegen, eine sehr gute Wahl, sollte man früh morgens abfliegen oder sehe spät abends landen.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und 20 min von der Innenstadt entfernt mit der Straßenbahn. Ticket kostet 2,30 in die Innenstadt einfache Fahrt. Das Hotel hat einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service zum Flughafen und kostenlose Parkplätze, falls man einen Mietwagen mieten möchte. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Hotel bem limpo, quarto e cama boas. Excelente para quem tem vôo bem cedo, com sua localização ao lado do aeroporto e transporte grátis do hotel para o aeroporto, torna uma grande vantagem. Para pegar a van no aeroporto é necessário ligar para a recepção. Outro ponto positivo é estar bem próxima da estação do trem trazendo grande facilidade para ida ao centro do Porto. O café da manhã não é caro e é bem razoável.

We stayed here two days and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. The hotel is right by the airport and they display flight times on a TV in the lobby. Just keep in mind that breakfast is not free like most hotels, I didn't realize that.

Great hotel just minutes from the airport. Smells awesome and staff is super friendly. Walls are a little thin. people in other rooms probably didn't appreciate the acoustics as I sang in the shower, but it was probably a good laugh (or a bad cry) because I'm a horrible singer!

We arrived late at 11.00 o‘clock at the airport and told the hotel that we arrive that time and are waiting for the shuttle service of the hotel. Outside the airport no shuttle arrived and there wasn’t any taxi for about 25min. We called the hotel several times to order us a taxi that we than would pay, but no one picked up the phone. We tried it over an over again. Finally we had to walk 20min to the hotel at midnight. Once we arrived they didn’t have attention for us. We told them that we waited for a shuttle and that we were calling the hotel many times. The person at the desk just said they didn’t hear the phone. No sorry, nothing. He was arrogant and didn’t care at all!
The service is was really bad and the location is not really good (not close the airport and hard to find). This is never a 4 star hotel. The rooms were okey, but also not on a 4 star level (max 3 stars). Also when we arrived we asked if there would be something small to eat or to deliver, but they didn’t had any options. Usually you can expect that from a 4 star hotel.
We really did not feel welcome here and wouldn’t come again. There are better places.

We arrived just before midnight and our shuttle driver was there and ready for our arrival. So friendly and helpful - even found time to serve us a glass of wine at the bar on arrival ! Hotel was immaculate and breakfast was spot on ! Perfect for our overnight stay in Porto near to the airport !

Modern, smart hotel in great location for airport travellers. The reception and bar staff were fab.
Bedroom was clean and modern. The power shower was great.

Het precies wat het zegt, vliegveld en zakelijk hotel. Je overnacht er om de volgende dag terug te vliegen of verder te reizen. Ontbijten is mogelijk. Voor lunch, uitgebreid of avondeten kun je beter elders zijn. Er zou wel wat in de buurt zijn, maar kan hier niets over zeggen. Slapen gaat wel, volgens mij hoor je de vliegtuigen niet zo, maar kan dit niet beoordelen wegens mijn slechthorendheid. Het is geen hotel waar je met vakantie naartoe gaat volgens mijn bescheiden mening. Er is wel Wi-Fi en tv. Dus voor één nacht of kort verblijf is dit best wel een redelijk hotel. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

An amazing hotel, clean and the staff are VERY friendly and attentive. The only fault was the pool had been drained and the terrace closed, apparently due to the time of year but it didn’t state this anywhere when I booked. Had 2 quite disappointed children.

The hotel rooms are very modern, and way above the average hotel in the states. I arrived very late at night and I was traveling alone and they had someone pick me up at the airport even though I called them at the last minute. It was a cold rainy night and I was very happy to be picked up at the airport in a timely fashion. The breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced. The hotel was quiet, and it was just a brief walk to the train station that took you into town. Thing I left, I had a fairly early flight, so the early morning breakfast and the ride back to the airport was very helpful.

Restaurant service was slow and food only average. Front desk was very helpful with some phone calls.Phone in our room did NOT work when staff tried to give us 2 AM wake up call for 3 AM airport shuttle and 5 AM flight, so they knocked on our door, but I never would have heard the quiet knock if our own alarm hadnt already woke me up. Hotel has very convenient location to Porto airport with free shuttle running on the half hour starting at 3 AM.

A hotel that is perfect for business trips. Easy access to and from and it has all that you would expect for a airport hotel.
The shower (like most hotels) could do with a mini instruction ...and the air-conditioning as well. The bed was really comfy and my other 4 colleagues agreed on this.
Breakfast was good ...the reception service was better.

Love the bathroom in 002, the breakfast (especially bacon) and the positive attitude of the stuff. Especially one of the youngest waiters. So eager to work with people, very good English!

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet - das Bad sehr schön.Der Pool ist sehr klein und man kann auf den Knien dahinrutschen,wegen der Wassertiefe. Die Duschen am Pool supersauber - Der Kaffee beim Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert, aber sonstein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffett.Der Flughafenshuttle hat nur am Rückweg zum Flughafen funktioniert.

Un lugar estupendo para relajarse, personal fabuloso y profesional, limpieza les doy un 10. Esta la parada del metro a 4 min. Un lugar que volvería sin dudarlo, las camas muy cómodas y un baño estupendo. Felicidades a este hotel, tanto en trato como servicio.

Room for four was very spacious, pull-out couch was set-up upon arrival. Friendly staff, offered to pick us up and drive us back to hotel after returning rental car. Personal knock on door for wake-up call. Free airport shuttle as early as 3AM. Good value for money.Small annoyances: elevators very small/narrow, no wifi at rooftop pool.

Very friendly staff, clean ans modern rooms. Transfer to airport is quick, 5 minutes with hotel shuttle, 15-20 minutes walk.
