I had the WORST experience at the Organii LX Factory concept store. After being misguided in buying a teething item for my baby (packaging was written in German and lady behind the counter assured me it was a teething item) she rudely accused me of blaming her for the misunderstanding (when the item was being sold together with all the other teething items) and all I asked was to find a solution so I could have my money back since I do not live in Portugal and clearly bought something I was misinformed about. After being of no help at all, raising her voice to me more than once, and not allowing me to speak, the lady added insult to injury by stating I should evaluate what kind of mother I am. Having felt personally attacked I left the store feeling slandered and disgusted. I love the concept of the store and its products, but Organii needs to place more value on their customer care, and place importance on the needs of parents. Needless to say, when buying items for a newborn, as a parent you want to be informed and knowledgeable of every caution and detail that comes with it. Mistakes happen but we need to treat one another with grace and respect.
