Couldn't recommend more the Beach House Babylon. Spent a few days last year and was amazed with every little detail from the cosy and tasteful indoors to the lovely garden. Very peaceful place with all the facilities very close (5-10 minutes from the house). Francisco was a lovely and very welcoming host. Will come back this year for sure. Thank you Francisco! See you very soon.

Went with my parents on holidays and felt like home at Beach House Babylon.
Very quiet, beautifully decorated and very clean.
Beach is amazing and the boat journey was very nice.
Francisco is an amazing host, and did recommend us with all places to visit around.
And of course the sweet adorable Bubbles.
Amazing, peaceful days.

Beach House Babylon has these views minutes away and with Francisco as your host with knowledge of great local wine & amazing fresh fish restaurants and places to visit its a go to place to visit many times ❤️

We would highly recommend Beach House Babylon. We had a fabulous stay there for 8 nights. Perfectly situated to access the natural reserve of this beautiful peninsula, lagoon and deserted beaches as well as the more popular ones such as Torreira beach.
The accommodation is a real sanctuary for a calm, peaceful and comfortable stay.
Francisco is such a fabulous and welcoming host and has made our trip a very amazingly special, memorable and unique experience.
We want to come back now!!!!

What a wonderful place!. Truly charming, comfortable and quiet. I love hanging out in his gorgeous yard. Francisco and his adorable dog 'Bubbles' are incredibly welcoming, friendly and funny. I am in love with the natural reserve of São Jacinto and it is so near!. I can't wait to go back :).

Awesome hosts bubbles and Francisco will make you feel right at home and the area is abundant with awesome places to eat and relax. The beach, well, that's just a secret visitors have to find out for themselves like we did. Highly recommended

Positief: De communicatie met de host was erg prettig. Via WhatsApp nam hij gelijk contact op na mijn boeking. Negatief: Ik kwam aan na een lange fietstocht in slecht weer mede daardoor zag de omgeving er nogal troosteloos uit. Beetje vergane glorie. In de omgeving is weinig, je hebt echt een auto nodig om boodschappen te kunnen doen en om naar een restaurant te gaan. De kamer is erg gehorig. Mijn buurman had de hele avond telefoongesprekken die ik letterlijk kon verstaan en vervolgens heeft hij de hele nacht gesnurkt waarvan ik dus ook elke snurk kon horen alsof hij naast mij lag..

Positive: Ambiente informale, giardino potenzialmente accogliente, simpatia del proprietario. Negazione: Giardino carino ma quando siamo stati noi non ancora sistemato malgrado fosse maggio inoltrato. La nostra stanza non aveva una vera porta a separare bagno da camera.

Positiv: Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers, netter und effizienter Kontakt, late Check in, der romantische Garten, Sauberkeit, der Hund des Gastgebers "Bubbles" :-). Negativ: Bett war ein bisschen "quitischig", Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss.

Положительный: Хозяин с душой обставил дом и навёл уют. Красивый сад.. Негативный: Кухня и ванна общие. В ванной был сильный запах канализации (этим половина Португалии грешит). Отопления нет. Был сентябрь, ветрено, к утру мы продрогли насквозь. К сожалению, мы не смогли позавтракать, выпить кофе или принять душ, потому что газ не работал. Другие жильцы пробовали, у них тоже не получилось. Я написала в 7 утра об этом хозяину, он мне ответил только в обед, что всё работало (?!). Я не понимаю, зачем вся эта красивая обстановка, когда по сути не было возможности для элементарных нужд. Дом находится на косе. До Авейру ехать в объезд, больше 40 минут..

Positive: molto carino il giardino. Host gentile. Negazione: Difficile da trovare, soprattutto se ci arrivate come noi al buio. Guardate bene dove si trova, perchè è una zona lagunare poco turistica. Noi avevamo visto che era a 10km da Aveiro. Peccato che la distanza era in linea d'aria e che per arrivarci ci abbiamo messo quasi 2 ore.

Positif: Francisco a aménagé cette maison de plage d'une manière excellente, avec beaucoup de gout. De plus, il est d'une très grande gentillesse, et est de bon conseil. Pour aller sur les magnifiques plages de la côte, cet établissement est idéal.. Négatif: Rien.

Positive: The owner, Francisco, has provided a very tasteful living area with every convenience you could wish for. Outside the garden is great to relax in and there are even hammocks available. Francisco provided me with excellent information on all the local facilities, including a Pousada 5 mins away where you can eat overlooking the river. Best of all there is a 35min walk through the trees to the mighty Atlantic on the other side of the spit. Thoroughly recommended !.

Positive: L'host Francisco si è dimostrato persona gentile e sempre molto disponibile. Il B&B si trova a pochi km dalla stupenda riserva naturale di Sao Jacinto in posizione molto tranquilla anche se priva di servizi. Wifi ok. Prezzo della stanza buono.. Negazione: Mancano indicazioni anche nei pressi del B&B, lo stesso non sembra presentare alcuna evidente insegna. La zona è piuttosto anonima e priva di servizi. La piccola stanza è risultata un tantino umida (segni muffa anche a bordo muro) e l'ingresso è parte di una parete a vetri con tenda che da direttamente sul giardino. Il bagno non presenta alcuna finestra o aerazione forzata. La zona comune (cucina e tv) è accessibile solo passando dal giardino esterno mentre è invece accessibile direttamente e internamente da una seconda stanza ( meglio prenotare questa)..

负面: 主人很好，还有一条很听话的狗。花园特别漂亮，厨房很大，可以使用冰箱。去之前，主人会用whatsapp发很详细的当地介绍给住客，特别细心，还帮助我们预定了当地最好的海鲜餐厅，真的是又便宜又棒！. 正面: 房间内插座只有一个，而且位置不好，所以挺不方便的。而且公共厨卫，隔音不太好，正好卫生间在我们卧室旁边，早上因为别的房间洗澡就给吵醒了。。。.

Positiv: Selbstversorger- gut eingerichtete Küche, sehr gemütliche Sitzgruppen im Garten. Der Vermieter ist supernett, die Unterkunft und der Garten irrsinnig gemütlich eingerichtet.. Negativ: Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ziemlich hässlichen und sehr einsamen Ferienhaussiedlung. Zur nächsten Ortschaft bzw. zum Strand ist es aber mit dem Auto nicht weit. Zu Fuss haben wir es nicht versucht..

Localização única entre a ria e o mar, este espaço respira paz, é um óptimo refúgio do reboliço da cidade.
Foi um prazer conhecer o Francisco, excelente anfitrião que nos fez sentir desde o primeiro minuto em casa, altamente recomendado!

I always try to find a small nice property instead of big international chains in every trip I do and after staying in many hotels of this kind I’m 100% sure that Beach House Babylon was my best ever choice. Great location with an amazing walk to the beach. Rooms are spotlessly clean and large enough to feel yourself comfortable even for a long stay.
I would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. Francisco was a perfect host and will definitely be coming back.
