정말 멋진 숙소였습니다. 공항에서 지하철을 이용하여 찾아가기도 쉬웠고 동루이스다리 바로 옆에 위치해서 밤에도 야경을 보기에 최적의 장소였어요. 다음에 포루투 여행을 간다면 꼭 다시 이 아파트에 갈 거에요. 위치, 가격, 시설 모든 면에서 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 딱 한가지 단점은 좁고 가파른 계단으로 캐리어를 들고 올라갈 때는 힘이 들었습니다. 이 부분만 괜찮다면 정말 만족스러우실 거에요. ^^

Excellent location. Unparalleled views. Walk in shower with excellent water pressure. Firm comfortable bed. Very clean. All toiletries provided even toothbrushes and shoe polisher. Netflix was available. This is the view from the kitchen window

Auf kleinstem Raum hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und sehr sauber. Nicht zu toppen war der Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Fluss, die Brücke und Porto.

Fantastically well equiped and comfortable apartment situated very centrally for both Vila Nove de Gaia and for the old town of Porto. The view of the river and Porto from the kitchen were great and we got some lovely photos of the sun setting down river in the west.

Great location but mind the stairs to the suite. A well presented and clean facility with everything we needed for light meals and breakfast. Road noise at night was a little disturbing especially as we were staying through he Red Bull event on the Saturday night. Perhaps regular weeks would be better. Wifi great and local restaurants wonderful. Getting into the historic centre was a bit of a walk but easy to find and navigate. Highly recommend this location of Douro riverside - the views from our kitchen window were worth the price alone!

What a fantastic view. We had arrived at the apt just in time to see our first Porto sunset. Beautiful. Our stay was very comfortable and Jorge and Celeste were quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend the 3rd floor apt.

We stayed 4 nights in the 3rd floor apartment. The apartment was immaculate. It was amazing how well laid out it was for its small size. The apartment contained every amenity we needed. The location was great for seeing Porto. But, of course, the most amazing aspect of the apartment was the view of the Douro River. That by itself was worth more than the cost of the apartment.

Hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy the fantastic view of Douro river. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is doing auto check in but they still check very often if you need anything or any help. Definitely will come back!

Hosts are really kind and helpfull specially Celeste. The location is wonderful, probably with the best view to Porto. Apartment is stylish and modern, well equipped, very cozy and the bed is really comfy!! Definetely recommend this place. Had an amazing time during my stay.:)

I stayed at the Port Wine room of the Douro Riverside hotel mid-January. The room was comfortable, cozy, and conveniently located near the end of the Luís I Bridge, which allowed us to cross the Douro River with ease by foot. The view is also spectacular.
Perhaps the best thing about this hotel though was the hospitality of Jorge & Celeste, whom I did not get to meet in person, but were always one text or email away. They provided in-depth details on how to access the hotel, helpful tips on public transportation and local cafes, and were even incredibly understanding when I inquired about a partial refund after I made the mistake of forgetting the website promo code. They also left us a bottle of wine to enjoy in our room (though we were so drunk on port wine, we were unable to indulge!).
Overall, my husband and I will be booking with them again should we ever get around to revisiting Porto.

환상의 전망 !!! 전망을 자꾸 보고싶어서 일찍깨고 늦게자게 돼요. 전망대와 강가가 매우 가까워요. 호스트와 연락도 신속하고 정확하게 할수있습니다. 다음에 또 방문할꺼에요. 정말 최고의 숙소 ㅠㅠㅠ계단이 가파르긴하지만 문제될게없습니다.

우선 뷰가 너무 좋아 하루종일 숙소에 있던날도 있었어요. 구급상자 등 세심한 준비가 되어있는 숙소라 좋았고, 와이너리 투어나 전망대를 올라가시기에 가깝고 좋아요 강력히 추천하는 숙소입니다!

No iría ni buscaría otro lugar en Oporto. Encantador apartamento recién remodelado, todo con encanto y bien manejado por el arquitecto para que al cuadro (que constituye la ventana vista al Douro) no se quede sin un marco funcional, cómodo y acogedor. Como en cualquier calle de centro histórico europeo cuesta detenerse para bajar el equipaje, pero el parking ubicado a 300 m es cómodo. Completamente equipado, limpio y climatizado en una ubicación en el corazón de la zona turística. Sólo avisar que hay escaleras.

It has wonderful view through the window. Location is very nice and calm. You can walk to Riviera square easily. Room is very clean and cozy. It seems newly renovated. The only sad thing is there is no lifts and I carried luggage to the 3td floor.

Douro Riverside is as it states very close to the river, so it is right in the heart of where you want to be. The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need provided. Also the views are amazing looking over the river - its hard to pull yourself away! The contact with the owners was faultless and they arranged free parking for us too. We would definitely stay again.

A superb apartment ideally placed.
Very close to the bridge, the quays of Villa Nova de Gaia. A few minutes from the metro station.
Many restaurants are nearby.
The apartment is new and perfectly equipped, very quiet, with a beautiful view of the Douro and the docks.
Very good contacts with the owners with sending all the information by email.
You can go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed.

Un superbe appartement idéalement placé.
Tout proche du pont, des quais de Villa Nova de Gaia. A quelques minutes de la station de métro.
De nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité.
L’appartement est neuf et parfaitement équipé, très calme, avec une belle vue sur le Douro et les quais.
Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires avec envoie de toutes les informations par mail.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Hervorragende Lage, aussergewöhnlich schönes Zimmer und modernes Bad. Ausreichende Kücheneinrichtung. Etwas steile Treppe. Bei geöffnetem Badfenster teilweise Gerüche von fremden Küchenabzügen.
Unter dem Strich aber eine sehr tolle und empfehlenswerte Wohnung am Duoro.

Unico neo le scale molto ripide per trasporto valigie. Accesso un po' scomodo sulla strada. Ottimo il posto macchina riservato. Sicuramente da consigliare.

The first thing you'll notice when you walk in the room is the view - it is spectacular! You're overlooking the river and the main riverside restaurant and tourist area which is all lit up at night; you can also enjoy this area as well for meals and tourist activities, etc. You can see the famous bridge too but you have to stick your head out of the window, but don't worry, you'll see plenty of the bridge anyway. (See my photos).
Instead of keys they had a keypad and we just had to enter a code to enter the building and then a different code for the room. The room was beautiful. It's a very old building but the renovation to the room must be very recent because everything made the room look brand new. It was also very clean and the amenities very modern - some things we've never even seen before. We highly recommend this place to others. We never return to the same place if we visit a city again but in this case I think we might have to - I can't imagine anything better, especially for the price we paid.

Magnifique endroit, sans doute un des meilleurs emplacements de Villa Nova de Gaia, à 2 pas du pont "Eiffel" (bluffant la ressemblance avec notre tour nationale, même si c'est pas lui qui l'a fait) et du quai où se concentrent bars et restaurants tous très abordables pour un touriste comme moi (je vous conseille le "Mercato", top !). Pour ne rien gâcher, la vue sur Porto est splendide ! J'y suis allé pour le boulot donc pas vraiment profité de la cuisine mais tout y est ! Frigo, plaque électrique, cafetière Nespresso (les capsules sont incluses :-)), grille pain, évier évidemment... Tout est refait à neuf, clim dans la chambre et petit radiateur dans la salle de bain si vous avez froid au petit matin... Les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes. S'il fallait trouver un bémol : j'étais au troisième et dernier étage, les escaliers sont quand même bien raids et étroits avec une valise, mais je vous rassure on s'en sortir... . Bravo à Céleste, Jorge et à leur fils Filipe toujours dispo en cas de questions.

We were enjoying staying in old house with premium downtown location with wonderful overview on the river and on the right bank. For the view from the kitchen I'd put rate 20 if this would be possible.
Room is small but very well organized. It is amazing how it is possible to fit all that facilities to such a small space. Very friendly owner - thanks a lot for Jorge hospitality even we had not seen him - everything was pre arranged to our visit and we had all necessary support and instructions by email . Definitely we had a lovely stay !

Amazing views, fantastic location, clean and good size apartment. Good with replacing towels and kitchen supplies. Definitely right side of river for views. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

Had a pleasant stay at the Douro Riverside. Our apartment was cozy and quiet and perfect for our needs. We liked that it is on the Gaia side because we were able to experience the bridge multiple times per day. Parking was easy and a great asset (we took day trips). Instructions were clear and Jorge and Celeste were engaged and very helpful.

3층에 이틀간 머물렀습니다. 처음 건물을 찾고 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오를 때만해도 '아....숙소를 잘못 구했나...?'했지만 깔끔하게 리모델링된 숙소와 창문 밖으로 보이는 풍경이 그 모든 것들을 잊게 했습니다. 필요한 편의시설들이 잘 갖추어져 있었고 깔끔했으며 귀찮을 법한 질문들에도 매우 친절히, 그리고 꼼꼼히 도와준 리셉션의 Celeste까지..여기서의 이틀은 정말이지 완벽했습니다!
근처에 유명 와이너리들이 위치하고 있어 와이너리 투어하기도 좋았어요.

계단이 가파르고 힘들긴하지만 뷰는 정말 좋습니다. 겨울에는 생각보다 야경이 화려하지 않고 일몰 방향 상 반대편이 나을 수 있겠지만, 여름즈음에 오는 분들께는 최고의 선택일 거 같아요! 시설은 정말 좋고, 겨울에 춥지도 않구요. 공항에서 들어올 때는 짐이 많아 유료셔틀을 이용했는데, 친절하고 짐도 들어 올려주고 좋았습니다. 기차타러 이동할때는 우버 추천이요.

We booked with Duoro Riverside for 3 nights. We loved the location and the VIEW! We were near restaurants and Porto was minutes away through the bridge. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. We didn't meet the owners but they were very receptive to emails and answered all our questions. Thank you for the experience!

Wonderful location with river view from kitchen nook/window. Self-service codes worked great and free parking was a big plus. Older building but that wasnt a problem in any way. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Porto

Great access for the Port Houses of Gaia, and a short walk over the bridge to old Porto. It’s a very convenient location. Clean and well equipped apartment, very comfy bed and crisp sheets. There is some road noise, if your a light sleeper I would suggest ear plugs as the motor bikes are loud. Lovely hosts, most attentive, I would use again.

Lait, eau, café et tisanes à votre arrivée, sympa !
Correspond parfaitement à un couple, appart du 2ème étage.
Le bémol est l'accès par un escalier hyper pentu et de marchés irrégulières, donc réservé aux sportif, pas d'enfants ni de mamie...
Accès avec des codes, entrée de l'immeuble, ainsi que l'appartement, donc arrivée tardive possible sans souci.
Les hôtes vous contactent par sms et Mail, charmants et disponibles si besoin.
Un très bel emplacement pour découvrir Gaia et Porto car tout proche du pont, un gros avantage.

3층에 이틀 머물렀어요~창밖으로 보이는 풍경입니다.
처음 건물이 너무 낡아서 실망한데다, 들어오는데 계단이 높아 힘들어서 이건 아니다 싶었는데,
정말이지 들어오자 마자 싹 잊을 수 밖에 없는 멋진 창 밖 풍경과, 너무나도 세심한 준비사항에 별점 만점 이상 드리고 싶습니다.
다시오면 또 이쪽에 묵고싶네요^^

We stayed in Celeste's Port Wine room for four nights for our Honeymoon. We had the most wonderful time, fantastic service, beautiful views, perfect location and a spotless room! The robes were a lovely addition, we made good use of the coffee machine + the Netflix account came in very handy for a relaxing lie down after a long day of walking. Celeste truly spoiled us throughout our trip! We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful apartment in great area, close to everything. Location allowed spectacular views of Porto and the river. Apartment was updated, clean and supplied with everything needed to cook your own meals. With all the great restaurants in the area we only cooked breakfast and ate while enjoying the view from the kitchen. Check in and parking seemed a bit confusing when we booked, but staff is on top of it and will contact you prior to your arrival with easy to follow instructions and stay in contact until you are settled. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay and were happy we chose to stay on this side of the river. Would highly recommend.

Douro Riverside Apartments, modernly renovated suites in an old historic building, is well situated in the Vila Nova de Gaia neighborhood, just across the river from the Ribeiro section of Porto. The riverfront is just steps from the apartments, providing a number of dining options. It is just a short walk across the Luis I Bridge to reach most of the major sights in Porto. Our hosts, Jorge and Celeste, provided coffee pods, a large bottle of water and a container of milk, and offered a parking voucher at a nearby car park. For convenience and comfort, Douro Riverside Apartments is a great choice.

Yes the stairs are steep, but the view from the kitchen is just WOW. Loved the apartment, the location is amazing and the communication from the owner was fantastic. The parking was a bonus and quite close by.

Great location, apartment was clean, and had just about everything needed. Did not meet owners but keyless entry was easy. parking just up the hill 300 meters in a supervised lot included.
Steep stairs make access difficult for anyone with a limited ability to climb 20 steps per floor.
Front door is heavy and narrow, watch your fingers as the door closes quickly. we did get our fingers caught twice!!
Great location, great views to look at as you eat or have a drink.

The location of the apartment was great, as was the nightly rate that was less than most cheap motels in the US. The apartment had nice views, was clean and spacious enough for the two nights we were there. The host did an excellent job with communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They were very accommodating, too, allowing us a late checkout on our departure day since our flight to Madrid wasnt until 4pm. This allowed us to spend more time in lovely Porto and not feel rushed. The only real cons were the tiny but heavy door going into the building that made it difficult to go in/out of with luggage, and the steep stairs leading up to the apartment. Were thankful we were on the first floor. Will definitely stay here again!

We stood in the Port Wine room for one night. The only problem was it was only one night! The room had everything we needed and the location was the best! Jorge was responsive quickly to every question we had. We hope to come back again soon for a longer time!

Im completely disappointed with that place, when I made my reservation at Douro riverside apartment, I never thought to find an old Building, like ADAMS FAMILY the rooms with a musty smelling and unsafe access. nothing to do with what theyre promoting on line. I was forced to leave that place and looked for another decent place to stay with my family, I file my complaints without any results in favor. thinking twice before choosing this place.

The view to Porto from the window of the apartment is stunning. Close proximity to restaurants in Porto and Gaia. Parking is also available. Just need to coordinate with staff. Jorge and Celeste were amazing.

다음에 꼭 오고싶을 만큼 추천합니다 가만히 앉아만 있어도 힐링되는 곳이에요 집 컨디션도 좋아요 에어컨도 있고 물도 잘나오고 리모델링 잘 되어있어서 너무 편해요 호스트들도 답장 빠르고 무엇이든 도와주려고 해서 너무 고마웠어요 청소하시는 스탭들도 너무 친절합니다 예약이 많아서 더 머물지 못해 아쉽습니다

We stayed in Douro Riverside for 3 nights - absolutely loved it. Everything was well communicated before our arrival, the hosts responded to our questions very promptly. Recommend to stay at the room at the 3rd floor, the view was breathtaking. Be alert of the steep stairs though.

Como o próprio ditado diz, "como ao vinho do Porto, quanto mais velho melhor", olhando o exterior dos apartamentos vemos o Porto como é, e como deve ser mantido, o estilo antigo, bonito e do mesmo como tudo o que nos rodeia. Très bien situé et la vue est superbe! Facile de stationner l’auto mais un peu plus difficile de débarquer les valises car portes étroites escalier abrupte et beaucoup de circulation sur la rue ... ça vient avec la localisation il faut croire mais soyez sans crainte nous y sommes parvenus avec 2 jeunes enfants. Ensuite la proximité de tout en vaut la peine !! Appartement petit mais fonctionnel pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Je le recommande !!

Perfect location with an amazing view of the Douro River and Porto. The apartment was spotless and had all of the amenities needed. Bed was super comfy and everything was modern and well decorated. Celeste & Jorge are wonderful and communicated in detail before my arrival and were very accommodating with a bit of an earlier check in as I arrived earlier via train. I can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here and have already recommended this apartment to many friends thinking of visiting Porto/Vila Nova de Gaia.

We had such a lovely stay at Duoro Riverside Apartments. The location was ideal for us as it was close to all the major wine cellars and very close to the river in Porto. The apartment had all the needed amenities and was very comfortable and also clean. Celeste was very helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. We had a fantastic view of the river and at nighttime it was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone travelling to Porto! They exceeded our expectations and we would stay again!

This is a lovely property in Porto. The view is magnificent and the apartment is well stocked, clean and comfortable. It is close to the metro system but all the major attractions in Porto are within walking distance. Communication with the owners was easy. We had no trouble accessing our apartment. I would highly recommend Douro Riverside apartments.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement à quelques minutes du centre de Gaia avec une belle vue sur Porto. Le stationnement tout près très pratique. L'appartement était très propre. Le lit et la literie très confortable. À noter qu'Il faut vraiment être muni d'un GPS pour trouver l'endroit. Arrivé sur place avec une petite valise car l'entrée et l'escalier sont très étroits. Nous sommes dans l'ensemble très très satisfait.

Wat een geweldig appartement. Nieuw, schoon en modern ingericht. En het mooiste uitzicht van heel Porto, op een rustige plek. Je zit aan de andere kant van de Douro rivier, naast de Ponte Luis L. Het is slechts 5 minuten lopen over deze brug naar de overkant. Zelfs op de toilet en onder de douche heb je dit mooie uitzicht. De trap naar boven is even een dingetje, maar dat weet je. Mocht je met de auto zijn, ze kunnen ook een gratis parkeerplaats voor je reserveren, vlakbij het appartement. Alles is perfect, het bed, de airco, perfect ingerichte keuken, goede grote koelkast. En gezellig ingericht, inclusief leuke kaarsjes. Er stond ook nog een verrassing klaar toen we kwamen maar die zeg ik natuurlijk niet.
Als je naar Porto gaat definitief dit appartement reserveren.

Positive: Great location with an unbelievable view, even in the toilet! The room on the 3rd floor is quite large! Close to many restaurants and Luis I bridge! Nespresso coffee machine in the room! Jorge’s instruction was very detailed! . Negative: Really nothing to complain but if you were traveling with large suitcases, the steep steps could be an issue.

Положительный: Всем привет! Мы снова в путешествуем! На сей раз, на майские праздники, решили посетить Португалию. Ах, Порту, Порту!!! Обалденный город! Мы поселились в этом отеле на 3 дня (26.04-29.04.2018). До начала нашего путешествия владельцы отеля, Хорхе и Селеста, написали подробную инструкцию о проживании (коды в дом, квартиру, пароль Wi-Fi, парковка.....). Им выражаю особую признательность и благодарю за отличное место проживания и заботу о своих постояльцах. Теперь немного о квартире: наши апартаменты были на 2-ом этаже ("Винный Погреб") - просто супер! Тем более очень символично для Порту. Фото вида из окна и приветственного "Welcome" (платный - 35 евро, но для романтики и ярких впечатлений - НЕ ЖАЛЕЙТЕ денег) я прилагаю к своему отчету. Wi-Fi работал отлично, парковка в 300м от отеля (включена в стоимость проживания). Внутри все удобства: кондиционер, обогреватель, холодильник, кофе-машина с капсулами, чай, халаты, полотенца в избытке, набор щетка с пастой (для тех, кто забыл), отличная посуда. Наверху (в сторону парковки) есть хороший магазин с Портвейном. Из тех марок, которые пробовали мы, и которые советовали хозяева отеля и наш гид по Порту - это (Graham's, Dow's, Cocburn's, Kopke, Sandeman, Taylors - 10-летние Tawny). Вообщем, как всегда, отдохнули - КЛАССНО!!! Большое спасибо Хорхе и Селеста!!!

Posto delizioso. Stanza adeguata per due adulti e due bambini. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro di Porto e nella zona delle cantine, e il panorama splendido proprio sul fiume. Do solo quattro stelle perchè, a mio avviso, il lavandino del bagno è troppo piccolo, così come il tavolo della cucina, inadatto per pranzo o cena in più di tre persone (sufficiente per la colazione). Le scale interne sono molto ripide, almeno per gli standard italiani. Se però, come noi, non avete problemi con le scale ripide e non consumate i pasti principali in casa ma fuori (o siete meno di 4), la valutazione sale a 5 stelle. Ci torneremo. Consigliatissimo.

This apartment gives you the classic picture postcard view of Porto from your own kitchen window. You can also watch all the river traffic, and, from the opposite direction, take in the activity on the promenade where the famous port wine cellars are located. Word of caution: this apartment requires climbing (and hauling your luggage) up & down two flights of very steep stairs. If climbing or balance is an issue than, sadly, this apartment is not for you. If you notify the landlord in advance, he provides a free pass, with in-and-out priviledges, to a nearby parking lot. The walk across the bridge to Porto itself take about 10 minutes (driving in Porto is best avoided due to narrow, steep streets & lack of parking). There are no grocery stores nearby, but the large department/grocery store, El Corte Ingles, has free shuttle just steps from the apartment - its a great store in which to shop. The bedroom/living room is large and very pleasant. The small separate kitchen is modern and equipped for simple meals but not for more serious cooking. The landlord has automated check in so you do not risk losing time waiting for someone to arrive, and you are not pinned down to a specific time of arrival.

Positief: Toegang is met code, dus geen gedoe met sleutels. Het uitzicht is schitterend. Je zit midden tussen de porto huizen. Het is klein, maar zeer handig ingedeeld. Heel stijlvol.. Negatief: Enkel jammer dat de trap er naartoe wel heel erg stijl is en dat de buitendeur nogal smal is en heel zwaar open gaat. De bagage van de straat in de hal zetten, ging hierdoor wat moeilijker.

Positive: Absolutely loved the convenient location of the property and the stunning view. In walking distance of all sights and many restaurants.. Communication with owner was excellent and self-check in was very convenient and easy. Apartment was very clean and well equipped for the size. Parking is free and nearby. Would definitely choose to stay here again.. Negative: The apartment is small but more than adequate for 2-3 people or a couple with 2 kids. Some people may struggle with the stairs as there are 3 flights and they are narrow (we stayed in the 3rd floor apartment).
Baggage drop off was a bit challenging due to the busy road but this is a common problem in Portugal.

Positiva: La vista desde la cocina es simplemente espectacular, ya que estás al otro lado del río tienes una vista alucinante de Porto (una mañana me sorprendió un arco iris), perfecto mientras disfrutas del desayuno o de una romántica cena. Caminando, a unos 15 minutos cuesta arriba hay un mirador desde el que se pueden tomar fotos panorámicas de toda la ciudad.
Se accede al apartamento con un código igual que a la habitación así que uno no se tiene que preocupar por descubrir dónde recoger las llaves, solo asegúrate de tener el celular con suficiente batería (ten siempre una nota con los códigos contigo en caso pase algo con el móvil).

Pozytywna: Bardzo miłą obsługa, która była pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Nie ma najmniejszego problemu z dostaniem się do apartamentu w nocy, co było wielką zaletą ze względu na nocny przylot do Porto. Śniadanie z widokiem na rzekę i starą dzielnicę portową Ribeira - jest niesamowitą atrakcją. Żeby dostrzec piękno Porto nie trzeba się nawet ruszać z apartamentu. Wieczorem można obserwować piękny zachód słońca przy dźwiękach fado dopływających z najbliższej winiarni.
Organizacyjnie: dobre połączenie z lotniskiem, idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania zarówno winiarni jak i przeciwległej części miasta, apartament położony tuż przy moście Dom Luis I.
Wyposażanie apartamentu: świeżo i czysto, w łaziance oraz kuchni wszystko co może się przydać podczas pobytu. Łącznie z nitką i igłą ;)
Obsługa: Niezwykle miła właścicielka, która odpowiada na każdą z potrzeb gości. Znakomity kontakt, zawsze bez zwłoki.

긍정적: 2층방에서 혼자 묵었습니다. 뷰는 설명 사진과 같고, 포르토 몇 번 가봤는데 이 이상 좋은 뷰는 드물지 않을까 싶네요. 창밖이 너무 예뻐서 밖에 나가고 싶지 않을 정도였습니다. 침대, 화장실, 타올, 부엌, 모두 깨끗하고 정갈했으며 식기도 다양하고 웬만한 건 다 갖춰져 있습니다. 보안은 대문과 방문에 번호키가 있고, 방문 안쪽에 걸고리형 잠금장치가 있습니다. 여성 혼자 지내기에 완전히 마음이 놓일만큼 완벽한 보안은 아니지만, 안전이 우려될 정도도 아닙니다. 와이너리쪽에 묵으면서 도우루강을 바라보고 싶다면 강추입니다 (다만, 사진으로 알 수 있듯이 도우루강이 보이는 건 부엌, 식탁쪽이고, 침대쪽 창문은 그 반대편입니다. 침실로부터는 건너편 건물이 보입니다). 부정적: 1. 다른 리뷰에도 있듯이 방까지 올라가는 계단이 가파르고 긴 편입니다. 제 경우 20kg캐리어와 약 3kg숄더백 2개를 갖고 있었는데, 먼저 숄더백을 올려놓고 다시 내려와서 캐리어를 겨우 끌고 올라갔습니다. 떠날 때도 마찬가지. 하지만 이 지역 집 구조가 대부분(호텔이 아닌 이상) 그럴테니 아파트를 빌릴 생각이면 어디든 감안해야 할 듯요.
2. 역에서부터 접근성이 약간 불편합니다. Jardim do Morro역에서 가깝긴 한데, 지도상에서 보이는 짧은 거리를 실제로 가보니, 우둘투둘한 돌길에 경사진 길, 그리고 계단으로 구성되어 있었습니다. 위에서 언급한 20kg캐리어, 3kg숄더백 두 개를 들고 밤늦게 돌길을 걸어 내려갔는데 보통 일이 아니었습니다. 소리도 요란하고, 사람도 안 다니더군요(밤 9시 반 경). 그래서 떠나는 날에는 차라리 평탄하고 덜 굴곡진 길로 Sao Bento역으로 갔습니다. 또 온다면 저라면 Sao Bento역을 이용할 겁니다.

Muy buen lugar para disfrutar de Oporto con una hermosa vista al Douro. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y tiene todo lo que se necesita. La llegada fue muy cómoda y la comunicación perfecta. El único inconveniente es que si viajan con personas mayores tengan en cuenta que las escaleras son empinadas y a la hora de subir las maletas puede ser difícil.

Das Apartment im 3. Stock war super, mit wunderbarem Blick über den Douro und zentral gelegen. Von dort aus kommt man überall schnell hin. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr modern und gemütlich, nichts hat gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist zuverlässig, freundlich und diskret.
Noch ein Hinweis, für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen ist der Aufstieg in die 3. Etage etwas beschwerlich. Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Fantastic 5 star like accommodation and best views of historic Porto. The room overlooks the river and you get nice sunshine coming in. We enjoyed after a full day discovering the city to be able to come home, have a nice shower and just get out for some excellent food on all the nearby restaurants. Lugar com ótima localização e custo-benefício. A fachada do prédio é antiga e necessita subir escada, porém o interior do apartamento está novo e em excelente estado. A vista pelo menos do apartamento do 3 andar é otima.

Very comfortable apartment. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The best for the couple, a little bit too small for 4 people.
Slightly loudy in the night - some music outside. Steepy staircase, but it does not change our very positive opinion - we would choose it again.

Beautiful apartment with an absolutely stunning view of historic Porto from across the river. The apartment is well equipped with a small kitchenette, including coffee machine, toaster, fridge and stove. It is short walk across the bridge to historic Porto and other attractions.

Wow, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had the room on the 3rd floor and the view of Porto, the Douro River and Ribeira was simply amazing. The room was perfect, and included a lot more than we needed. It was so nice that we picked up some take out one night for dinner and stayed at the room to eat while looking at sunset. It is walking distance to everything. The check-in was very easy, and the hosts/owners provided the information well in advance and were available if needed. Highly recommend!

Excelente acomodação e anfitriões. Tudo muito bem explicado e coordenado antes da chegada. E a localização não podia ser melhor para visitar tanto Gaia como o Porto a pé e desfrutar de uma vista incrível para o RedBull AirRace!

Een geweldig verblijf. Het appartement, voorzien van airconditioning, is romantisch, schoon en knus en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt op een perfecte locatie met geweldig uitzicht. De hosts verzorgen een parkeerplek en zijn goed bereikbaar en persoonlijk. Een plek waar veel mensen blij worden of al zijn geweest. Zeker boeken dus!

What a fantastic location with the most amazing view! We visited Porto while on our honeymoon travelling Portugal, and Douro Riverside made this an absolute highlight. Very easy check-in and check-out, with wonderful privacy.

The perfect spot for a visit to Porto. It is only a few hundred feet from the waterfront on the Gaia side of the river and the Ponte Luis I bridge, which gives easy access to the other side.
We stayed in the apartment on the first floor (second floor in American), which was perfection, itself. The apartment has obviously been remodeled very recently, and everything is new, modern, and elegant. The views of the river from the kitchen area and breakfast nook are spectacular. The kitchen is small, but fully equipped with espresso maker, stove, microwave, toaster, etc. all new and shiny. The only one small caution, which is that the stairs from the street are steep and narrow. We were glad we only had to carry our luggage up one flight.
By the way, if you want to try eating codfish the way they do in Portugal, directly across the narrow street from the apartment is a delightful little restaurant that specializes in cod dishes. We had a delightful meal there one night.
Although we didn't have the pleasure of meeting them, Jorge and Celeste were otherwise perfect hosts. They were very responsive and attentive to our requests.

Положительный: Кроме потясающего вида из окна и отличного местоположения, очень хочется отметить ГОСТЕПРИИМСТВО хозаев, которое чувствуется в каждой детали! И это при том, что хозяина мы даже не видели. Мы получили необходимые коды замков для заезда, что обеспечило быстрый чек-ин без привязки ко времени и лишних телодвижений. Апартамены совсем небольшие, но совершенно новые, очень чистые и комфортные, со множеством необходимых и приятных мелочей от чая/кофе до зубных щеток. И еще welcome-подарок! Вид из окна - сказка! Для тех, кто на машине - отличные опции для парковки. Мы довольно часто бываем в Порту и всегда снимаем апартаменты, выбирая их довольно придирчиво в данной ценовой категории, поэтому нам есть с чем сравнивать.. Негативный: 1) В подъезде крутые ступеньки и нет лифта, что с тяжелым багажом не особо комфортно. Но это совершенно типично для зданий исторического центра. К этому просто надо быть готовым. 2) В процессе бронирования к общей стоимости добавилась сумма 20 евро за убоку. Это я заметила только в момент списания с карты. Информация об этой доплате есть на главной странице, но ее очень легко упустить. Притензия к дизайну booking.com 3) Нам не нужна была никакая туристическая информация, мы даже порадовались ее отсутсвию. Тем не менее, многим пригодилась бы хотябы туристическая карта Порту.

Kladný: Vynikající lokalita, fantastický výhled z okna na řeku, střechy sklepů a město Porto na protějším břehu.. Záporný: Nebylo možné v noci otevřít okna pro okolní hluk. Ubytování je přímo v centru.
