Tive problemas com o jantar e o café da manhã

Le personnel fait son maximum pour vous être agréable mais manque dun encadrement expérimenté. par exemple au bar, prévoir 1h pour prendre un verre, sinon vous naurez pas le temps de le boire.Lhotel est très bien situé dans porto mais très mal insonorisé

Tanto las instalaciones como el personal es lo mejor de este céntrico hotel, esto ultimo es lo que hace que sea alto el nivel de ruidos de la calle hasta altas horas de la noche por el bullicio nocturno y temprano por los equipos de limpieza este es el único punto débil.Colchones y almohadas muy cómodas

Excelente escolha para o nosso fim de semana! Perto de tudo, desde restaurantes a lojas. O hotel é pequeno e faz-nos sentir em casa. O staff é muito amável e deu-nos óptimas recomendações de onde comer e o que ver! O pequeno almoço mercado apesar de não ser muito abundante tem tudo o que é preciso para começar o dia e produtos de qualidade. é servido no 5 andar no rooftop bar com uma fabulosa vista sobre a avenida dos aliados. Recomendo!

Lugar super aconchegante e agradável. Tem uma variedade de drinks incríveis e o menu é um relógio: cada hora eles recomendam um drink diferente! Legal, não acham? Um rooftop aconchegante com uma vista incrível. Vale a visita ;) o cardápio de petiscos para acompanhar os drinks também é super interessante.

Brand new boutique hotel! Loved the location, walking distance from every important must see places and restaurants! My room had a lovely balcony and a lot of light. As it is a small hotel, staff is super friendly and professional! As I was with a car, the only not is that as it is located at the city center, the hotel doesn’t have private park however recommended me the closest one! Definitely a hotel to return!

Boutique Hotel at a great location! Can highly recommend this charming, very new hotel. Staff is good, it has a great bar on the fifth floor and the location is unbeatable! There are some small things to improve like the pillows, those are below standard. Also its not a very green and sustainable approach they have, as towels are changes every day, even the soap is exchanged. This results in lots of waste...

Very cosy boutique hotel, premium location walkable to every spots. Loved the breakfast concept, a kind of Supermarket with very fresh products and very affordable (13euros pp). The breakfast is served at the rooftop bar at the 5 floor which as an amazing view to the main avenue and city!
Young and super friendly staff. Very reccomandable!

The service was great. The rooms may wear with time but it was brand new and nice all around. The restaurant had great views a bit pricey but still getting their legs.

Leuk Hotel in het Centrum, omgeven door zeer aan te bevelen toprestaurants in de buurt. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was minder, in feite is het ook zeer makkelijk om in de omgeving te gaan ontbijten. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader.

Great central location. Easy to find and orient yourself. Small lobby. Nice breakfast area. Room had an very nice view. Plenty of plugs including USB ports. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

The hotel was easily accessible to sights and transportation. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful.

From the moment I pulled up, this hotel was as expected! There was a friendly associate who immediately greeted me. I explained that I was about 2 hours early so he checked and my room was available. He explained the hotel amenities and I was on my way. The room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. It actually seemed like a new or newly renovated property. I had a lovely corner room that was comfortable with an amazing bed mattress. I was able to get a good night's rest. The next morning, I had breakfast on the rooftop. The view was amazing but it was a bit too cold for me to sit outside. Regardless, the breakfast offerings were lovely and more upscale than other hotels that I stayed at. The next day, I checked out and it was a breeze. All-in-all, this is a very convenient location, and more importantly, exactly what was expected!

Gostei muito deste hotel. Tem charme, bom gosto, é confortável apenas com o que é necessário, nada de supérfluos. Exemplo, a Recepção é Pequena, o café da manhã é bem Gostoso, sem exageros de Comida, o quarto tem bom Tamanho, Janelas Lindas, Cama confortável, secador bom, banheiro pequeno mas bem funcional. Achei bem resolvido, Gostei bastante.

Very noisy location , seemed over priced for what you got , topper on mattress did not resolve sleep quality . Location However is perfect .

Great location. The room decor was new and pleasing, however there was no closet and hardly any room for placing clothing or anything else. The bathroom was tiny with no space for toiletries.The breakfast buffet was OK, but not at all impressive.

The hotel has a very good location and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is nicely decorated with minimalist style while combining more traditional architecture . The room comes with nespresso machine .But due to its minimalist style, the door handles are just round knobs that can be very stiff and hard to turn... The heating/aircon was also very loud, so loud we couldn't sleep while it was on (but after turning it off ,slept very well )It would be good to have a true queen bed instead of 2 singles put together (especially since we paid for and requested a queen)

The location is off the beaten path. It’s a lively little hotel with great views. We asked for two twin beds. But they were pushed together and didn’t appear to push apart. Be careful the coffee which most people would think was complimentary is not! That’s my only problem. For the money we should be able to enjoy a coffee or tea in the room and not be charged

Hotel is located very central. The staff is amazing and the rooms are really nice, especially the shower. The beds are a bit small but expected for European hotels. I'd recommend to anyone for a wonderful Porto stay.

Très bel hôtel avec un tres bon accueil Par contre mal insonorisée....dans la nuit de samedi a dimanche impossible de dormir Notre chambre magnifique côté ruelle a été dévastée par le bruit continu toute la nuit au point que j'avais l'impression que la fenêtre était ouverte ....gens qui fessait la fête ou sirène de police .... je comprend maintenant pourquoi il y a des boules caisses dans la salle de bain..

숙소 정말 최고였어요. 스페인 포르투갈 이주여행하며 머문 숙소 중 단연 최고네요.. 뷰는 말할 것도 없고 방이 너무 예뻐요. 4박하면서 방에서 항상 행복했네요ㅎㅎ 포르투 다시 와도 무조건 여기 갈 것 같아요!! 꼭 머물러보세요ㅎㅎ 위치도 최고!! 단 주변이 넘 시끄러워서 밤에도 버스킹 들리고 차서리 들리는건 참고하세요ㅎ

혼자 여행 숙소로 이용했는데 위치가 굉장히 좋아요. 비가 와서 많이 못 다녔는데 중간중간 호텔가서 쉬기도 좋았습니다. 근데 조명이 많지 않아 낮에도 좀 어두웠어요.

リべイラ広場前のホテルであり立地は最高。お部屋も清潔かつ冷暖房設備充実 夜は窓を開けると広場とインターコンチネンタルホテルのライトアップが目の前に見えクリスマスイルミネーションビュー 受付の方々はとても親切で、ポルトについて聞けば詳しく教えてくれました。 アメニティとして耳栓が置かれているくらい、特に金曜の夜から騒がしい。お部屋にスリッパや歯ブラシはないが、聞くと貰える。ただ、この歯ブラシは大きくて雑なつくり、、 冷蔵庫のもの以外にもお部屋にあるティーや珈琲も有料でびっくりしました。

I had an absolutely great stay here! They were very accommodating, when I added another guest last minute (included an extra bed). The location is central, room was clean. I would definitely come back and stay.

The room was very clean and beautiful with a large terrace over looking the city. You could not have a better location in the city of Porto.

Great location of the hotel! Central to all major locations. Was extremely grateful the hotel upgraded our room into a bigger room with a great view! It is very much appreciated! Rooms and bathrooms are very clean!

This hotel is perfectly located in Porto, very central, a 4 minute walk from the Sao Bento train station, and easy walking everywhere, including across the bridge to Vila Nova de Gaia, where most of the port wine cellars are located.

Excelente Estada adoramos o atendimento da recepção em especial da Sra. Rita extremamente receptiva e cordial e Sr. David. Localização : Próximo a estacão de trem, ponto de táxi e outros transportes. A localização também permite a caminhada por diversos pontos boêmios ou não desta cidade super charmosa . Como o centrinho cultural, Cais da ribeira, lojas, mercados, docerias( fabulosas por sinal), Hard Rock café, shopping Catarina, e uma infinidade de restaurantes. Para quem decidir assim mesmo ir de carro tem Parks subterrâneos por todos os lugares. Estrutura : Hotel mais aconchegante, elegante sem muitos rapapés, ideal para jovens casais curtirem um ar intimo e romântico. O quarto 502 tem uma linda vista da cidade, e fica em frente a sala do pequeno café,local onde é servido o café da manha , se tornando um bar a tarde. Tive uma certa dificuldade no banheiro o ralo é muito pequeno para a vasão da água da ducha e pouca exaustão dos vapores. Sobre o televisor ficar na lateral do quarto , acredito que ela deve ter suporte móvel porém não tive coragem de verificar. Itens do enxoval solicitado foram entregues como travesseiros extras, roupão extra e cobertores. A rua é bastante agitada que torna um pouco barulhento deixar as janelas abertas, mais assim que fechamos dormimos bem. no que depender de mim voltarei sempre ao Pestana Porto -Goldsmith

Very nice hotel in Porto Near from main streets, well-designed rooms, very kind personnels and the rooftop bar with a marvelous sight. You might think it's a little bit pricey but you would know it is reasonable.

Good central location where the first stop of the city sightseeing bus is. Room is comfortable and clean. No bedroom slippers provided. No door to the shower area, so water can splash out. Due to the rain, we were not able to have breakfast in the hotel. Walked to another related hotel for breakfast instead, but with higher prices.

The roooftop bar - restaurant was closed during the entire length of our stay. No room service avalaible either. No compensation - nothing was proposed to us. Just a letter to say they were sorry...

Tolles und außergewöhnliches Hotel in Porto. Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier und sehr begeistert. Der Ausblick von unserer Dachterrasse war grandios. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht groß, aber sehr lecker und besonders. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, auf der Dachterrasse zu frühstücken. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, zu Fuß kamen wir sehr gut an alle uns wichtigen Orte.

Adoré limmeuble, la propreté, le personnel sympathique. Par contre limmeuble est mal insonorisé et il y a beaucoup de bruits nocturnes. Peut-être prévoir de mettre des doubles vitrages

Loved the decor and staff were excellent. Storage and counter top space is limited and didn’t appreciate the charge for small things like tea bags and Nespresso pods.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, etwas wenig Ablagefläche im Bad aber wirklich top! Auch super freundlicher Service & toller Duft in der Eingangshalle! Das einzig negative: wir hatten zwar kein Frühstück aber hier zahlt man für Omelette o.Ä. nochmal on top! Das finde ich bei 13€ „Grundgebühr“ ein NoGo!

Das Hotel hat wirklich eine absolute Top Lage!! Perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ist auch schön, allerdings hört man die Straße Nachts ziemlich, obwohl ich im 4 Stock war. Mich hat es aber überhaupt nicht gestört. So ist das halt wenn man mitten im Zentrum wohnt. Gerne komme ich wieder!

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooftop patio offers gorgeous views and a good breakfast. My room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Get a room with a balcony to enjoy a view of the main square from your room.

Breakfast service is very slow and not competent at all. There is only one person to serve all guests!!! Avoid having breakfast at the hotel!!
