Me and my husband wanted a doctor visit. We don’t have insurance so we knew we had to wait in the queue for the appintoment. Unfortunately we don’t speak Portuguese but we were trying to use google translate for help. Staff is not friendly, they are not bothered to help you in any ways. They were trying to avoid us and send us to the different place even tho we were sent here from that place. The only person who helped us was one of the patients who could speak English. Only after him talking to the receptionist we got an appointment to doctor. We had to wait over three hours, staff wasn’t helpful even during this hours. Everyone who came after us, or before us has already left. So in the end we just felt we were treated like this just because we didn’t speak the language and didn’t know anyone who worked here. Would not recommend anyone to come here ever and of course we won’t even come back.
