Venho aqui relatar a péssima experiência que tive com esta agência com a venda da minha casa. Tinha a minha casa praticamente vendida por outra agência faltando só marcar o contrato promessa de compra e venda. 4 dias antes da data em que ia assinar o contrato fui contatada pelo Sr Nélson, dono da Dreamalgarve dizendo que tinha uns clientes que iam pagar a pronto e fazer a escritura ainda na mesma semana. O mesmo ligou à minha sócia a dizer que estava lá com os clientes no escritório naquele momento e que eles estavam a fazer o pagamento do sinal e a assinar o contrato pelo que estava tudo certo pelo que liguei à outra agência a desistir do negócio... Foi bastante constrangedor porque além da outra agência, a Marcela Propriedades, ter feito um excelente trabalho com a minha casa, já os clientes deles tinham gasto dinheiro em advogados para tratar do processo da compra, mas como a Dreamalgarve ofereceu uma proposta melhor e disse q já tinham pago o sinal e aceitado fazer a escritura na mesma semana , acabei por fechar com a Dreamalgarve... O combinado tinha sido fazer a escritura esta quinta feira dia 13 no Algarve. Durante todo o dia de quarta-feira andei a ligar e enviar sms ao Sr Nélson para me dizer a que horas era a escritura pois tinha q comprar ainda um bilhete p o Algarve. Ao fim da tarde recebo um sms dele a dizer que não ia ser feita a escritura na quinta porque não tinha conseguido falar com os compradores.... Hoje, quinta feira, liguei 3x sem ter sido atendida a pedir a copia do contrato que eles tinham assinado na altura da entrega do sinal. Qual não é o meu espanto quando recebo um sms do Sr Nélson a dizer que afinal eles não tinham pago nem assinado nada..... Fiquei de rastos pois tinha declinado uma venda 2 dias antes para nada... O Sr Nélson enganou-me , ludibriou-me e mandou-me a dizer q estava tudo certo é sinal pago quando na verdade nunca existiu nada em concreto. Atitude deplorável que me levou a ficar sem a venda da casa pois entretanto os clientes da outra agência, como esta já estava supostamente vendida, acabaram fechando com a 2 opção que tinham... E assim se perde a venda de uma casa por irresponsabilidade da agência, não recomendo de todo Pelo rol de críticas de clientes insatisfeitos que aqui colocaram a sua avaliação e experiências, sugiro a troca de nome para NightmareAlgarve Irei apresentar uma queixa oficial junto das entidades competentes Maria João

Apartament który dostaliśmy spełniał nasze oczekiwania. Był przestronny, dobrze wyposażony. Dodatkowo na parterze była sauna, jacuzzi i basen do dyspozycji. PolozePoł apartamentu blisko centrum. Obsługa biura miła i pomocna. W pełni polecam ich usługi i apartamenty.

Terrible service, false advertising and no communication at all regarding my complaint. They listed a property as being in Lagos when it was actually 40km away in Aljezur, and we arrived 6pm on Friday from Lisbon to discover this! Lucky we came by car and not train or we would have been stranded. We stayed one night in the middle of nowhere in an apartment with broken internet, no TV signal and a broken refrigerator. One month of asking for refund has resulted in no reply at all. This has cost us 744 Euros = $1250AUD. I have now lodged a complaint with Portugal consumer protection and we will see...

Cette agence est un pur scandale. Cette femme devrait changer de métier. Je la déconseille vivement surtout aux expat. Aucun sérieux, aucun suivi client, ne tient pas ses engagements, parle pour ne rien dire, en fait cette agence c est juste une blague qui vous coûtera très cher.

Sólo le deseo al Sr Nelson y a la señorita que nos atendió que cuando salgan de vacaciones con su familia y niños pequeños fuera de su país, se encuentren a personas como ellas para saber lo que es sentirte desprotegido.Que nos encontremos en la piscina del alojamiento que hemos pagado y que ya deberíamos estar disfrutando personas violentas y borrachas e increpandonos.Y todavía dice la señorita que la casa estaba libre para poder entrar nosotros.Me parece alucinante!!!Espero que el dinero que nos pertenece y que no nos han devuelto lo disfruten con su familia de vacaciones. Simplemente desastroso. La propiedad no atiende ante ningún problema que pueda surgir y se desentiende. No recomendable.

son unos impresentables, un amigo alquilo una casa con ellos y los pusieron al lado de un grupo de borrachos agresivos, cuando dijo que eso era inaceptable le dijeron que no era problema suyo y que no le devolvian el dinero ni le cambiaban de casa, en fin, no lo recomiendo para nada, impresentables y sinvergüenzas.

Poco formales..la peor experiencia para unas vacaciones estupendas. No lo recomiendo a nadie

Un desastre...gente impresentable, permiten inquilinos agresivos, maleducados y que no respetan el descanso familiar, y cuando se le pide la devolución u otro alojamiento por no reunir los requisitos, se niegan. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

No vuelvo allí. Nefasta estancia. No solucionan los poblemas que pueden surgir. Se olvidan de uno.

Poca seriedad no te resulven el problema y miles de problemas para devolverte el dinero.

Una experiencia muy negativa, son poco serios e informales, no cumplen con lo contratado dejando tirado a la gente sin aportar soluciones a los problemas. Poco recomendable nunca más trabajaré con ellos.

They are thieves. I rented a House for a night with my family and when I arrived it was occupied by 6 drunk guys that threatened us. To see this, we decided to cancel and find another site. They have charged me 278 euros and they have replied me that guys were authorized to stay because the pool was shared with other villas. Very well!! I could to stay there but with six drunk who threatened my family. Then I decided to cancel the reserve Thank you Dreamalgarve! Scoundrels!

If you plan to book A28 Torralta Studios Alvor by Dreamalgarve run fast in another direction. nothing works, router was not charged, No digital TV just a very old one but no antenna so no programs, no Internet, dirty balconly, dirty floors, no water when I arrived, no hairdryer, no bottled water was supplied though it says so in the advertising, curtain came down, no info whatsoever. I stood there on a Saturday afternoon and did not know anything.....had to wait over one hour for the keys.... I moved out after ONE night and was promised to get the money back but NOTHING. very unserious. DONT BOOK THIS APARTMENT, it will make you unhappy. they do not answer when you phone them with problems....

Erg jammer dat ik niet eerder "onderzoek" heb gedaan naar DREAMALGARVE. Na een glitsch tijdens de boeking (die aanvankelijk werd geweigerd), kregen wij een email of wij toch niet via DREAMALGARVE wilden boeken...Aangezien wij al een tweede boeking hadden gedaan , vroegen wij ons geld terug. De boeking is immers niet eerder dan over vijf maanden. Naar dat geld kunnen wij nog steeds fluiten. Wat wij nog vervelender vinden, is dat dit via het platform van HomeAway is gegaan. Hun helpdesk heeft ons aanvankelijk wel wat geholpen, maar is na een paar emails ook gestaakt. Dus nu ook geen HOMEAWAY meer...

Tramite codesta agenzia abbiamo trovato un bell'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato comodamente in 6 persone, 3 camere, 2 bagni, cucina e soggiorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A 200 metri il supermercato e poco distante il posto dove andare a mangiare

Horrible experience , rented an apartment through Expedia. We went and got the keys from the agency and drove to the apartment. Once I opened the door, a foul smell took over. It was mold. We opened the lights and saw ants and roaches everywhere. I called the agency and they sent a girl over. I showed her the insects and the mold everywhere. I even moved the furniture to show her the mold. She called Nelson and told him what she saw. He then asked to speak to me. He told me that the insects and the mold were not a problem and that he couldn't do anything about it. If I wasn't happy to leave. I asked him to reimburse me but he said it wasn't his problem. Because it was unhealthy to stay there, we left and went to rent another hotel. If you're ever thinking of staying there don't even think twice, run and go somewhere else. It is unhealthy.

Worst AirBnB experience ever. The apartment had a horrible smell of humidity and the furniture was clearly the cheapest they could find. The internet was not working and we went back TWICE to the agency to complain. Supposedly they were going to send someone but no one ever came. We called to complain for a third time, they promised they would fix it and nothing ever happened. Liars and crooks, don't believe a word they say! We are trying to ask for our money back and of course they won't even answer back. No remorse at all.

Uma Praia com águas cristalinas , o mar sempre calmo . Muitos rochedos para explorar . A vista do cimo da praia é soberba .

Do not rent accommodation through this agency. We booked via TUI Villas and are still awaiting our 250EURO deposit back after 3 weeks. Upon arrival, we were moved into the wrong apartment, which was still in the process of being cleaned and it did not have functioning air conditioning for the entirety of our stay. No compensation or explanation, apart for commenting that "it was out of their hands." Absolutely shocking customer service, with zero concern in ensuring the satisfaction of their clients. Avoid and book elsewhere.

Reservamos un apartamento mediante AirBnb y no se correspondía con lo anunciado. Llamamos e ignoraron nuestra petición, haciendo como que no entendían lo que decíamos cuando minutos después en persona nos entendimos perfectamente en inglés.

Teníem un apartament de 5 persones i el nen va dormir en un llit inflable al menjador quan a les 2 habitacions hi havia prou espai per posar-hi un altre llit. Un llum del wc estava fosa i tot que vam avisar al 2n dia, ningú es va dignar a venir a canviar-la. L'apartament era molt maco però hi ha detalls on es veu que falta manteniment :només hi havia 2 culleretes a la cuina,la paperera del wc estava rovellada, etc.

Didn't give me a refund for my first night. Arrived at a used and dirty apartment. Was moved to another, and then back to the first apartment the next day. No refund. No communication after departure. Scammers. Advertise on airbnb as if it's a person hosting. In actual fact, it's an agency. Need I say more.

My pregnant wife booked there (through Airbnb) with her little sister. He threatened them to cancel the booking and let them sleeping out. You should be worried to walk alone in Lagos Nelson. Next time I come to Lagos, You will see me physically and you i will expect the same words you used : "You wanna play with me". Can't wait to see you
