Nice place for breakfast. Good value. Around 9 euros for an XXL full English with a hot and cold drink

Walk on by
We were stopped by staff member out side in front told us how good the food was and good price lol
never mentioned the unintested waiting staff after getting some ones attention
we ordered chicken wings battered cod spring rolls to our dissapointment you'd think so close to the sea it would be fresh fish but no cooked from frozen our chicken wings looked tasty but slightly under cooked and 1large tastless spring roll no one came to ask if we wold like an other beer or coffee or desert I asked for bill and went

A very nice restaurant, right next to the square in old town Albufeira, good choice of food, friendly service and the meals are pretty good too

Waited for half an hour for the food and The steak was rough and cold i hardly managed half of it and my jaw ached, i ordered coke and they served me with a glass of pepsi full of ice hardly had any drink in it. The sweet Potato was crisp but again coldish, i wouldnt come back not worth the money

We stop for a drink at the middle of the day.,, sangria was delicious! We ordered a pizza... very nice!
Unfortunately they don’t have a good platter of snacks... they should offer it!

It was raining and the roof started leaking. We had to ask for change ..paid 20 for 12 euro drinks. Only gave us 3 change. Had to ask again and it was amended. Waiting around alot. Didnt seem enough staff.

Sat outside with a nice cool mist spraying on you from above. It's clean and cozy. The food is on point and the staff are nice.

Sadly lacking in atmosphere didn't enjoy my meal over cooked dry too much salt lacking in flavour. Much better restaurants in the surrounding area.

Super restaurant !! Nous avons dînés en terrasse. Pleine ambiance de Albufeira. Le personnel très sympa et souriant et qualité des repas onctueux ! Je recommande !

We found this restaurant via fourSquare and the reviews had led me to feel this was going to be a good experience. Unfortunately this was not the case and we had to wait 35 minutes for our food. This was not ideal and a bit bizzare given there was hardly anyone in the restaurant... A sweet old lady said we had been waiting ages for our food which was a bit comical but not as comical as the microwave chips that came out. It’s fair to say we waited a very long time for food that was cold, the waitress was very unapologetic and we had to repeat our orders to them so that they could go back in the kitchen and check everything was in order. The bill was expensive so we naturally wanted to split this between each person but were told we couldn’t do this unless we spent a minimum of £10. We weren’t impressed with the customer service, quality of food or the general vibe and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who cares about customer values. Hope you enjoy your holiday in Albafeira , you might enjoy it a bit more if you avoid this place.

Absolutely awful. The service - I mean, I was better off going into the kitchen myself and cooking the food. It took them 40 minutes after ordering to bring the food out only to find that it tasted horrendous. Went to pay the bill and tried to split it only to be told there was a minimum spend of 10 euros. The waiter wasn’t apologetic for the wait and insisted this was normal also said “what can I do” in a very rude way repeatedly. Would not recommend hence the 1*.

Excellent restaurant. Had a fantastic dinner there and the lamb chops and chicken dishes were great. Excellent friendly staff. Right in the heart of the square.

Sehr nettes Personal , waren im urlaub von 6 Tagen 2 x dort essen. Sehr lecker , zeitlich auch völlig in Ordnung obwohl viel los war. Beim ersten mal für 2 Personen inkl. Getränke 20 Euro bezahlt , preislich also mehr als in Ordnung

We had to wait 60+ minutes for Chicken Piri Piri. The french fries looked and tasted like they had been bought from the nearest supermarket's freezer. The salad was nothing special, just some lettuce with slices of onion. The chicken itself was not very good and the 'piri-piri' was just an ordinary bottle of sauce that anyone could buy from a supermarket.
When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted by a very nice member of staff who arranged us a table away from the smokers. (Yes, smoking was allowed in the restaurant.) His efforts to make us feel comfortable would've bumped up the rating by a star, but in the end, they seated some smokers right next to our table which ultimately led to us leaving the place early.

Place looked alright but the food was dreadful. Hamburger (patty) was cold and looked like taken out of the sea (from veeeery deep). Might be alright to drink few pints there as staff is quick, but DON'T order food

Si bien es cierto que tardaron un pelin en traer la comida, aún así el servicio excepcional y la comida excelente. Comimos 4 y quedamos satisfechos por menos de 50€ en terraza.

Not been in this bar but walked past....tonight me and my husband strolled past and one of the gentleman in front staff came out with a remark to us...my husband asked what he said his remark was im not asking you in an abusive tone....we was shocked to be spoken to like that off some one, because we have been coming to Albuferia for the last 14 years 3 times a year. We will never entertain going in this bar for a meal and even a drink in the afternoon.

Das Lokal ist klein und unscheinbar zwischen den anderen Lokalen aber man isst sehr gut. Leider war mein Fleisch einen Tick zu lange auf dem Grill aber geschmacklich sehr lecker. Ausreichend große Portionen und vor allem ein sehr netter Service. Wir würden wieder hier essen gehen.

I have been going here at lunchtimes each time I visit Albufeira which is generally twice a year. The staff are excellent, the menu extensive with dishes to suit people from many different countries and the atmosphere very good. Would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service, out of season but great. One blind was out for the rain, another day gas burners were on because it was a little chilly.. every time I come here always entertained by the street artist's (panpipes)

We visited buďys one evening and to say we were disgusted is an understatement wè waited about 40 mins for our meal which was cold when it came it was supposed to be piri piri chicken but it was plain chicken wings and bones with hardly any meat on them heather

I love Buddy's and don't eat anywhere else in Albufeira Old Town other than here. The staff are friendly. The food is good and well priced. I recommend the Full English XXL Breakfast
