We had breakfast here every day when we were in Portugal 2 years ago and it was lovely. We are now in Portugal at the moment and went there this morning, oh what a disappointment. Every item on the breakfast was just about lukewarm including the coffee. Egg looked nice but was as hard as Mike Tyson. We also asked if we could just move the table 2 foot into the sun as there was a morning chill in the shade but they wouldn't let us. We could of course sat inside but from memory it was a bit "greasy smelling" as you would expect with all the frying being done. Sadly won't be using again.

Their breakfast is excellent, you get lots for 3.95 euros. The food for dinner is good but expensive.

If there was zero stars that's what I'd give. The worst meal I've ever had...... Wouldn't have been so bad if they didn't charge me for the experience... Avoid at all costs... They deleted my facebook post and blocked so unfortunately no-one will get to see the poor reviews

Regularly come to the cottage when I'm on holiday here. Love the breakfast and the roast dinners on Wed and Sunday. Staff really friendly always a welcome here for everyone

Couldn’t eat the lamb stringy prepackaged rubbish.
5 slices of carrot
Yorkshire pudding was like rubber
Roasted potatoes were passable. Just
Meal was cold after waiting 25 mins for it to arrive.
Certainly won’t waste my money there again.
Wish the star rating could be just a quarter of a star

Visited about a month ago while on holiday. Burger was delicious! Such a warm welcome and fantastic value for the size of the portions you get. Will be coming back next time I am in Albuferia

Ate here yesterday 8of us in total garlic bread to die for and thats were it ends microwave lasnaga mash with chops wich were off and mash lumpy with cold hard lumps in it frozen then blitzed in a microwave totaly disgusted and totally let down this place needs to get there act together !!!!!! #notgood#

Such lovely people who work here, really cheap and the food is so lovely we visited 3 times during our holiday couldn't reccoment enough. They even do a picknick pack for 2 and a full English for 9 pound.

1st time too the strip this place is lovelly as are the staff. Nice food at good prices without ramming the usual fixed kids meals on you....
.Cos u have a choice of sides unlike anywhere else we've visited.

Real Home cooking at its best, in a warm friendly atmosphere, with genuine friendly and chatty staff.. only downside is we discovered this place on the last night of our holiday, would have ate here more than once if we found it earlier, book in advance for the lamb and beef dinner. Huge portions and very reasonable prices , highly recommended..

Came for breakfast and got a double. All English style bacon sausage and proper mushrooms. We got free refills on the coffee and i bearly managed to finish the plate. You get a loyalty card to if you return you get free sides and as said free refills with the coffee . So considering most places that we have been to charge €10.50 for a double breakfast this place is a bargain. They also do home cooked meals including Sunday roast on Sunday and Wednesday. This little gem is tucked backed slightly just a bit short of half way down the strip on the left hand side well worth the money

Brilliant place staff are really nice and friendly the food is excellent and they also do a full vegetarian menu as most places abroad dont usually which was perfect for my partner who's vegetarian and doesn't have to have chips and salad for the holiday please visit this place if you are here at any time you will not be disappointed. Mark.

A lovely little restaurant and cafè. You will be greated by some lovely English staff. The food is plentiful and very tasty. Price range €-€€.

Lovely proper chips, curry, veggie-chili, and superb deserts! Staff are welcoming and very accommodating. The restaurant is family friendly and easily accessed. Recommended for anyone missing home food from UK or Ireland.

Had a evening meal here on our last night of our holiday .
And all I can say is if you visit the strip in albufeira you need to find this place .
I had a mixed grill and the wife and son had chicken burgers
When the food arrived and we started eating it was gorgeous generous portions and cooked to perfection .
And the staff were excellent .
If I return this is where I'm heading .

Lovely home cooked food with friendly staff and atmosphere we ate here half way through our holiday and went back every day. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

I fell in love with this place on holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff, absolutley delicious food, iv been wanting the lasagne since I came home their food is just devine, only down side was we never got their recepie for there mouth watering coleslaw

Had sunday lunch here today...absolutely gorgeous! I had the lamb and partner had the beef...not an ounce of fat and had a plate full! Also had mint sauce, home from home. Prices as you would pay back home in England. Very friendly staff. Wish i had known about this at the beginning of our holiday. Would strongly advise a visit!

Extremely rude staff, went twice thinking it would be better the 2nd time but the staff member this time left us sitting outside when I went in to ask for a coffee she said she was busy and to go and wait. There was a table of 5 inside and she was standing having a chat to them. We all left straight away and never went back. The tout on the street was lovely just a shame she's trying to get people in when their obviously not wanted.

This little restaurant is brilliant! It's a proper English corner cafe! It's a home from home. Very clean and lovely staff. The food is well cooked, loads to choose from and very well priced. If your on a self catering holiday, ignore the main restaurants on the strip and come here first. Can't rate highly enough.

Fabulous food & really friendly staff. The price is also great as are the large portions. If you go there hungry, you will not be diasppointed. We plan on going back a few more times this holiday. This place is a Gem!!
