This is an excellent bar to go for something to eat and a few drinks. Very cosy and dark inside to help cool down away from the sun. Has lots of character and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Very attentive staff. We had a pint and a cheeseboard to share and the prices were good and cheeseboard was lovely.
The gentleman who served us through the daytime was very chatty and made us feed right at home. Highly recommended.

Good traditional food, Cataplan (shown) is a type of covered saucepan which is used to cook simple stews, monkfish, prawn, potato, onion and fried bread Cataplan in this picture. The restaurant has live singers at 8.30 ish most nights.

Fabulous restaurant and bar, fantastic food,great staff. Would highly recommend the Fillet Mignon but everything on the menu is delicious.

Really good fun bar, had two entertaining night here. Only had drinks, so can't comment on the food, but we felt like it was a little bit of a step back in time to the sort of bars our parents used to take us to on family holidays in the past. They had karaoke on one evening which was such a good laugh and a live singer on the other night, people were up dancing, good fun.

It is a great place to drink. Nice and friendly atmosphere.The bartender is very enthusiastic, kindly introducing almost whole manu for you. But I have to say the food they served is really below the normal average. The squid was not fresh, and the pork chop was very tough. Not recommend if you want to go eatting.

Great bar restaurant. Have to try the prawn pasta and Portuguese steak. Good beers and great banta from Nelson during the day. Spent three days in Lagos went there every day just for beer food and sports. Two thumbs up!

Awesome place. Little piece of US culture in Portugal, with all the funny signs around the place. We came just for a beer and stayed for 3 and a dinner for a fair price. Every night live music, provided by professional musicians. Staff, who shakes your hand after a payment. This is how the job should be done! Excellent.

The staff was suuuper friendly so ww xan only recommend! We had a very nice chat and hes doing the most for his clients. Unfortunately I forgot his name but im sure its not only him! Food was nice too I has spaghettis and my boyfriend had a salad

Amazing place in Lagos. Great if you just want drinks at the bar or a meal (food is lush). Luis, Marco and the staff are welcoming. Plus they have brilliant entertainment on every night of the week.

The place to go if you want Premier League football. Four screens all showing different matches and good priced drinks. Haven't been in for a meal but there were plenty dining.

Un lugar increíble , la decoración de tipo inglés es expectacular. La comida especialmente deliciosa y no muy caro. El trato a la clientela es muy especial con unos camareros muy increíbles. Lo recomiendo muy encarecidamente para comer y gana mucho más a mediado que se acerca la noche. Recuerdo, la decoración es preciosa. La comida muy bien desde los entrantes hasta el postre .

Al principio el sitio engaña pero despues...Comida increíble, el atún y el filete de vaca a la portuguesa el mejor que he comido, pero sin duda lo mejor es Nelson, el camarero, muy simpático y agradable. Visita obligada. Sin duda repetiremos!

La comida riquísima!!. Atún Algarvia, lubina y cataplana de rape, deliciosas.
El servicio, a parte de ser grandes profesionales, te tratan como si fueras de la casa.
Los precios están realmente bien.
Tienen música en directo con voces impresionantes. Una noche se nos quedó corta, así que hemos tenido que volver.
Las mejores cenas de Lagos, sin duda.
Lo recomiendo 100%

Poor food, desperate excuse for chicken nuggets for kids, along with long wait time when bar was quiet, tough pork kebabs not great prawns. All in all not a great family experience

The place to watch sports and have a few drinks and a meal. Of an evening good dinner menu and some live music. Luis and his staff are excellent, friendly, accommodating and they remember you when you return.

Over an hour wait for a cold slice of toast with garlic butter? Why wait so long for a “starter”? Being completely ignored, after travelling all day and being exhausted, was insulting. Maybe it is ok strictly for the bar but do not bother ordering food here.

Wie verreisen viel und lieben Muschelcataplana! Haben in Lagos in vielen diversen Restaurants sie gegessen ABER nur hier die beste gefunden! Ist mit 36€ nicht billig, es lohnt sich trotzdem sehr.

I am probably in the minority but I am not fond of this place. It is busy with live music most nights. The food is ok, but more expensive than other local places, the house wine is not as nice as other places. If you like loud noise with your food and a bar full of ex-pats it's the place for you.

Karaoke with Sarah is very enjoyable on Wednesday and Saturday.
I always enjoy Ashleen's singing on Monday nights,she's lovely.
