seriously pathetic attitude to a serious customer looking for a villa, I had certain needs with access high on the list and was totally and absolutely given the run around. Unless you are completely and utterly fit and completely able bodied these fools aren't interested , no matter the financial status

Whispering isn't difficult and I suggest that you lot tell your boss this. I was just sitting discussing a property with nice young man, wasn't unpleasant at all, in fact I was almost ready to go see a property and I had the funds ready to go. I then heard this idiot of a boss talking about taking another customer for every penny, and how it's what his ...mentor? would do, anyway I made my excuses and left, and now in the process of buying the same property from somewhere else. At the very least hide your disdain for your customer and maybe don't rip people off...KEEP AWAY

Having read the reviews I was willing to give these people a chance, because I have had unfair reviews put to my business and it can happen that and so I don't always believe they can be this bad. I am giving it more that one star, only because I'm sure the staff are under pressure from, what seemed an over hyped boss, with very dilated pupils. I was doing fine discussing my property needs with a very decent salesperson when this fool of a boss comes up and tries to take over. i was very uncomfortable and so was the member of staff, but what could they say, this idiot boss, seemed to think he was some special business guru, well I won't be using this place and I recommend that everyone else , unlike me, keep with the reviews, they seem pretty accurate

Totally ignorant staff and boss, I walked into their office last week, with a sizeable budget and was almost totally ignored whilst they listened too, I think, their boss, just ranting a pile of rubbish, not impressed and will be letting people know, who not to do business with.

If you want to be ripped off these are the people to go to, I had to pull out as they were delaying so much it was costing me more due to the exchange rate fluctuating, and not in my favour, they new this yet continued with the delay, pulled out just in time. Rip off merchants buyer beware.

Hello Rebecca Neilson .. regarding your comment I would like to clarify that I was the one dealing with the purchase of the Country Villa near Bensafrim, as you know! And I'm not the director!! And as you know this property belongs to an elderly British couple who has built the house more than 20 years ago and in a good faith they presented to me building plans of the pool. As you know, the lawyers asked for the title deed a document from the council that the pool was approved and due to the council had not found in their archives the same plans, the British elderly couple lived under immense pressure due to the unforeseen situation. and they have spent a lot of money with an architect to update the documents of the swimming pool in the City Hall, which Rebecca never appreciated the effort on their part and preferred in a simplistic way place all the blame on me and the agency and on its supremacy as a citizen British resident to tell to me several times that you would tell all Britons that the agency and I would be destroyed. Although I apologized and tried everything possible to get the situation to be resolved for the good of the elderly couple and for you and your family, Rebecca managed to give up from a day to the other and bought another property, after all the process was on the way to be resolved by the owners of the property. To your knowledge: ((I don't know if it's not like that in your country)) but here in Portugal it's the owners who are responsible for legalizing a property or a swimming pool and never an agency or a sales agent, and this was also not the case as these British owners have lived in the Algarve for almost 30 years and have never had or did anything illegal in this country. As for me, in your grief you can call me all the names and swear words across the Internet and continue with your revenge that you promised to do, but one thing is for sure I cherish what I do and in more than 15 years there are no customers at all the nationalities I had, never had any excuse or cause to accused me of fraudulent or to be a 'crook' even though I am a simple Portuguese as I am and I am very proud of me and my professionalism Kind regards

AVOID. Utterly dreadful. The boss is a crook. Tried to sell us a house with illegal pool and stole several thousands from us from deposit for house we were unable to buy due to their lies and lack of professionalism. Should be shut down. Everybody knows these guys are the worst estate agents in the Algarve. Try to buy with anybody else just not Algarve Elite! Very poor reputation thoroughly deserved. Zero stars. Deal with them at your peril!

Where to begin? Utter trash, I have a huge budget, yet these fools want me to go over it because the property on their website, that I wanted wasn't theirs. Why is it even there then? Of course that's when I actually got a reply from their supposed head office, you gotta assume that anything over 2 stars is probably an employee, because in no way do they deserve even the 1. you have been warned and it's your downfall
