Called up to ask for help and she said they were on lunch at 3pm and will come pick us up down the road only 10mins away from their workshop in 50mins and she also said she organized a toll truck for the van. However, we waited for for their help for 90mins then called back and no answer, then waited for another 30mins then called and got through. They then said we had to wait and call back in 5mins. We waited for their help and were relying on their service but in the end we had to call another workshop to help us. The other workshop helped us in 30mins and organize a taxi to pick us up as well. We trusted the staff at this workshop and waited around on the highway and they didn't even call back to advise us of any chances or if they couldn't help us. Not reliable and did not keep to their word. Very Unsatisfied with their contact I am sorry to say. I hope they will learn from this and help people out when they call up and not just mess them around like they did to us. Unhappy!
