A great service from a very helpful and knowledgeable sales team. I can’t fault the service. I had an English car to trade in and no idea where to start and I walked out with a great replacement all within a couple of weeks at a far better price than bmw. I will definitely be back.

Very bad, cars with big problems and not assuming responsibility. Now complaining in court because car guarantee not respected and only because a miserable value. Very sad!

Um serviço 5 estrelas, estou super satisfeito até ao momento, com a viatura adquirida (em Março). Houve um problema com o registo da viatura para o meu nome devido a um erro da financeira que tinha reserva de propriedade. Apesar de a resolução desse erro ter demorado muito tempo e do erro ser da financeira, mostraram-se incansáveis no seu esforço para resolver a situação. Posso dizer que é uma stand,não (apenas) pelos carros que vende, mas principalmente pelos standards de atendimento e pela filosofia de negócio, único e diferenciador em Portugal. No que toca ao atendimento e filosofia de negócio outros deveriam seguir o exemplo. Muito Obrigado a toda a equipa

Conforme prometido, venho atribuir nota máxima pelo negócio em si e pelo interesse e dedicação que colocaram no sentido de resolverem algumas questões na viatura que adquiri... Tudo ficou de facto resolvido conforme prometido. Futuramente quando trocar de carro certamente voltarei a negociar com este stand.

Bought a car from Marcos a few years ago . Excellent service and car had no issues, he recently helped when we had a problem with the car that wasn’t his problem, and he was efficient and helpful. Wanted to upgrade this summer. Choose a car that needed importing was advised it would be 2 weeks. It’s now nearly 5 weeks but the most upsetting and infuriating aspect is we have parted with €40,000.00 and after being promised various dates Marcos isn’t replying to calls, texts or emails. So I have no car and no money. Thought resorting to naming and shaming might work . Repeatedly asked for information as we are leaving Portugal shortly and obviously we either want car or our money returning. Hoping this gets a response. UPDATE Marcos has been in contact and problems been happily resolved

I recently reviewed giving only 3 stars due to Marcos failing to respond to texts/emails. I am Delighted to say he got in contact and explained the situation and resolved the problems we had been been experiencing todate. We should take delivery of our car within the next 2 weeks... longer than promised but at least we should have the car we chose.

I purchased a BMW 6 series convertible from Platinum Auto in May. The car is 15 years old but in incredible condition with low miles and I could not be happier with my purchase. The purchase process was very simple and Platinum picked me up from my home to collect the car. Since purchasing the car I have had two problems with the car but at 15 years old a few teething problems is to be expected. Both times the car was returned to the garage and sorted out very quickly without question and without charge and parting words from the owner yesterday were any problems at all you know where we are. I can highly recommend this garage.
