Análise: I had a pre-booked appointment and when I got there I had to wait 10-15 minutes as she was on lunch break. Then just before she was about to start with my hair a new customer came in for a walk in appointment for a cut and colour so she asked ME to wait another 15 minutes so she can apply the dye quickly on this customer. I agreed to wait as I didn't want to be rude. She again made me wait longer during the treatment, left the product in much longer and under the steamer as she was cutting this ... Leia mais
