Análise: I was a bit skeptical when I wasn't able to find much info about the seller, even when looking at the Spanish company I found mixed comments. Regardless I bought an engagement ring here there was a short delay with processing payment from PayPal. They responded to the web chat to provide information about the delay, however I believe they should be more proactive providing information about delivery status etc since these are expensive.
