Análise: I have been attending Pilates here for several weeks whilst living in Portugal. The teacher is excellent. She takes time to ensure everyone, no matter their age, or ability, makes the best of themselves and the time with her. The classes have improved my posture and have helped remove some age related pain in my shoulders.
