Análise: The worst ever holiday company i have ever come across in my 35 years of travelling. Blackmailed into paying a surcharge because their booking form didn't work properly, told it was a family friendly hotel that i was booking when it wasn't and worst of all once they have my money they refuse to respond in English. ALL I WANT IS MY BUSINESS INVOICE. But no now that they have my money they dont want to know. Will never book with Thomson or TUI as they call themselves now. Leia mais
