Análise: Having been a big fan of Mat Diver over many years the whole place now has a very tired feeling and the appeal of shopping there has gone for me - it could be the fact that a lot of the excellent, knowledgeable staff have moved on and all that is left are checkout operators that are in desperate need of training and with very little customer contact skills.
