Análise: As a tourist you expect a little litter occasionally on the streets when walking around. But the guide books say ismat is a great teaching place,. Unfortunately in Portimão they don't care if there is rubbish outside the front gate. It's 50m from my door dogs and cats use it as a toilet and locals keep adding to it.
