Went there twice at different hours of the day, same scenario: unfriendly staff that does everything NOT to help- even when it comes to a basic service that this shop should provide, such as printing pictures. Análise: Very disappointing. I went to get a 36 b&w film roll developed and it took 2 months for the staff to get back to me. After making several calls, I finally received a fb message today stating that the roll was empty, with no further infos. It would have been nice for this to be mentioned a week after I brought in the film, like assured and I believe I should not have been constantly behind them calling to ask about the roll. Análise: se tiver de recorrer a esta loja, como eu tive, para fotos tipo passe mais vale procurar máquinas automáticas: o valor mínimo são 10 euros por 12 fotos ou outros serviços que não têm necessidade. Demora 15 minutos, qualidade é boa, mas obrigar a comprar 12 ou ampliações, etc... não vale a pena. Leia mais
