Análise: I would strongly advise not doing business with this company. We booked them for a private tour when visiting the Douro Valley. It was so disorganized and they didn't have an itinerary, everything was just very haphazard with no plan. The two things we had been specific about, including a wine tour and a lunch reservation, did not happen and they blamed us.
