Análise: Really poor workmanship on the LOUIS bar stools. Foot rails snapped off after a few weeks. Stitching came apart after a few weeks and in general the chair is not fit for commercial use from a combination of poor design and poor production. They do look nice though. Customer service is beyond poor. Nobody responds and you are sent on a wild goose chase to try to find someone to help.
