Ter 10 pessoas a cozinhar 20 pratos simultâneamente só funciona com uma organização de excelência e logística muito bem montada. Análise: Amazing experience! Vitor was so knowledgeable and shared his love of Portugal and Portuguese cooking. The market tour was so informative and we picked out some fresh ingredients for our meal. We returned to the Cook in Ribeira kitchen to cook and enjoy an amazing typical Portuguese meal with wine. Análise: We came here for a light breakfast and were happily served with two breakfast combinations that were very good. The first consisted of toast and jams with coffee (espresso) accompanied by the second which consisted of an açai and granola super bowl with fresh o.j. and latte.
