Análise: Really poor workmanship on the LOUIS bar stools. Foot rails snapped off after a few weeks. Stitching came apart after a few weeks and in general the chair is not fit for commercial use from a combination of poor design and poor production. They do look nice though. Customer service is beyond poor. Nobody responds and you are sent on a wild goose chase to try to find someone to help. Análise: Very bad experience with this company. The furnitures I ordered for my customers were good at the beginning and then the quality started to decrease completely. Wrong colours, wrong pieces, cheap quality, missing pieces and screws. I had to try to fix most of it myself or pay extra money to get local people to do it I tried at first to communicate with them to get this fix but it was always worse and worse.
