Hotel justo. Faz o que se propõe. Equipe educada e atenciosa, quartos bons e comfortaveis. Unico problema é que a acústica não é muito boa, então quem tem sono leve se complica um pouco

Hotel muito bom. Localização boa, próximo a restaurantes de preços razoáveis. Café da manhã com variedades. Pessoal do hotel gentil, principalmente o Sandro que nos atendeu na recepção, muito atencioso. Quarto com frigobar, limpo, organizado e confortável. Recomendo.

Ich war total zufrieden. Zimmer im 6. Stock. Nach vorne zur Strasse, aber trotzdem ruhig. Touristenfreie Gegend - das wahre Lissabon ohne Horden von Kreuzfahrern und Asiaten. Jederzeit wieder! Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

É um hotel simples mas dentro do que se propõe é bom. Instalações novas, limpo, pessoal muito simpático e bem localizado. O primeiro quarto que nos deram, era relativamente pequeno, mudamos e este novo é bom. Finalmente e muito importante, negocia preços....

Hotel ruim, café da manhã péssimo, banheiro com ralo entupido e exalando um mal cheiro que toma conta do quarto. Além de ser muito caro para um hotel de baixo nível. O satff demonstra má vontade no atendimento e o mal humor dos funcionários revela que há uma grande insatisfação com a empresa. Isso afeta os hóspedes. A recepção, por exemplo, se comprometeu a receber uma encomenda pelo correio e nas duas tentativas de entrega a recepção recusou o recebimento, causando transtornos e prejuízos a mim e a minha família. Embora esteja sempre cheio, isso se deve à precária rede hoteleira de Lisboa, não a qualquer qualidade do hotel. A única coisa que o hotel oferece é uma acomodação ruim e cara numa cidade saturada de visitantes. O Hotel do Chile contribui para que a estada em Lisboa seja a pior possível.

Bon hôtel fonctionnel pti dej réapprovisionné chaque jour sucré salé bonne literie propreté au rdv le plus, mini bar pour mettre des bouteilles au frais avec la chaleur ce n'est pas du luxe clim au top et métro non loin. En montant 1km plus haut vous trouverez des restos en plus du centre de Lisbonne... OBRIGADA

Un hôtel, propre et accueillant, chambre ,petit déjeuner, personnel, rien à dire...
Bonne literie, un peu excentré , mais métro pas trop loin. ( moi la station la + prés était en travaux ).
Un petit bémol ,la salle où est servi le petit déjeuné n'a pas d'ouverture sur l'extérieur et parfois peu de place.
Des restos sympa et abordables tout autour, (lisez mes avis ) .

Pessima esperienza. È evidente che la stanza non sia stata pulita. Bagno: peli nel lavabo, wc e doccia; asciugamani puliti ma stropicciati tanto da non dare un ottima impressione è rotolo della carta igenica strappato tipo bagno pubblico. Stanza: letti rifatti senza sostituire lenzuola, evidente poiché maleodoranti e con molti vomitevoli peli; polvere e sporcizia sul pavimento e pessima acustica, si sente tutto dalle altre stanze. Mai più. Grazie

Hôtel propre et chambres spacieuses. Grande salle de bains. Buffet bien fourni pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons dû attendre le départ d'un autre client peu pressé pour garer notre voiture dans le parking payant que nous avions réservé. Au final, nous avons ainsi perdu deux heures de visite... Concierge homme peu aimable.

El hotel se encuentra a unos 25 minutos caminando de la Plaza del Comercio, punto de encuentro turístico de Lisboa. La ida es cuesta abajo, pero la vuelta al hotel hacia arriba... El hotel está en una zona tranquila, sin ruidos. La cama grande y cómoda, aunque la habitación pequeña. El desayuno suficiente, pero escaso para quien le guste la variedad. En definitiva, un hotel solo para dormir y desayunar. Cuidado con los carteristas, a mi mujer le metieron la mano en el bolso en la subida al barrio de Alfama, se ponen por detrás al tiempo que simulan un choque. No dimos cuenta y no consiguieron nada. Hay que estar todo el tiempo pendiente y no descuidarse.

Better than most of the 3-star hotels! The room was quite small, but it was clean and tidy. Refidgerator, TV and air conditioner were present in the room. Breakfast was ok, the neighbourhood could be better but nothing serious. The staff were very nice.

Dieses Hotel hat kein Stern verdient. Es ist unerklärlich warum dieses Hotel mit 3 Sternen ausgezeichnet ist und die guten Bewertungen sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar!
Wir mussten feststellen, dass das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und Hygiene Standards kaum vorhanden sind (Haare im Bett, Schimmel an der Wand usw.) Das Frühstück entspricht nicht einmal einem Hostel, sodass wir immer außerhalb essen mussten. Außerdem waren wir die einzigen Gäste, was auch nicht für das Hotel spricht. Die Gänge waren dunkel und haben unangenehm nach Fisch gestunken. Andere Hostels in der Umgebung haben einen deutlich besseren Eindruck hinterlassen als dieses angebliche 3 Sterne Hotel.

Me ha gustado, está bien ubicado, lo he pillado a un buen precio en Booking, el cuarto muy limpio y confortable, el desayuno con buena variedad y empieza a las 7 hasta las 11. Alrededor del hotel hay pastelerías y restaurantes, y transportes como Uber/Taxi son baratos, por lo que es fácil moverse hasta otros locales de Lisboa.
El hotel dispone también de aparcamiento privado, que se encuentra cerca y tiene un costo adicional.
¡Otro punto positivo es que tiene recepción abierta 24hrs, y el checkout hasta las 12PM!

Yllättävän hyvä aamupala ja täydellinen sijainti. Hissikin löytyi. Huoneen kahvikoneeseen ei ollut mitään kahvia (ei siis voinut silti tehdä kahvia) ja kylpyyn ei päässyt, koska kylpyammeeseen ei ollut tulppaa. Hyvä hinta laatu suhde!

Ótimo hotel, atendimento de todos principalmente do pessoal da cozinha é maravilhoso, quarto pequeno e aconchegante, tudo limpo. E preço muito justo, pastelaria e pizzaria ficam praticamente do lado do hotel restaurante Portugualia fica a 50 metros e na rua de trás tem mercado farmácia e mais restaurantes de vários valores. Não precisa pegar táxi para almoçar ou jantar. Recomendo!!!

Klein, sauber, günstig. Liegt nahe der Metrostation. Frühstück reichlich und sehr lecker. Eigenes Bad, WLAN, Mini-Kühlschrank den man selbst befüllen kann. Für unseren Wochenendtrip war das Hotel optimal. Würde ich jederzeit wieder absteigen.

Un hotel muy bien situado, las habitaciones cómodas y silenciosas, muy limpio todo. El personal es muy amable, sobre todo Diego y otra señora (creo recordar Susana) muy dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda sobre Lisboa. El desayuno muy amplio con fruta fresca, cereales, pasteis de nata, cafe, infusiones... Siempre están atentos para reponer si falta algo en el buffet. El parking esta muy cerca, ni 5 minutos andando. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Personnel très agréable chambre grande confortable et propre pour un prix raisonnable. Un seul bémol la taille de la salle du petit déjeuner qui oblige parfois à attendre qu'une table se libère.

Chambre très propre. Télévision, climatisation, rangements....
Hôtel bien situé. On peut rejoindre la ville a pied: 30 min ou en métro: 5 min
Le personnel a été très accueillant. Ce fut un plaisir d'avoir a faire à la personne de nuit de la réception.
Seul bémol: la salle de petit déjeuner est très petite. On se marche vraiment dessus.
Le petit déjeuner est complet, il y en a pour tout le monde.
Je recommande cet hôtel à tout ceux qui passeront quelques jours à Lisbonne.

Einzelzimmer überteuert. Keine Fenster...also dunkel und eng. Zum Glück hatte es eine Klimaanlage...sonst Erstickungsgefahr !! Positiv war zum glück das Bett. Sehr bequem. :-)

Frühstück..Essen...Kaffe ekelhaft.Schon der Frühstücksraum.. Klaustrophobie mässig !!
Geht lieber in eine Pasteleria....(Bäckerei) Dort gibt es für wehnig Geld...sehr leckeres Frühstück.
Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Zum glück war es nur für 1 Nacht.

Très bon hôtel. L'accueil est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables, propres mais de taille moyenne. Le petit déjeuner reste sommaire mais est inclus dans le prix de la chambre donc cela reste correct.

Well its an ok hotel my biggest issue was the bathroom that had bad drainage and flooded a couple times the way this bathroom build its like this hotel used to be an home for elderly people at one point in time.

Hotel do Chile is a great hotel. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful, the room was really nice and everything was very clean. The bathroom was a good size and had a bath and a separate shower. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel and the area it was in were quiet. Its quite a long walk to the centre of town (about 30 min if you dont mind walking), however, there is a Metro station around the corner and then its only about 5-10 min on the Metro into town and it was worth it to stay at this hotel as it offers really good value for money. Theres free wi-fi in the rooms. Breakfast was a Continental buffet and there was plenty of variety, there was bread, rolls, cereal, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, cake, croissants and boiled eggs and everything tasted nice and fresh. Theres also a supermarket nearby if you want to buy anything and a vending machine in the lobby. Theres also a lift so you dont have to carry your suitcase up flights of stairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Reception and other staff were very helpful and friendly, but my single room (which was at the back) was a bit of a let-down. Very hard bed and a lot of noise from a neighbours dog. Note that some rooms (not mine) only have windows on to a light well. However, the room was always well cleaned and serviced. Breakfast was more than coffee and croissant, though the small breakfast room was sometimes very crowded. Though it is not very central the location suited me well as I was studying at a nearby language school. However it was a short walk to the nearest Metro station, with a frequent service to the centre. The upside was that, because it was not a very touristy area, neither the hotel nor the numerous local restaurants and cafes were charging top tourist prices.

Für den Preis ein sehr nettes Hotel. Größter Pluspunkt in unseren Augen: Die U-Bahn (Linha verde) ist nur ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Man kann alles bequem erreichen. Zimmer und Bad sind klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist relativ einfach und immer gleich. Aber man kann sich mehr als satt essen. Bei dem Preis darf man halt kein Gourmet-Buffet erwarten.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat auf all unsere Wünsche (z.B. Platzreservierungen) und Fragen sehr nett und zuvorkommend reagiert.Sollten wir noch einmal nach Lissabon kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel erneut buchen.

Hotel seemed too old, not very well maintained. Location was okay, but if you stay a little bit out of Lisbon (10 min drive) you can find much better hotels at the same price range.

El hotel esta a cuatro pararas del centro, es muy limpio y hay un recepcionista muy atento que habla español, no ayudo en todo lo que le pedimos. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero por el precio que se paga es mas que razonable. La zona es muy animada y hay muchas pastelerias y tiendas.

I have stayed often at another nearby hotel which I liked. But in Sept. 2014 I stayed here and I will make Hotel Do Chile my Hotel of choice henceforth. The staff was were pleasant and helpful, and the room was great, as was breakfast.Unfortunately they didnt have a room available when I returned and I had to stay elsewhere. But I would have preferred Hotel Do Chile. TRY IT..YOULL LIKE!

Room was small (granted, I did specifically book a single room - with a single bed) but not cramped, with a high ceiling and windows in two directions. View was nothing to write home about, so maybe avoid if you are after a nice view. Roomy bathroom with shower and tub. Aside from the bed, the room featured desk, chair, wardrobe, safe, fridge, television, and very efficient air-con. All around high-level of cleanliness. Nice breakfast buffet and decent wifi included. Estimated 3 mins walking to near end of Arroios underground station (not always open) and 5 mins to far end. Hotel was in a nice area with plenty of cafes, shops, and banks nearby. Not downtown but with good transport connections to downtown-area and to University of Lisbon. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.

The hotel was a little way out from the centre, but it is a walkable distance and Lisbons public transport is good. They gave us adjacent rooms and it was very quiet, so we slept well. The rooms arent large, but they have everything you need and I thought it was a good hotel for the price.

Hotel staff were excellent on arrival. Easy check in and were supplied all the maps and information we required. Breakfast was good with a decent range of food.Hotel is 3 minute walk from metro and 10/15 minutes from airport in taxi.For the price it is an excellent hotel and would stay there again if visiting Lisbon.

En general ha sido una estancia agradable, no me ha gustado que la habitación triple era muy pequeña, estaba en la buhardilla y la verdad es que era un poco incomodo, tampoco me ha gustado que el garaje estuviera 2 calles más allá del hotel y no era sencillo encontrarlo ( y más si el personal de mañana del hotel no habla castellano).

We spend one night in this very well located small hotel.
A lot of restaurants, etc is in small walking distance.
Nice staff and a quite good room make this house a good value.
The whole interior seems very new and everything was clean.
In our room was a very good noise reduction (two windows).
BUT charging 1 €/day for the roomsafe is a no go!!!
Please change!!!!!

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und Hilfsbereit (Ausdrucken der Boardkarte, ..). Kleine Mankos sind dass des WLAN ab und zu ausgefallen ist und der Kaffee (für portugiesische Verhältnisse) nicht gut war.

Sehr guter Service an der Rezeption, einfache aber sehr saubere Zimmer mit Bad, TV, Telefon etc., Hotel verfügt über Aufzüge. Gute Lage: U-Bahn 3 Minuten entfernt, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum können auch zu Fuß in ca. 15 bis 30 Minuten erreicht werden. In direkter Umgebung des Hotels gibt es Supermarkt, kleine Restaurants und Läden.

The room & bathroom were small. TV small and was very finicky--one english station. However the breakfast was great, location great, value great, refrig in room great! Pizza place next door. Phone in the room and public phone in the lobby. It was perfect for me, but some would be bothered by the limitations.

Bon rapport qualité/prix mais chambre un peu petite. Hotel situé loin du centre touristique (25 min à pied) mais station de métro à proximité. Quartier plus ou moins attrayant.
