Not exactly relaxing - the hostel is stuck between a very busy and loud road, and the train tracks. Really nice building though. The owner was quite unhelpful and rude when asked for help. Would not stay here again

We stayed just for one night at this nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. Our room was nice, the bedding was of good quality.The hotel is just a couple minutes walk away from the ocean and the promenade.The breakfast was included, although being quiet moderate, it is basically all you need to start a day.Free parking was also a plus.

Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Man ist schnell am Strand oder Am Banhof. Das grösste Problem ist der Verkehr. Das Hotel befindet sich neben der Hauptstrasse die sehr laut ist. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Der Verkehr zieht ein Stern ab. Die Auffahrt zum Park platz ist auch nicht gerade gut. Darum von 4.

This place is amazing; we stayed in the Master Suite on the top floors. Great view from the bedroom windows and the tower, great breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Carolina, the owner, was so kind and helpful.Only 5 minute walk to the small sandbeach. The tour to Casino Estoril (10-15 minute walk) was great. It took my wife only 2 minutes to loose 20E… . You should go to the casino after dark to enjoy the lightning in front of it.

Booked the hostel for two nights stay.This was a great choice as it was easily accessible by train and it is a short walk from the station. This made it handy to get to Cascais even better to get back to Lisbon .So this was a bonus and the owner and her dog and the staff where great, very friendly, helpful and genuine.Only downside is the train line rattles along behind the hostel and it is on the busy coast road. Not much can be done about that.We also had the room downstairs, which was near the bar and reception area, which also caused further noise.I would recommend not booking this room if you have a choice.

Oh my goodness! Where to begin? this place is heavenly; we stayed in the family suite on the top floor and everything was lovely, from the view to the staff to the breakfast; cant say enough good about this find. Dont let the hostel in the name fool you -- it has nothing in common with a youth hostel. Its a smart boutique b and b. Charming and highly recommended. The only suggestion I have is to make the top floor of the family suite the master bedroom with a queen or king sized bed and put the single beds in the bedroom below it. The top floor has the best view and is very romantic, so give Mom and Dad the best and let the kids have the room below : ) The only issue we had was that the wifi wasnt very strong on the top floor level -- could be boosted some.

Such an amazing sweet place to stay, a 3 minute walk to the beach and the staff is so kind and friendly. There is also a lot of activities to do!

Boa receção. Linda casa, acomodações limpas. Bom pequeno almoço. Há escadas, sem elevador. Excelente limpeza.

I liked the location, free breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. When booking this location I liked that one of the amenities listed was a washer but when I wanted to use the washer I was told to find somewhere else to do my laundry. I persisted as it was listed as an amenity one staff member became rude - eventually I was allowed to do one wash. This interaction made our stay uncomfortable.

Красивое здание! Лестницы из камня, перила из дерева. Большое пространство общей зоны. В номере достаточно бедно. Затхлый запах. После проветривания в течении пяти часов он не исчез. Нет шкафа для одежды. Поезд и дорога-достаточный шум, чтобы заснуть. Персонал очень приветливый!

Nightmare for noise if you have the room near the reception. The hostel employees or boss should try this room before renting it. Shame on you.

They gave us the ground floor room which is very noisy : people drinking and talking listening music in the lobby all night long... During the night people are coming in the bathroom just in front of the room so it is literally impossible to sleep. At 7am, the breakfast room become very noisy and you finally decide to wake up and ask to the reception to do something. The answer was: « sorry this is breakfast time, we can’t do nothing ». The hosts should try to sleep at least one night in this room to experiment guests experience. I think the hosts know about this but did not talk about. It is unacceptable.

Accueil en français et anglais très sympathique dans une jolie déco décontractée avec des commodités comme la cuisine la salle à manger et le grand salon mis à disposition vraiment très appréciables

Pleasantly surprised - will recommend to others.The only factor that wasnt great is that the pillows are pretty poor. Everything else is great.

Best hostel ever. I was on a business trip and had to stay longer than expected (20 days). The hostel was the best choice I made. Convenient in price and at the same time enjoying the company of nice people. It’s not just an Hostel! It was perfect because I had a private room. The owners are an amazing couple and the staff is in general very nice! I Highly recommend this place!

Hatten ein kleines aber sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer - Gemeinschaftsbad war auch sauber - Inhaberin ist sehr sympathisch und spricht perfektes Englisch - im Hof sind circa 8 kostenlose Parkplätze für Gäste vorhanden - großer schöner Gemeinschaftsraum - alle Räume liebevoll eingerichtet - Bahnlinie in unmittelbarer Nähe ist auch Nachts zu hören

Bom local para pernoitar na zona do Estoril. Está bem localizado, a pouco tempo da praia e do Casino. Possui parque de estacionamento, tem pequeno almoço e um salão grande com TV e jogos. Boa opção para qualquer idade. Recomendo

Un hotel muy bonito con un trato agradable y muy personal, en cuanto a las instalaciones también están muy bien y nuevas, pero en nuestra suite no funcionaba la calefacción y, aunque nos dejaron un calefactor, pasamos frio. Lo recomendaría pero asegurándome de que funcionan las instalaciones

Un hôtel charmant et cosy. Carolina est de bon conseil pour les excursions autour d'Estoril et plus loin. Les chambres sont d'une propreté remarquable et le salon permet des moments de convivialité. La terrasse et son hamac permettent de profiter du soleil.

I am asking myself if it is common for your hostel to refuse refund payment and ignore contact requests? After the cancelling of the stay due to reasons of bad smell that couldn’t have been fixed, we changed the Hostel. While the days we’ve stayed, an antique chair from our room broke within the normal use of chairs. We directly reported the damage to the staff so no one is harmed by the broken chair. Before leaving, the receptionist insured us the refund (because we had to pay before which wasn’t told us before arriving) of the nights we didn’t slept in the hostel and apologized for the smell. After one month without payment or any message from you we send a mail to remind you of the remaining payment. Us was told that we can’t get the whole sum back because of the broken chair. The value of the antique chair should be 350€ and we will get back the gap between the costs of the chair and our refund. In an answer we made clear that the damage of the chair wasn’t our fault and that the refund remains the whole sum. This answer was sent on the 4th October 2016 since then you didn’t answer or even transferred the gap between the chair and the refund. For us it is not clear why you are refuse the payment and not even answering to our mails. Also we don’t understand why we should pay for the chair when the damage appeared as part of conventional use of a chair. When a chair in your hostel breaks from sitting on it, it is not our responsibility to pay for it. In the name of Imke Libuda

Very nice hostel, because the owners and staff are awesome people who are very polite en directly ready to help you, they know the area very good and they help you to let you see the wonders of Estoril and Lisbon. The hostel is situated nearby the beach and a trainsstation what makes it easy to travel. The rooms are very tidy. The breakfast is also very good.

Nice place to stay. You can hold a little distance from the touristic places in Caiscas. That's what i prefered. 30 min walk along tbe beach to it. Friendly staff. Good service. Good prices in my mind (didn't had a booking).

Blue boutique hostel es un lugar de estadía encantador y muy acogedor. Un lugar para descansar donde se encuentra gente amable y que se interesa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. El sitio estba limpio, era cómodo y bien ubicado. La atención no fue mala, aunque mejorable en algunos aspectos, entiendo que por ser gente joven.
