The location was good, the beach wasn’t too far and the strip was near. Kitchen was better than expected, there was pots and pans etc, everything that we needed. However, the shower was quite old and it was a bit difficult to get the right water temperature. The bed was very very firm and hurt my back, no mattress topper or anything, I could feel the springs. Also the pillows were quite uncomfortable. The massage chairs helped the pain a bit though, it cost only 2 euros and it lasted for 30 min. Also there was massage at the hotel which was excellent. It was quite noisy at night, we could hear the bass from the hangover bar and people were quite noisy on the street until late at night (could be partly due to the football games that Portugal was hosting though). The reception said they sent a request to the maids to separate the beds (when we booked the apartment it said there would be 2 single beds and you could see on the picture they were separate, but when we got there they were put together), but nothing happened. The receptionist said the maids were busy.. so it was an ok hotel, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the firm beds.

Deluxe apartment branded on position not quality. Cladding covering imperfections in wall plus air conditioning is apparently the reasoning. Room very small, had to take chairs outside to enable us to move ( and to unpack cases).
One bedside lamp had no socket, the other shared single socket with kettle and toaster! Paid extra for this. Customer service graded 2 stars with manage 0 stars.

We just returned from this Hotel...its was beautiful everything in room from Cooker Microwave..hair dryer iron board iron plenty of kitchen appliances .we would definitely return tho ther was a lot of stags on it didn't effect us stay staff were lovely. Very friendly. Highly recommended. Xxwe will return Joan pat Keating Ireland.

Staff were excellent, hotel was pretty run down needs a lot of money spent on it and unfortunately popular for stag & hen getaways so can be loud.
Air conditioning was terrible woukd not like to be there in the hot months.

The hotel is nice and relatively clean but I would not consider it a four star. It was quite outdated but good value for the price. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, not too bad. We will stay here again.

Hotel staff are helpful and the rooms are a good size, but the hotel itself is very run down with the rooms needing gutted (a bit of paint on the table tops doesnt cut it) there are also no poolside facilities (used to be). You can go next door to the sister hotel but the pool has no shallow end. It appears all the money is being spent across the road in another sister hotel the CPO which you cannot visit ( though you used to be able too). Do yourself a favour and book one of the other hotels. Have to say the Oura area is very handy to the beach and the town.

Such a good hotel for the price, huge rooms with decent bathrooms, kitchen area and living area. Clean and tidy hotel with good swimming pool. We will always stay here when in Albufeira!

We have just come back from a family Holiday, the hotel was great and the food was lovely. The only problem was that you had to go to the sister hotel next door for a drink. Very clean and and tidy, will be going back next year :-)

Me gusta por estar en primera line de playa, y a pesar de ser un poco antiguo, tiene muchas zonas verdes,. Paseo. Yacusi en piscinas y terrazas privadas y al menos en estos meses con un precio muy asequible.

Ett något slitet hotell, med såväl kyl/frys, micro, vattenkokare och diskmaskin. Väldigt rymligt och många balkonger. Luckan till diskmaskinen gick ej att stänga i vår lägenhet, därför använde vi oss inte av denna. Sängarna var väldigt hårda, och eftersom det finns en bar i bottenvåningen, är det bäst att be om ett rum mot poolen om man störs av ljud.

Out of the MGM group of hotels this is by far the worst
Great location however it is very dated and tatty .. the whole place needs a good going over

Rooms are nice enough and no issues with staff. We are infinity members and weren't provided with everything we should have been. Currently no restaurant on site so if u want to eat in the hotel u have to travel to another location. This is something to consider if going half/full board or all inclusive. The pool bar is also closed along with a lot of the exits/entrances being padlocked. Because of this I can only rate 3 stars. I would rather use alternative muthu hotels.
However location is great especially for elderly or anyone who struggles with walk f as all restaurants and bars are close except for the strip which is about 20 minutes away. The supermarket is 1 or 2 buildings over so very handy to do some shopping for lunches to save money. Howver, it isnt overly close to the beach but as long as you can cut throygh the CPO it should onky tKe about 20 mins to walk. Overall it's a nice enough hotel but depending on how much you are paying I would weigh out the pros and cons and evaluate based on your personal needs.

Food is not even warm or appetising sweets have been the same last 3 days it's at bottom of huge Hill not suitable for disabled hotel is so big it's like a maze getting back and forward from your room steep stairs going up to restaurant bedrooms are lovely and big only good thing about the hotel

Lovely sided rooms. Pillows need replacing as they have gone lumpy and no longer nice to rest your head on when sleeping. House keeping needs to pay more attention to busting! All other cleaning floors, bathroom, kitchen etc are all good and house keeping staff are very helpful and friendly. All bedding should be changed weekly if staying over seven days. Hotel is kept well and looks very inviting plus welcoming.

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti e siamo stati molto soddisfatti!!! Con la formula all inclusive tutti i pasti sono serviti nella struttura affianco che si chiama Forte Da Oura...il buffet è vastissimo dalla colazione fino alla cena e c'è anche lo spuntino dalle 16 alle 17! Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite e la spiaggia piu vicina è Praia da Oura a circa 400 metri...la piscina molto bella e profonda fino a 3,80 mt...però consigliamo di visitare le spiagge perchè ce ne sono di meravigliose in zona!!!

We have been visiting this area of Albufeira for the past 11 years. We have stayed at Oura Praia Hotel many times on a self catering basis. We had a pool view studio which was very comfortable with all amenities you need. Maid service every other day, towels and bedding changed regularly. Even tea cloths were provided.
The staff were friendly especially the reception staff.
We are looking forward to our next stay in February.

Been here many times but oh how it has gone down hill no restaurant no pool side bar I asked how do you get a soft drink or any drink as we had our grandson with us was told you can walk down to the hotel next door awful. The attitude of the some of their staff was rude and unhelpful the room was one of the worst we had ever stayed in considering it should have been of a higher standard would not recommend this to anyone

Muito boa localização junto á praia, serviço de buffet bom e variado, alojamento razoável, colaboradores a maioria pouco atenciosos. Não justifica pagar o serviço de bebidas ilimitadas, pois além de ser basicamente água, sumo e cerveja também têm horários limitados!

Apartamentos muito degradados, a precisar de obras. Limpeza sufrivel. Não tem espaços de restauração de apoio à piscina. Não tem qualquer sentido os hóspedes terem que se deslocar ao empreendimento ao lado para efetuar as refeições. A relação qualidade/preço é muito má. Em suma o hotel não tem condições para a classificação de quatro estrelas, no máximo duas. Neste momento o único aspecto positivo é a localização.

Sou associada desde o antigo CPO e de ano para ano a degradação tem sido uma constante. Hoje tive que me aborrecer e ir queixar-me da falta de limpeza do apartamento.
Com respeito a vigilância a nota é 0 (zero) porque qualquer pessoa lá entra e ninguém questiona ninguém.
Mas todos os anos sabem lembrar os associados que devem pagar as quotas (e não são tão baratas como isso .... quase 1000 paus). Pergunto: para quem ou para o quê é que estou a pagar??!!

the hotel was terrible, the facilities elsewhere ! the man at reception was rude from the outset, and when I asked to see the room he had allocated to us, he became even more rude, I came back to reception to say that the room was dark, directly beside the pool, with sunbeds actually buttered up to the small patio, very smelly and totally unsuitable re the noise from the pool, and the smell ltotally overlooked etc,, he refused to move us, I asked to upgrade to a room further from the pool, in fact anywhere in the hotel other than the room we had, he refused, so I asked to speak to the manager, she would be there in an hour, again major attitude, we went to the same group hotel around the corner, and the receptionist rang the muthu oura praia to see if we could just pay the difference and change to this hotel, but no room available,l we spent the entire day trying to get a decent room, with no luck, never again will I book any mgm hotel !! I have never met such rudeness !!

Well what can I say .. when arriving to the hotel we was greeted by a nice man named Bob. He said our rooms were not ready considering it-was half past 9 in the evening... leaving our stuff in a unlocked luggage room which was really not secure we went off to the restaurant which is next door... only a few minutes walk. The restaurant staff were very welcoming. However did feel like they were constantly taken plates away even when we wasn’t finished! ... we were half board so the food was standard most evenings .. from a range of meat dishes and fish. Lots of veg and rice on aswell. Puddings and desserts were average and would of liked more of a range.
Now the hotel apartment was average
The beds however were Terrible
Socks for pillows
And mattress that have no bounce (might aswell sleep on the floor)
The apartment was very dated and could do with a face lift. The view was the hotel car park was a flat cobble roof ahead which made it unsafe leaving the balcony door open at night :/ often got visit from Sean the seagull and his mates lol ...
The hotel has 2 pools and they were okay and always managed to get a sun lounger.
The beach was amazing though and views around Albufeira were spot on.
Defo recommend a visit to “old town” nice little shops and places to eat with reasonable prices.
As much as I love Portugal and Albufeira I will not be returning back to mgm hotels.

Had a great stay, the room was spacious and well equipped. There was good outdoor seating areas on the balcony. The location of the hotel is excellent only a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is also a handy supermarket that is part of the hotel complex, it is well stocked. All the staff are really friendly from the hotel receptionist to the cleaner. Would definitely stay again.

Estuve 8 días en este Hotel, con TI contratado. No tiene ni el comedor ni el bar abierto, te desplazan uno que esta cerca, que ademas esta masificado por estar todos los del TI. Lo único bueno es la habitación, grande y espaciosa. La comida mediocre, se les termino el aceite de las ensaladas al 6 día de mi llegada y me fui sin que lo repusieran, no lo recomiendo.

Efetuamos marcação para este hotel e mudaram-nos para outro hotel sem avisar. Pagamos mais 60€ para ter uma cama de casal e o apartamento não possui cama de casal. Horrível. Não recomendamos hotel a ninguém.

The accommodation that we were allocated didn’t disappoint. The apartment was extremely spacious with a view over the pool area. It had everything we needed and more. Staff were very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

Everything. Been here lots of times. Its typical portuguese. The rooms are big. Everything you need. No full oven but microwave does everything. Tv only got few english channels. Take fire stick u can get netflix. Some rooms have tiny old tvs so check. Home from home. Good position.

Rooms lower down can be noises as hotel bars playing music or covering sport all day and night! But rooms well catered but was told we get placed service daily but more like three times a week not a problem unless you cook, as bin supplied not bigger enough

We were initially on the first floor overlooking the main road. It was loud and uncomfortable. Extremely bad bed and terrible pillows. They were unable to switch is to another room when we first asked so we went and stayed elsewhere as the bed really was that bad. When they switched us we were on the top floor on the other side of the hotel. Apartment there was much nicer. The bed was comfortable. It was like starting a whole new holiday. Wouldn't recommend it for early birds as we were right over two loud bars but for night owls it was great. Sea view there too and although the apartment was smaller than the first one we were very happy in it.

It is certainly not 4* as advertised. An accurate rating would be 2*.In my room: the bathroom tiles were almost all cracked, the water pressure was non existent and it had an awfully damp smell. It was apparently fully booked and given that I had prepaid in full, I had no choice but to put up with it.

Gymnasium was a little tired and not always switched on in the mornings , 1 morning when this was reported to reception no one came so I turned it on myself did 30 minutes on the machine and still no one arrived the same receptionist advised us that it was very difficult to get to sand city when we actually caught the bus straight to it , others were very good 1 went above and beyond to assist when we had to leave early

We took a 6.00 from Gatwick and got to the hotel by 11.30 only to be told that we could check and see if our room was ready at 14.00
In the meantime we could leave our bags in an insecure locker room. We had to carry our money passport etc as there was no safe to lock them away. We had to carry all our medications including insulin in case that got stolen. We arrived back again at 14.00 to be told our room would only be ready at 17.30. By then we had no sleep for almost 24hrs. We explained this to them but they could do nothing. Eventually at 17.00 we checked again and was allocated another room. We had to pay for the safe in the room and that did not work or the front door. Once more back to reception and they fixed the safe. The door was only fixed the next day. The food was average not warm at all. The setting is beautiful the gardens are amazing and the people are very friendly. Disappointed

Yet another place that should not have 4 stars. It's not very clean, the pool is always at full capacity. The bathtub was so filled with fungus or whatever those dark spots were that I didn't dare take baths much less showers without flip flops on. The apartment had dust bunnies all over when we got there and one mattress was ruined. The air conditioning system is rather old too. No dishwasher included, and a few kitchen appliances, small ones, have to be requested at the reception cause they don't have enough or don't want to spend the money. The staff was nice, but the place decreased in quality over the years.

O Ar Condicionado não é eficiente (expele ar frio mas não arrefece o quarto, horrivel para noites de verão). O serviço de limpeza apenas troca 1 vez numa semana os lençois das camas. A comida não é nada de especial. Existem bares que tocam musica alta na maior parte da noite tornando-se assim difícil de descansar. A qualidade do Wi-fi é horrivel. Esperava mais e melhor.

This should be a last choice . As the interiors are not updated and also dont be surprised if the appliances such as AC / refrigerator etc are not working and there is no proactivemess from hotel management to get them repaired. If you are looking for clean blanketss it may disappoint you as they dont seem to be dry washed after a gues checks out. The only positive is that the rooms have good sized balconies providing good views. Summarising if you are a discerning traveller, then I wont recommend this hotel

La salle de sport est déplorable. Toutes les personnes ne séjournant pas à l’hôtel peut accéder à la piscine. La propreté laisse réellement à désirer. Faire la cuisine est impossible tant la kitchinette est sous équipe. Dans la salle de bain l’eau chaude est en option ( en tous cas c’est vous et votre chance) et le sèche cheveux ne marchais pas. Sinon l’hotel et calme et les murs bien isolés. Gros avantage à côté des bons restaurants. Cette hôtel est le pire 4 étoiles à mon actif

Property is little tired and needs a refurbishment but is functioning. Breakfast was chaotic bordering on stressful. Good pool and bar area. Location is great and we had a quiet room over the car park.

Críticas: Deixamos o aviso na porta para ser limpo, só foi limpo dois dias depois; o parque de estacionamento (reservado e gratuito) só dá para 10 carros; a minha reserva incluía uma criança de 3 anos e uma de 1 mês e mesmo assim colocaram-nos num quarto mesmo por cima de um bar, o barulho era horrível e até às 5h da manhã (isso achei inadmissível, preocupam-se em receber o dinheiro a comodidade dos mais pequenos que se lixe. Deviam de ter isso em atenção).
Pontos a favor: Empregados atenciosos; o restaurante era muito muito bom; piscina exterior sempre limpinha.

Muito bom. Hotel 4 estrelas, mas pelo que se pode observar em outros hotéis, eu classificaria este como hotel 5 estrelas.
Atendimento muito personalizado em todas as áreas, muita higiene e qualidade de produtos postos à disposição. A organização é do melhor que já vi em toda a área de hotelaria em Portugal. Obrigado Muthu Oura praia hotel.

Sold as free parking but there is only a very small car park which was full when we got there. Arrived at 11pm and we drove around for an hour looking for a space with two very tired children. Front desk unhelpful and rude when we were asked for advise on where we could park. Rooms are basic, bathroom clean but in desperate need of refurb and the hotel is in a very busy area. Not at all like photos. We were pleased that we only had to stay for two nights.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt sauber. Eigener WLAN-Router im Appartement. In den Appartements zur Straße hin ist Lärm von den Kneipen und Restaurants unvermeidbar. Poolbereich sauber. TOP-freundliche Hotelmitarbeiterinnen und -mitarbeiter! Sehr nett!

Hotel was in a great location- far enough from the noise of the Strip but a close enough walk to the bars and clubs (5-10 min walk) and super close to the Oura beach. The hotel itself, such as the reception area was all beautifully decorated but the rooms were very basic. Rooms are nice and spacious but interior is outdated and the bathroom had cracks- but all clean. Do note- they do not do daily cleaning of the rooms. Hotel’s communication prior to check in was quite bad and we couldn’t reach them easily, they never answered their phones and were slow to email. But overall, it was a lovely experience.

El desayuno lo sirven en otro hotel de la cadena MGM que está a 100 mts del hotel. El servicio de habitación lo realizan cada 48 horas. Pague por habitación superior y no tiene diferencias con la habitación standard salvo el unico televisor que tiene más pulgadas que en la standard y 5 mts más de terraza. El bar del hotel en ocasiones permanece cerrado por no tener el personal suficiente, como lo aclara un cartel en la puerta del mismo. Lo venden como cuatro estrellas cuando apenes llegaría a tres, siendo benevolente.

**We arrived as a party of 25 for a family holiday. I was first at reception to check in, but last to leave. Very unorganized, lost paper work belonging to another guest so she had to wait.
**We had a problem with the safe, twice mid week. We couldn't open it. 1 staff member at reception very rudely and arrogantly blamed my daughter (age 10) for being at the safe and saying it was her fault we couldn't open it. She had stayed in another room that night with as it was family we we're with. turned out the batteries had to be changed.
**No bar or restauraunt open all week

My husband and I enjoyed every single day of our stay.The front view was excellent The staff at the reception were really nice and helpful.The housekeeping was great,very friendly staff.All utensils required for cooking provided and the supermarket in the same building was a bonus.The ticket shop down stairs was handy because we had the opportunity to travel to Fatima,Seville and Lisbon by coach at a reasonable price.The beach is just few minutes away and the environment was very lively.Very good food in restaurants nearby.I will definitely return to Albufeira and stay at the same hotel.

Very disappointed all inclusive is just chips for starters cheesy chips. Golden chips. Oregano chips chicken wings and onion rings. Main are burgers pizzas hotdogs ....no plates only plastic plates or plastic glasses. Coffee is in a paper cup.
Staff deem frustrated and are not proud to work here. Alcohol comes in plastic too. Beer is good but mixed drinks are very weak.

Je met 1 étoile car on ne peu pas mettre moin. Il nous on inviter à découvrir un abonnement pour pouvoir voyager régulièrement, et pour nous permettre de réfléchir il nous on "offert" un séjour pour 1 semaine pour 6 personnes dans l'un de leur hôtel 5 étoiles. Et c'est ma que tous devient arnaque. Il nous on demander de payer la somme de 30 euros par personnes pour les frais administratif. Nous l'avons fait et à partir de ce moment il ne réponde plus au mail. Nous avons donc perdu l'argent ce qui fait tous de même presque 200 euros et nous somme rester chez nous. Plus jamais je retournerais dans leurs hôtel.

Big hotel. Friendly staff and standard room is fine. Dissapointed though as we have a luvly goodsized balconywith sunbeds etc but no sun at all. Im quite happy soaking up the sun all day on the balconey but we have to go to the pool to sunbathe have tried to change rooms even upgrade but to no avai. So sad about this. This is my only gripe. The hotel has plenty to offer a gym , spa and a pool which is not heated. The free shuttle bus to the old town is useful too. The apartments are well equipped but are only served every other day. Be aware if you have apartment facing the pool this can be noise at night when they have live entertainment.

The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment. Central air con system which is very old and does not work. Definitely not worth the money. Public areas are better, 3 star but there are much nicer places to stay in Albufeira, I would not recommend or stay here again.

Pésimo servicio, No es de fiar. Recomendé este hotel a unos familiares que vinieron a visitarme desde Canadá, al presentarse al hotel para hacer chek-in se encuentran con la sorpresa que al hotel no le llegó el correo de la reserva que había realizado y pagado a través de "Expedia". El dependiente del hotel dijo que no había llegado el correo de reservación por la cadena "Expedia", el caso es que ante la necesidad y con la promesa de resolver todo en la mañana solicitaron hacer nuevo el cargo, cosa que realizaron. Al recibir la habitación no había luz, a/a y estaba sucia. Se regresan a la recepción porque lógicamente debe tratarse de un error el caso es que al hablar con el dependiente los trató de forma grosera, descortés y humillante señalando que es lo que había y si no se fueran para la calle. Llenaron el libro de reclamaciones y no hubo forma de hablar con algún gerente o supervisor, finalmente prácticamente los echaron a la calle a las 2:00 am y pagando el importe de la habitación 2 veces y tratar de conseguir a esa hora un sitio donde dormir pagando nuevamente en temporada alta. No es de fiar ni tampoco se puede recomendar. Tuve que marcar una estrella ya que de lo contrario no me permite publicar el comentario.

Breakfast time is 8am-10.30am however we were told by the kitchen staff that as the large coach groups come for breakfast at 7.30am they pack up as soon as they leave. They tried to turn as away but we stood firm so they served us. The next day we went earlier but had to wait for a table. We also witnessed them turning another couple away when they arrived well within the time at 9.30am. So the breakfast policy only applies if you stand firm ground, which means you are at disadvantage if you are not able to speak up.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. Fliesen im Badezimmer, Matratzen,... Trotzdem kann man das Hotel weiter empfehlen, finde ich. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Größe des Appartements sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Internet ist ausreichend und kistenlos,genauso das Fernsehangebot. Im selben Gebäude ist ein Supermarkt mit sehr gutem Angebot. Zum kleinen schönen Strandabschnitt sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Kleinere Geschäfte und sehr viele Restaurants/ Lokale fussläufig erreichbar. Zu unserer Reisezeit waren nur trinfreudige Engländer unterwegs, was man auch Abends bis teilweise Nachts mit bekam. Im Sommer möglicherweise sehr laut. Faro/ Flughafen mit dem Auto auf mautfreier Strasse ca. 40 Minuten. Sehr schöner grosser Strand in Vilamoura, mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Im selben Ort sehr schöne Minigolf Anlage ( Family Golf Park ) , aber nicht ganz so günstig. Ansonsten konnten wir nichts weiter besuchen, da wir in der Nebensaison dort waren. Noch ein Tipp, Mietwagen von Deutschland aus mitbuchen , ist günstiger und praktisch, da die meisten Autovermietungen direkt am Flughafen sind.

Es nuestro primer dia de estancia. Tanto mii familia como yo estamos totalmente defraudados ya Que los servicios del hotel no son como nos dijeron al momento de reservar. Es el tipico hotel que te vende grandes expectativas y cuando finalmente estas en el todo es una basura. Empezando con que la comida es de nivel muy bajo para tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas, los snacks son galletas del suprmercado y el almuerzo y la cena es estilo comida de hospital ACLARANDO QUE CONTRATAMOS UN TO-DO INCLUIDO Que realmente no incluye nada. No repetiriamos jamas y es el peor hotel que puedee existir en albufeira.

Das Appartment hat uns nicht gut gefallen.Der Boden war leider nicht geputzt. Nach einem Mal durch das Bad und das Schlafzimmer laufen waren die Füße nach dem Duschen fast schwarz. Auch das Frühstück war sehr mager. Es bestand nur aus Toast einer Käse- und einer Wurstsorte, Marmelade, Butter und einem Müsli. Der Cappuchino aus dem Automaten hat eher nach Kakao geschmeckt als nach Kaffee. Die Einrichtung des Appartments ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch Zweckmäßig. Bei den Matrazen hat man leider jede Feder gemerkt und diese war die unbequemste, die wir jemals in einem Hotel hatte. Das Hotel entspricht unserer Meinung nach nicht der Vorstellung eines 4-Sterne Hotels. Das Zimmer ist unserer Meinung nach eher mit dem eines 2-3 Sterne Hotels vergleichbar.Der Check-in war bei uns leider erst ab 17 Uhr und der Check-out schon um 10 Uhr.Wer jedoch nur Party sucht, kein Frühstück bucht und wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, ist in dem zentral gelegenen Hotel gut aufgehoben.

El hotel está bien respecto a las habitaciones que son amplias, el baño amplio, todo ordenador, la recepcionista que nos tocó era muy amable, aunque hacía frío la piscina no se pudo usar pero se veía bonita. Y ahora todo lo malo,calefacción pésima, desprendía un olor raro, y ni dejándola todo el día se caldeaba, el Wifi era de pago,auque dijeran que no,ni el gimnasio,ni la pista de tenis,ni el billar se pudieron utilizar, pero lo peor de todo fué el restaurante se llama "MALABAR", nunca he escrito mi opinión pero aconsejo a todos los que viajen a este sitio que se informen antes si les da por comer en "MALABAR"
La misma comida almediodía y en la cena, lo mismo para el desayuno y merienda, (si quedaba comida),poca varierdad,muy sucio todo,agua con mal sabor,mala organización, no hablan ni portugués,te dicen que en inglés y si chapurreas alguna palabra ni saben que decir, la comida muy especiada,la fruta cortada conllevando que se oxidara al rato, las bebidas solo en vaso de plástico (hasta si te pedías un cubatilla debía ser nacional,ni ves que te ponen porque lo hacen dentro,con resfresco de esos baratos,sirviéndolo en vaso de plástico y sin hielo), no están preparados para servir a tanta gente,muchos se tuvieron que ir a otros sitios fuera para poder comer, y otros tantos esperar casi 1 hora para que quedaran sitios libres y todo esto teniendo pulsera de "Todo Incluido"
P.D: no exagero cuando digo que más de 80 personas se quejaron allí,teniendo el libro de reclamaciones a rebosar, y comprobando que desde el año pasado tenían reclamaciones. Una pena por la mala imagen que se lleva el hotel, que tiene culpa al 50% por mantener a gente así

The actual hotel is ok not bad it is spoilt by the staff on reception who go out of their way to be unhelpfil and obstructive their attitude stinks there waa a problem with my booking and their attitude was sort it with your travel agent they never had my booked and vonfirned room if you want hrlp ypu must pay we dont care the buffet in the evening is no variety ot seens they are not wanting to offer a service all they want you to do is part with your money and get little for it I am here now abd hating every minute and the problem is I am here ubtil 30th but have to be out of this room by27 october not knowing where I will end up

Lovely hotel ideally located to eat and drink cheaply. The strip a short walk away and a small road 'train' can be caught there that takes you into Old Town Albufeira. Not much entertainment at the hotel. So ideal for quiet break.

Qualität entspricht 3 Sterne, deshalb waren wir enttäuscht. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist schon etwas älter. Pool und Lage sind o.k.

Wir hatten ein Appartement mit separatem Schlafzimmer gebucht. Die Außenumgebung des Hotels ist am Abend und in der Nacht sehr laut. Jedoch durch eine Zwischentür zum Schlafzimmer und Fenster zum Poolbereich konnte der Lärm etwas abgemildert werden. Das Appartement war bis auf die Fenster ausreichend sauber. Die Zimmermädchen haben sich viel Mühe gegeben und gegen eine Trinkgeld wurde sogar entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung, bis auf zweimal in 9 Tagen, ein Wäschewechsel durchgeführt. Die Einrichtung war etwas abgewohnt, jedoch war alles da was man brauchte, von Mikrowelle bis Wasserkocher. Die Elektrogeräte waren intakt.Das Haus ist überwiegend von Engländern belegt. An der Rezeption wird überwiegend englisch gesprochen.Am Poolbereich gibt es genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme, jedoch werden diese bereits am frühen Morgen von vielen Gästen, wie auch in anderen Hotelanlagen üblich, mit Handtüchern stundenlang vorreserviert.Der Fitnessraum beinhaltet alle wichtigen Sportgeräte im guten Zustand, u.a.einem Laufband, zwei Fahrräder, Stepper. Jedoch ist der Raum nicht klimatisiert und bei warmen Wetter wird es dort sehr stickig.Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Nette Einheimische, gute, günstige Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir würden wieder hier hinfahren.

Eine schöne Hotelanlage. Der Supermarkt nebenan ist sehr praktisch.Allerdings lag unser Zimmer über einem Lokal und es war zum Teil laut bis spät in die Nacht !WiFi war nur nahe der Rezeption kostenlos. Nutzung des Safes war ebenfalls kostenpflichtig.Die Küche in unserem Appartment war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand.

Leider wurde zwischenzeitlich der Preis fuer die Appartements nicht unerheblich erhoeht. Fuer den Preis den ich bezahlt habe wuerde ich gleich sechs Sterne vergeben, zum jetzigen Preis waeren es aber auch noch vier. Fuer das jetztige Preisniveau (€25,--/Nacht) gibt es zu dieser Jahreszeit in und um Albuferia zumindest vergleichbare bzw. bessere Angebote.

nous avions reserve par votre intermediaire une chambre ,tout a été super ;a la suite nous avons réservé pour 2 autres nuits , le receptionniste qui a pris notre demande a été juste agréable ,tres peu locace,et nous a fourni un logement tjs tres propre mais mal situé car au dessus du carrefour trés bruyant (pas de double vitrage)Sinon super , tres propre ,tres bel hotel.

Ein sehr preiswertes Hotel mit vielen Angeboten. Deutsch spricht leider nur eine Person, die nicht immer anwesend ist. Nachts ist es ab und zu sehr laut von der Strasse aussen. Besoffene von der eine Busstation entfernten Fanmeile schreien auf der Strasse in voller Lautstärke um sich. Durch die Einfachverglasungen leider auch im Zimmer zu hören.Ansonsten waren wir SUPER ZUFRIEDEN.
