Train is good for the price but the woman checking the tickets is so rude, giving out to people and practically snatched the tickets out of my hand. Thought maybe she was having an off day but the second time getting the train she was even ruder than before.

This land train was both fun and practical to go on as it joins up some of the major tourist areas which are quite geographically separate from each other. It wasn't overly cheap but it did cover quite a distance and you get to see quite a lot of the local area at a relaxed pace. The drop-off spots were sensibly placed and the leaflets were well designed and quite clear with good English.

Fantastic idea and good fun for the kids. Reasonably priced for single or family tickets to go exploring. Day tickets mean your not on a time scale or being rushed. Using the train to go to the old town to visit the market or going for an evening meal it doesn't matter it allows a stress free travel. Kids really enjoy being in the carriage on the road watching the scenery pass by. Everyone waves as the train passes. Four stops on the route allows you to get the most out of the surrounding areas.

Plus un moyen de transport qu'une visite touristique. Attention aux jambes, on est bien secoué et on cogne souvent les bords...

Nous pensions visiter ou longer la côte mais non c est juste 4 arrêts ou des personnes se rendent d un endroit à un autre. Comme un bus. 35mn pour faire le tour. 3€ le tour et si vous descendez avant le tour complet, votre billet n est plus valable pour reprendre le train plus tard.

A unique way to get around! It looks like it is for children, but anyone can ride. Not too expensive. Good way to get to that big Supermarket, McDonald's and see the town.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce tour en train. Ils nous entassent comme du bétail et on ne passe pas par de jolis endroits dans Albufeira. Il n'y a aucun commentaire (à moins d'avoir un casque audio sur soi et encore... Je ne sais pas si les prises fonctionnent). A éviter !

Makkelijk verplaatsen in Albufeira!

Love it. Recomend you get a full day ticket. A bit more but well worth it because you can then hop on and off. Could do with a couple more stops on route though. The stops are along way from each other.

5 euro all day ticket or 2.50 each journey.4 stops over a 40min journey ,great to take look around and visit few parts of albufeira ....

Very hot inside as it has no air conditioning and the windows only partly open, there isn't much room either. It'll get you there but if you are a family like us you'll find a taxi is cheaper, more comfortable and faster.

On the whole this service is good however the staff member on the train forced my mum to move from the front part of the carriage which is meant for people with disabilities which she has a walking stick, so that he could sit there, he was very rude

This was so cool, it's an experience, do it once for the fun then just get a taxi to old town if you're more than just two people, it'll cost the same.

Daily ticket great value. Just 4 stops however you can pop on and off whenever you want. Handy way to get to see the old and new town of Albufeira and to get to big supermarket.

Pas grand intérêt a faire, c'est juste une balade en ville sans rien voir d'interessant, sa ressemble plus a un bus pour se promener entre les 4 arrêts proposé

Ideal for first time visitors to Albufeira especially the kids The tourist train is a novel train (ideal for the kids) and drops you off at 4 locations including the town's main attractions: the Strip, the Shopping Centre and Old Town. You can buy a day ticket (not too much dearer than the once off) - costs 2 adults, 2 kids €18 @ January 2018. If you want a simple transport option without having to get to know the town to begin with then this is ideal. Note: It is NOT a 24 hour ticket, it's just for that day. However the GIRO bus services offers a daily ticket for €4 and you can access ALL the lines (have to go online for the routes though) and accesses a greater route network.
