Einfach umwerfend!
Man kann die dort angebotenen Öle die zu jedem Essen passend serviert werden nicht mit irgendeinem in Deutschland erhältlichen vergleichen. Vielen lieben Dank an das Pärchen was den Laden betreibt und mit aller Hingabe und Liebe die Information versucht weiter zu geben.
Die Qualität der eingesetzten Zutaten beim Essen ist super. Wir haben uns direkt zwei Öle aus der eigenen Produktion mitgenommen. Der Nachtisch bei mir ein Schokomousse ohne Ei und ohne Sahne aber dafür mit einem guten Schuss Öl sowie ein Ananas Carpaccio auch mit Öl beträufelt einfach ein Traum! Noch einen letzten Satz zu den Preisen: Ich würde sagen zu günstig, auf jeden Fall probieren!

A great restaurant! They use their own olive oil in all of their dishes!
Everyone is super nice and the service is beyond the expectations.
We are Vegan and we also had a few nice dishes that we really enjoyed from, very recommended !

Spot on! We are Vegan and were searching for a place to eat. We found this place and a wonderful experience! The Vegan options are beyond great . We received also some sorts of great Portugal olive oils and received explanations for each one.
The staff were really nice friendly. Look at these pics , how can you say no?! Outstanding experience! Highly recommend.

Wer die Vielfalt von Olivenöl probieren möchte, ist hier richtig. Alle Gerichte werden mit dem passenden Öl zubereitet und was wir heute gegessen haben, war alles sehr lecker!

A wonderful experience. The food was delicious. If you are not well versed in Portuguese Olive oil then you must take advantage of the opportunity to sample different Olive oils and learn from the staff.

주변에서 일찍 문을 여는 가게 중 하나입니다. 올리브 전문가게라고 보시면 됩니다. 메뉴는 올리브 관련 메뉴만 있어요. 하지만 무척 맛있고 이 가게가 가지고 있는 올리브 농장의 올리브와 올리브오일을 사용한 메뉴를 내고 있어 포르투갈의 지역별 올리브오일을 경험할 수 있는 매우 특별한 곳입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 사람들이 올리브오일을 비교하며 경험해볼 수 있도록 세심하게 서비스합니다. 저는 올리브스프, 올리브절임, 올리브오일과 빵, 피리피리 치킨, 올리브오일을 뿌린 파인애플과 올리브차를 마셨는데 전부 다 맛있었어요. 올리브스프는 약간 시큼한 맛이 있었지만 독특하고 비오는 날이었어서 따뜻해서 좋았어요. 특히 피리피리치킨은 시판제품이 아닌 직접 만드는 소스였는데 매콤한 그릴치킨에 촉촉하게 올리브오일이 베여 너무 맛있었습니다. 특히 올리브오일을 빵과 함께 먹을 수 있는 메뉴는 올리브오일을 비교하며 먹어볼 수 있는데 느끼할줄 알았지만 아주 담백하고 맛있었고, 올리브소금을 약간 쳐서 올리브오일에 찍어먹는 빵맛은 바닥까지 싹싹 닦아 먹을만큼 맛있었어요. 포르투갈에서 짜지 않게 건강하고 맛있게 먹었던 몇 안되는 경험이었습니다.

Fue una grata sorpresa haber comido aquí. Preparan todos los platos del menú en base a distintos tipos de aceite de oliva virgen extra. El dueño es muy amable y hace lo que puede por explicarte, por darte a probar, y en definitiva en que salgas contento. No es el típico restaurante portugués de posta y bacalhao, pero sin duda un lugar marcado en el mapa para todos aquellos que visiten Coimbra. Muy muy recomendable tanto por la atención como por la calidad y la innovación en el menú.

Restaurante peculiar dedicado al aceite y la aceituna, con una decoración muy acogedora y un trato excepcional (a pesar de no hablar español, lo cual no fue un problema).

Restaurante muy agradable y original. Incluir variedades de aceite de máxima calidad y diversas tipologías en muchos de los platos, le aporta un toque original, delicioso y saludable. Es posible hacer una cata de aceites con diferentes tipos de pan. Una atención muy esmerada y agradable, así como una muy buena relación precio calidad. Muy recomendable.

Accueil parfait. Soupe du jour très bonne, en revanche les pâtes sont à éviter elles sont cuites et réchauffées ensuite dans la poêle avec le pesto ( qui doit être cru normalement) donc sèches et rugueuses, vraiment immangeables pour moi qui aime les bonnes pâtes. Belle présentation c’est dommage...

Eins der besten Restaurants, in denen ich bisher gegessen habe. Das Olivenölmotto wird konsequent durchgezogen und der Kellner überzeugt mit fachkundiger Beratung bis hin zum Verkauf im Restaurant. Hinter dem Restaurant steht der Familienbetrieb. Das Essen war von sehr hoher Qualität und ausgesprochen lecker.
Das alles zu günstigen Preisen.

Comida deliciosa y única, hecha con productos de la tierra y de su propia finca, y acompañada con aceites que uno podría usar como perfume. ¡Incluso los postres! While it is an intimate restaurant, but the tables are not on top of each other and it was very comfortable. I found the restuarant as I was looking for something vegan friendly, and this truly was. The dishes are all about the olive oil, which is carefully selected for each one. I recommend the EVOO tasting for great information about the subtle differences between the oils and even insight into the farmers who produced them. Perhaps my only criticism is that the portions were so generous that we were unable to sample everything we wanted. Don't let the reasonable prices trick you into thinking the servings are small. You will be very satisfied at Passeite!

Comida fantastica. Pedimos 4 copas de vinos, unas aceitunas y 4 tapas y pagamos 30€. Para lo pequeño que era (aunq estaba lleno) tuvimos que esperar un poquito mas de lo normal a la comida incluso para las tapas frias.

Uma experiência muito boa, inesquecível. Fomos atendidos com gentileza e atenção. Pratos muito bem feitos com produtos de 1a.qualidade , acompanhados de azeite produzido pelos donos. Azeitonas saborosas, salada e peixes saborosos. Vinhos que casam com o cardápio e, a mousse de chocolate com azeite, que é a mais saborosa descoberta, com certeza, a melhor sobremesa que já comi. Em Coimbra, venham pra cá, venham. Recomendo!!!

Amazing food, good prices considering the high quality of the ingrdients. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner spent a lot of time with us explaining the menu and gave us olive oil to try with our meal. Vegan/vegetarian friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Coimbra. Superb dishes, mixing Portuguese ingredients with other flavors. Try the mackerel and the Iberian black pork. But then you miss the chicken wings piri-piri. Ok so come back tomorrow. Did I mention the wines?

We have been back home for three weeks and we are still talking about the meals we ate at Passeite. We stayed in Coimbra for 2 nights and ate dinner at Passeite both nights. The owners have such a passion for their restaurant and the olive oil they use in their food that it’s infectious. I’m still thinking about their grilled peri-peri chicken wings!

The food - oh my god. Seasoned or cooked in local, fresh olive oil both the tapas and the traditional fish dish were beautiful. A perfect way to finish a day in Coimbra (with the kindest service). Oh and the magnificent cheesecake at the end - wow! Highly highly recommended!

Água na boca! Eindelijk een restaurant gevonden waar ook onze vegan vrienden ruim de keuze hebben. Net even anders, verse eerlijke ingrediënten, gezellige inrichting, en prettige sfeer. De aandacht en passie van de eigenaren maken dat je je meer dan welkom voelt. Tip: proef eens de salade met bonen en gegrilde mispel vruchten . Als echte carnivoor verwachtte ik er niet veel van. Onterecht want het was een streling voor mijn smaakpapillen. I’ll be back!

We finally went for the first time to dinner at the Passeite. We love it!
We started with an olive oil tasting and our favorite was Passeite Galega limited Edition .
Then we decided to order several small dishes, Petiscos, so we could taste a little of everything
All dishes have olive oil and olives as ingredients, such as olive soup or olive pudding, which were (like the other snacks) incredibly delicious ! They have dishes for vegan, vegetarian & meat/fish lovers. All the products are fresh and local.
So if you go through Coimbra we strongly recommend a lunch / dinner or a Petiscada at Passeite restaurant

We loved the food, the environment, and the staff. Such a great little place to stop and get some dinner. The family recipe rice was amazing, as well as pretty much everything else. The tapa sizes were larger than most. It's a must visit in our book!

Uma maravilha. Uma explosão de sabores e sutilezas do princípio ao fim. A variedade de azeites e sabores é sorprendente (adorei o pudim de azeite e mel). E o servício, perfeito. Se voltasse a Coimbra, repetiria sem dúvida. O melhor restaurante em que comi em muito tempo, 100% recomendável!

What a wonderful find in Coimbra!
So far, it has been my favorite restaurant in town.
They have great vegetarian and vegan options, we simply loved everything we ordered.
Not only was the food great but we were also able to learn a little bit more about olive oil. Our waiter (who I suspect is the owner) was really knowledgeable and willing to share his passion with guests.
Make sure to try the olive oil sampler – the bread they serve with is also delicious – and buy some olive oil bottles to take home. Great value for money here!

Das poucas coisas que pedimos, depois de esperar 15 minutos enquanto a antipatia em pessoa punha uma mesa, não havia praticamente nada. Nem pão havia, imagine-se. Num restaurante com um "conceite"... Levantámo-nos e saímos sem chegar a pedir fosse o que fosse. Com votos de boa sorte.

Great little place, very friendly owner, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about olive oil which he serves like a wine sommelier would. They even have vegetables on the menu other than carrots and potatoes.

Delicious food!!! Really creative menu full of super filling yummy dishes that don't leave you feeling too full or sluggish! Best of both worlds-super rich food without the food coma haha! Een gezellige avond gehad. Heerlijk gegeten met een lekkere tomatensoep als begin en heerlijke verse vijgen als dessert. Dat de gastvrouw een Nederlandse is maakte het extra prettig. Een uitstekend adres dat een goede maaltijd verzorgt voor een fijne prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Een aanrader.

I just went for dinner there and it was absolutely brilliant. The food was delicious and it was the type of food that’s really good but you don’t usually have it. I read the reviews and that’s why I decided to go to this place. The very cool thing is that Passeite, Taberna do Azeite use organic olive oil in their food and that adds a nice kick and flavour to the food. Surprisingly I thought first that I wasn’t going to like my chocolate mousse with olive oil in it but it was really good. If you go to Coimbra you have to try this place out, it is TO DIE FOR!!

Kleines, hervorragendes Restaurant, das Gerichte im Tapas Stil anbietet. Wir hatten diverse Speisen ( vegetarisch, Gambas,Fisch, Pasta),alles schmeckte köstlich. Gerichte auf Basis portugiesischer Öle. Kleine, aber sehr gute Weinkarte zu äußerst günstigen Preisen. Service sehr nett,sehr schnell und sehr gute Beratung. Alles in allem ein angenehmes Restaurant, mit einem großartigem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, aber unbedingt reservieren, wenn man nach 19.00 speisen möchte.

This was a wonderful place with the most fantastic hosts. The dutch lady who ran the place was very welcoming and gave us some of her olive seasoned salt to take away. It was phenomenal! The food was delicious, sourced locally and you can tell that they are very proud of what they do. This place is definitely worth a visit, you won’t be disappointed

Great food. Everything had olive oil, even the deserts and tea (well, olive leaves in the last one). Had several vegan and vegetarian options and could make some other meals vegan on request. The Migas made vegan are great, and the gin-herbed olives are nice.

One of the best meals we had in all of Portugal. Be sure to order the Iberian pork and their rice dish. Both dishes were to die for! Great service as well. Would go back in a heartbeat

De bon produits simples autour de l'olive. 5 étoiles car le plus de l'établissement réside dans un accueil sympathique, bienveillant et attentif. Simplement humain. RIEN à voir avec les bistrots à touristes..Bravo!

This was the most amazing dinner experience! The owners have a farm in Coimbra so all the olives and olive oil are grown by them locally and extremely tasty. The bruschetta was perfect and my friend and I tried the pasta and the lasagna which were delicious. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful giving us several recommendations in Coimbra, Protugal, and other places in the world. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
