Outdated. No aircon. Couldn't even be bothered to cater their patrons with shower gel in the showers. Owners obviously don't invest anything back into this establishment. I go because no better alternative, unfortunately

El gimnasio es espectacular. Los propietarios y los empleados muy amigables. El ambiente es familiar, inmejorable. Las máquinas muy cuidadas y en continua innovación. Solo tengo buenas palabras para ellos. Soy española y me he sentido como en mi casa. Gracias por todo. No cambiéis nunca. Sois los mejores

Meer dan genoeg apparatuur. Zowel conditie, fitness als het zware kracht trainen. Personeel is vriendelijk. Douche en kleedkamers zijn echt verouderd (zeg maar oud). Prijs is best pittig. 10€ - 1x 35€ - 5x 50€ - 10x Eiwitshake kost 2,- en dan weer 2,50??

Salle superbe.Exterieur aussi. Waouh ! Dommage que ce soit un peu cher au mois. ( pour les gens de passage en vacances...)

Fantastico ginasio para quem quer resultados,super bem equipado com equipamentos top! Ginasio a pensar em todo o tipo de clientes com as suas varias vertentes,qualidade material muito bom,escolha dos equipamentos 5*,staff atencioso e colaborador,bom ambiente,muito limpo,sem duvida,um ginasio a recomendar a toda a gente. Parabens por terem um ginasio assim ao dispor de quem realmente gosta de treinar. Cumprimentos,sempre a evoluir.

I really like it here, as they do their best to make their English speaking members feel at home. So signs are up in both Portuguese and English. They have several indoor exercise sections, and also an outside one, where you can do a personal workout. Plus an outdoor pool. Furthermore, downstairs they have a room where you can join in with group fitness, aerobics, Pilates, etc. Downstairs are the showers, toilets and there is also an individual infrared sauna, and a large steam-cabin. You can either buy a 1-month, 3-months, 6-months or a year card. Or there is also the option to purchase a 8x sessions card.

Everything is really great here! Staff and owners are amazing. There are all kinds of machines u need to train..I discovered some new amazing machines I've never tried ahah watch the pictures! There r also 2 pools, 2 saunas, solarium, cross fit zone and an aerobic room All guys of staff are always ready to help u and to give u suggestions. Very very lovely gym. I like it The gym is 5 stars but the showers and locker room look some old.. ‍♂️

The gym had everything I needed the staff very helpful friendly and it is also affordable. Definitely recommend to everyone.
