Comida bien. Van muy cortos de personal en los bares. Habitación espaciosa con salón aparte. Muy buena ubicación

+цена, расположение, бесплатная парковка, чисто в самом номере, тепло-рабочий кондиционер - плесень и отсутствие вешалок в ванной, нерабочий Wi Fi. Свои четыре звезды, наверное отель, получил несколько лет назад, именно за такое время можно убить номер до такого состояния. Отсутствие тапочек- это не четыре звёзды. Были в феврале 2020, заплатили 32,5 евро за ночь.

Hotel is lovely, rooms are perfect. Well equipped kitchen. I a handy location for shops, old town and beach.

Had a fantastic time here. In an ideal location, old and new town 20 min walk either side. Convenient shopping centre located right beside the complex and plenty of food options around. Rooms were cleaned regularly and had good amenities. Pool area was clean and relaxed. Would stay again.

Hotel is beautiful and really clean. Pool area is great with loads of loungers. My only grip is the pool bar. Every time you went it was a different price and the one time we ordered food, I caught the bar person standing with my plate in her hand eating the food with her fingers.

Very unfriendly reception also the checkout was very unfriendly here you don't feel welcome in any way. In the pool area (or at a bar), until late in the evening, there is unnecessary loud music. Unfortunately many noisy guests from the northern islands are rumbling around after a few beers. The interior in the room is old, the air conditioning is loud. The photos promise more than it really is. Location for Albufeira rather bad. Free parking available on the street.

Para hotel de 4 ✳ deixa muito a desejar. Os funcionários são antipáticos e fazem comentários desagradáveis sobre os hóspedes, especialmente no restaurante. Fazem tudo como se fosse uma obrigação e de favor. Só houve um sr. mais velho e outro mais novo (talvez o chefe sala) que foram atenciosos e cumprimentaram dando os bons dias. A animadora da piscina também tinha alguma dinâmica. Simpático, simpático era o animador das crianças. Esse sim, estava lá para os hóspedes. De resto tudo carrancudo e sem zelo. A comida era normal, com fruta enlatada. Os quartos limpos e arrumados, mas com pequenas deteriorações...logo no primeiro dia caiu a maçaneta da porta da entrada, contudo e prontamente procederam ao arranjo. Não trocam as toalhas todos os dias. Pequenos

Serviço de restaurante muito bom, muita diversidade de pratos e tudo bom. Bons quartos com espaço, boa piscina.

Li muitas criticas negativas mas achei todas injustas. Temos de avaliar a oferta vs preço. Para um tudo incluído no mês de Agosto o Apartamento de 2 quartos é muito em conta. Toda a comida é bem confeccionada e de qualidade. O serviço à mesa é suficiente e a animação pelo menos satisfaz os petizes. O staff sénior é muiyo.simpatico e agradável.Todo o hotel estava sempre limpo e perfumado. Piscinas impecavelmente limpas. Transfer de cortesia até à praia dos pescadores um plus. Estamos praticamente no centro de Albufeira o que é óptimo para descobrir uma série de praias idílicas. Eu e a família agradecemos se pudesse tinha ficado mais uma semana! Recomendo!

Hemos estado muy a gusto, por ponerle un pero, la piscina se queda pequeña para la gente que hay.

Unfortunately I did not get to sample this hotel as the holiday company (teletext holidays) appeared to have cancelled my booking without telling me, we arrived at the reception last Friday for the staff to say our all inclusive stay had been cancelled, I have to say the girls on the reception were amazing they were relentless in their pursuit to find me alternative accommodation and understanding when my wife was in tears due to the incompetence of (Teletext Holidays) Thank you so much girls i give 5 stars for the short period I was there

Das Hotel ist wahnsinnig hellhörig, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Renoviert wurde nur die Eingangshalle und der Speisesaal. Die Zimmer Appartement mit 1 Zimmer war sehr alt. Das einzige was erneuert wurde war eine Wand hinter dem Bett. Das ‚Doppelbett‘ selbst waren zwei zusammengeschobene Feldbetten mit einer uralten Federkernmatratze bestückt. Der Stecker in den der Schlüssel für die Stromversorgung gesteckt wurde summte die gesamte Nacht. Jedes Wort eines vorbeigehenden Gastes konnte genau gehört werden, so hellhörig war es. Das Bad war nicht sauber und auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war ok. Die Distanz zum Strand beträgt ohne Auto 25 min. Parkplatz beim Hotel muss auch rechtzeitig erwischt werden wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Obwohl einem ein Parkplatz versprochen wird. Der Service ist äußerst unfreundlich. Wir musst vor Ort noch weitere 25 min aufs Zimmer warten obwohl bereits Check in war. Generell keine Hilfestellung und wenig Information zu Frühstück oder sonstigem.

La estancia en el hotel mal una semana entera durmiendo en un sofá el director inacapad de dar solución solo le faltó invitarnos a marchar la habitación toda exterior con ruidos de camiones y voces por las noches en el comedor esta echo para los ingleses horarios muy tempranos y a partir de unas horas no reponen faltan sobre todo el postre

Calme et tranquille, appartement bien adapté en dehors de certaines odeurs d'humidité. Restaurant avec alimentation variée. Personnel sympathique donnant de bons conseils.

El hotel y el personal bien, pero encontramos cucarachas gigantes en el cuarto de baño

Bel hôtel, magasin d alimentation très proche, bonne nourriture au restaurant. Piscine petite et où l on n a pas pied. Hôtel assez loin des plages à pied mais si on a une voiture, s éloigner pour trouver de magnifiques plages ( beaucoup de monde).

Boas instalações, pessoal simpático. Correspondente as 4 estrelas..

Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Petit bémol : la pression de l’eau et la propreté des chambres qui est limite. Les buffets du petit déjeuner, midi et soir sont variés et très bons. Le personnel est agréable et aimable. La piscine est grande et entretenue, petit bassin pour enfant pas toujours très propre et kids club. Séjour très agréable !

the hotel is nice and comfortable, close to every thing a tourist needs, the food the shows and the staff are all excellent.

The hotel was ideally situated between the old town and the new. Only about 10 mins either way. Also far enough away from busy bars to not be affected by the noise. Convenient huge supermarket just 2 mins up the road.

Auto mieten Pflicht. Praia de Marinha, Lissabon Hauptstadt und und besichtigen alles bequem mit dem Mietwagen. Aber am wärmsten war es an unserem Aufenthalt (AlBUFEIRA)

central hotel, 20 mins to old town or new town, 20-30 mins to beach. 5 mins to supermarket and shopping centre. 5 mins uphill to taxi and 10 mins to road train.indoor pool was nice, outdoor pool too cold for winter. good size rooms, everything you need for self catering. Didnt eat at hotel and other guests advised food wasnt great.cleaned everyday, very lovely staff.our door lock broke and was fixed within an hour.

Was a very poor standard for a 4 star hotel food was appalling and entertainment was poor lots of stag parties all at once with two young children by my side this wasnt a family oriented hotel wouldnt be going bk anytime soon

Wifi was really slow,,only bar at nite was inside(no terrace to sit out on)pool area was quite cramped an pool bar closed at 5.30/6pm,,v clean,,friendly staff,shopping centre ryt infront of building was great for bits an bobs 10 min walk to old town an bou 15 min in other direction to new town,enjoyed the stay an would tink of staying again but there is another few hotels we checked out jus round the corner with bigger pool area and nite terrace to sit an enjoy drinks

Lovely clean hotel,rooms cleaned daily.staff were lovely and frendly,had to get taxi to strip or old town for night meals...

A nice place for the right price. A little further than I would have likes from the shops and beach. Wifi only available in the lobby. Which I knew from other reviews, and thought it didnt matter. After all we are on vacation right? But when its rainy , cool and your kid is feeling under the weather it would have been nice to stay in our room to use the internet. But really thats the only negative.
