Endroits magnifique, au calme, en pleine quiétude. Établissement méritant ces 4 étoiles à tout point de vue, hôtel, ou, restauration ! Cadre idyllique, chambre parfaite, et parcours de golf de plusieurs 18 trous, chacun à variante. Vaste domaine de plusieurs kilomètres entre l'entrée (gardée) et l'hôtel, parking privatif à chacune des chambres. Moment de parfait plaisir partagé en osmose avec ma compagne .

Wat een geweldige plek. Mooie baan , geweldige kamers en het eten was ook zeer fraai. Bediening / personeel keurig en beleefd. Enige minpunt de onderhoud aan de paden op de beide banen was rampzalig.

Grande campo de golfe, faz lembrar a Quinta do Lago; é tudo XL: faiways, greens, tees e lagos! Campo bastante comprido, é aconselhável o uso de buggy.

Prachtige golfbaan, mooie brede fairways, goede greens, vriendelijk personeel. Maar minpunt, zoals op de meeste banen, nooit met zijn tweeen spelen, altijd aangevuld tot vierbal en daar heb ik niet altijd zin in. Jammer.

Très beau golf, peu de chances de perdre des balles .

Golfplatz ist ok, wird aber teilweise gerade vorbereitet für Portugal Open mit Arbeiten an Grünrändern. Die Marshalls sind manchmal etwas nervig und wenig freundlich. Bauruinen sind etwas störend von der Optik an manchen Stellen.

Die ersten 9 Loch sind etwas langweilig und gut zu spielen. Ab dem 10. wird es dann anspruchsvoller, weil es in die Hügel geht. Ich spiele dort gern. Genauso wie gegenüber auf Alamos. Buggy kostet hier sogar 45€! Im Bistro gibt es leckere Kleinigkeiten.

Dissapointed with the course ranger being so rude. Yes, i understand we cant drive on the fairway. This should have been explained when we were booking the carts as some of the pathways that we had to keep on were really far away from the ball. The ranger was agressive and told us he would take the keys and make us walk. Then he kept following us around. Even when we went back to play Alamos the next day he had informed the ranger there that we "didnt respect the course". I understand on 2 occasions we broke the rules by driving on the fairway, but one of them was on the first hole and my friend handnt clearly understood the instruction. But guess what, the same ranger from day one ended up following us around on day 2 as well. Very dissapointed. Wont be back. In fairness, course was in great condition and the staff and food in the clubhouse were lovely.

Course was in a good condition all though you did have to look for wayward balls just of the fairway which buried in the semi rough . Saying that we only took 4 hours to get round which was the only time we managed that .

Nice golf course. An easy layout for a range of players if your taking higher handicappers. The lower handicaps may find easy. Course is heavily used when we went.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Great views of the golf course from your room. Great food at dinner time. My only critique is the fact that there is no bars at the swimming pools, it they put that in place it would be spot on.

Espaço acolhedor, super sossegado, 20 minutos de carro para a praia. Estar no Algarve com sossego e no meio da natureza a poucos minutos da praia é fantástico. O pequeno almoço é excelente. Serviço do buffet muito bom. Funcionários simpáticos.

Espaço muito agradável, natureza envolvente mas... buffet escasso! Pouca escolha, carnes duras, poucos sabores. Uma pena porque o "todo" merecia mais ! Também seria mais agradável que, num local com tão boa apresentação e um bom nível de elegância, fosse feita uma maior selecção e que não fosse permitido entrar de calções e chinelos de enfiar no dedo, na sala de jantar.

Posto molto tranquillo. Sommerso nella tranquillità con delle pecche. La strada interna per raggiungere la struttura è infinita r per la strada ci sono edifici abbandonati che rovinano il panorama. Le stanze sono molto spaziose. Il ristorante non è dei migliori, la location è bella ma il cibo è scadente e con una selezione molto contenuta. In questa location mi sarei aspettato molto ma molto di meglio.

Very nice place, we really enjoyed our time there! The villas are fantastic and with two golf courses to choose from, not much could go wrong. We stayed in July which meant some discount on the green fee as well. I can really recommend it!

Played on Alamos course for the first time in at least 8 years. Great clubhouse, great staff and decent challenge of golf. Need to go back and try the Morgado course⛳

Habe Montag Morgados gespielt, sehr schnelle Grüns und absolut fairer Platz, heute Alamos, auch schnelle Grüns, man hat aber leider das Gefühl, es mussten unbedingt 18 Löcher sein, kurz , schmal, vor allem die Löcher 10 bis 17 reihen sich einfach nur aneinander!

Not too long a course, and if you book in advance online you can get a Great, brekkie, clubs and round deal!

Golf qui peut paraître repoussoir. Toutefois, les Greens sont grands plus de 1000 m2, les fairways larges. On ne perd pas pas de balles. Peut se faire en chariot manuel. Agréable à jouer même en hiver.

Nice course, good layout, challenging but not too penal either, in the middle of no where though, the entrance driveway looks like you're entering Chernobyl with all of the unoccupied apartments

Morgado ist der etwas schönere Platz von beiden. Beide Plätze sind gut gepflegt, nur beim Loch 19 war es nicht so sauber.

Der Platz ist ok. Grüns sind überdurchschnittlich. Außerhalb der Fairways bedarf es jedoch ein wenig mehr Pflege. Teilweise Schlaglöcher in denen man sich gut mal einen Bänderriss zuziehen kann. Caddymaster , Marshall bzw. Sind sehr arrogant und teilweise unfreundlich. Man wird zum schnellen Spielen geradezu genötigt. Als hätte man nichts fürs spielen bezahlt. Das war in Portugal x anders. So gewinnt man keine Wiederholungsspieler. Ich werde jedenfalls nicht mehr hier spielen!

Fin och välskött bana. Lång, men rolig att spela. Inte helt lätt för kvinnor att spela. Banorna här måste vara slopade för män.

Great course, greens a bit hairy even though we went off after 6 holes due to torrential rain. Couldnt believe when i was eating my dinner in clubhouse 3 lunatics coming in after 18 soaked. Must of been from Ireland lol

Fantastic parkland golf course near Portimão - does get a little burnt and brown in places. Very easy lose your ball in the rough even though it's not long

Absolutely stunning course, a fair challenge for all levels of ability. Unfortunately we found the staff to be quite rude, and there were no buggies available by 10am which was a shame. I would definitely recommend this course

Played few holes this afternoon, week following Challenge Tour Portugese Open hosted at Morgado. Course is in great shape, tees, rough, greens are all superb. Definately worth a visit. Clubhouse facilities and friendly staff will make your visit memorable. Keep it on the short grass!

Apenas estive no local a acompanhar o Open de Portugal, mas pareceu um campo bastante divertido e desafiante. Um local a visitar entretanto para jogar umas partidas.

Kundenservice kennt man hier definitiv nicht. Freundlichkeit kommt ebenso bei keinem Mitarbeiter im Vokabular vor. Die Roughs waren so dicht und hoch, dass man jeden Ball den man nicht aufs Fairway brachte vergessen konnte. Anscheinend weil 2 Tage zuvor ein Pro-Turnier gespielt wurde. Erst gegen Mittag wurde nach und nach gemäht. Auf die Bedingungen angesprochen, wurde einem das Wort im Mund umgedreht und pampig geantwortet. Für knapp 500€ für ein 4er Flight kann man einen besser gepflegten Platz und vor allem ein gewisses Maß an Freundlichkeit erwarten. Wir werden hier auf jeden Fall nicht mehr spielen.

Superbe hôtel !!!! Notre chambre était juste magnifique et très fonctionnelle, propre, bonne literie ... décorée avec goût ... la vue sur le golf très agréable, l’endroit calme. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est plus que complet, vous avez de tout et surtout c’est très bon. Le seul point négatif la piscine, la forme et couleur pas terrible mais ça n’enlève en rien le charme de cette hôtel

Today a few of us played the Morgado course ,the weather was very hot and after nine holes we were met by a course marshal with cold towels ,how great to have them give thought to players,well done.The course itself was in excellent condition and was enjoyed by all. We intend to play Alamos some time later on.

Un golf somptueux légèrement vallonné et bien entretenu! Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. On y trouve la paix, la tranquillité et le repos.

Dois percursos destintos e bem diferentes

Wir waren im Oktober 2017 dort. Das Angebot war günstig und wir waren auch nicht zum Golfen dort, sondern haben ein Hotel ohne Strandtrubel in der Nähe von Portimão gesucht und hiermit auch gefunden! Die Zimmer sind schön, allerdings auch mit einigen "Gebrauchsspuren" versehen. Der Blick ist toll - ob nun mit oder ohne Ruinen. Es ist ein wirklich sehr großes Areal, von der Eingangsschranke, vorbei an einigen der Ruinen, dauerte es locker 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bis man bei den Gebäuden des Resorts angekommen ist. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmereingang war perfekt. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir den Pool auch direkt in der Nähe hatten und da die restlichen Gäste nach dem Frühstück direkt zum Golfen gestartet sind, hatten wir den Pool oft ganz für uns. Das Frühstück war sicher auch etwas an die Gästegruppen angepasst, die zu diesem Zeitpunkt vorrangig aus England kamen. Es gab also ausreichend Speck, Rührei, Porridge und Baked Beans. Aber auch verschiedenes Brot, Aufstriche und Aufschnitte. Viel Obst und Gemüse und sogar eine Auswahl verschiedener Cerealien. Auch typisches portugiesisches Gebäck wurde angeboten. Der Service war immer sehr freundlich und das späte Einckecken und frühe Auschecken verliefen problemlos. Mit einer der schönsten Moment oder fast schon eine saisonale Gegebenheit, war die Tatsache, dass unzählige Störche ihren Halt dort gemacht haben, genau in der Zeit in der auch wir dort waren. Die Störche waren Tagsüber wohl unterwegs, Nachts kamen sie aber zum Resort zurück und haben sich auf den Straßenlampen positioniert um dort zu schlafen. Auf dem gesamte Weg von Schranke bis hin zum Resort war auf jeder Straßenlaterne ein Storch zu finden - und das sind wirklich viele. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unseres Angebotes hat gestimmt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Morgado und das Clubhaus wären auch mit 2 Sternen gut bedient. Die Hotelruinen rund um die ersten Löcher sind einfach störend. Bälle lassen sich für den Fall, dass man das Fairway nicht trifft, nicht finden. Die Einrichtung des Clubhauses erreicht nicht das Niveau einer Jugendherberge .Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Der zweite Golfplatz Alamos ist sehr schön. Deswegen 3 Sterne insgesamt.

Trevlig layout och i bra skick

Anläggningen har två 18 hålsbanor. Morgado mindre kuperad och bredare, vilket gör den mer förlåtande än Alamos. Alamos är mer utmanande och skall spelas några gånger för att uppskattas helt. Bra skötsel och bra klubbhusservice.

Ausgesprochen guter Golf Kurs Gepflegt, greens sehr gepflegt Derzeit werden neue Bäume und Büsche gepflanzt, für die Zukunft Haben Ende Februar 2018 gespielt Das Hotel, könnte etwas Pflege vertragen, wir haben aber gesehen, das derzeit die Betten getauscht werden. Somit wahrscheinlich alles gut Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend Wir sind glücklich

This is my favourite club in the area and is the first I book when on holiday. Well maintained fairways and greens. It is now the host to the Portuguese Open which says how good/difficult the course can be. A great touch today was they brought cold flannels round to all the players on the course. Will definitely come again.

Brilliant sun golf. Wide fairways, water not really in play so not too hard shoulder long as you stay out of the deep, deep bunkers

Mostly the staff were very rude so an unpleasant experience. Getting ice for the buggies, over priced bar, getting deposit back for the buggies and being rude to my partner when she wanted to use the pool were just a few. Better courses in the area.

Great resort. The club house, bars and rooms are very well looked after, and the courses are very nice. Everything, as expected, was a little pricy however.

Close to perfect. We love the hotel and the location. Very friendly staff which are very helpfull. Lovely spaceous rooms with high quality beds. The golf courses are well maintained and great to play. The only things I would like improvement on is the (low volume) buzzing sounds at night (due to poor isolation of the pool water handling system?). The second remark is that the buffet is very good, but the food could be hotter when served, especially the meat dishes. As the title says, close to perfect for me. There is some maintenance due for the room, but it is in fine shape.
