Nice villas. Only about 8 in total built around nice gardens and shared pool. Only a few neighbours when we were there so quite and relaxing. Nearby to albufeira centre and beaches. Both about 10 mins walk. Only complaint would be the place was cold as the air con didnt warm the place up. Having said that it was in march.

Um bom lugar para descansar. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Porém é afastado, não havendo nenhum comércio perto. Nos dias em que fiquei hospedado, o minimercado que funciona na vila estava encerrado. Não há acessibilidade para deficientes físicos.

•Decent internet with 60mbps down, 20 up. •Apartments are clean and kept very tidy with daily room cleaning. •Small property, but plenty of landscaping adds the perfect amount of privacy from your neighbors. •The pool is shallow and unheated, but it's perfect for cooling down. •The patio furniture is comfortable. •The bathrooms are nothing fancy, but the showers have good water pressure. •A small kitchenette, but it has everything you need to make some great meals on your nights in. •Overall a perfect place to call home for an extended stay if you don't need to be waited on every minute of the day. I would book here again if I visit Portugal in the future. You will be right on the Western edge of town so you won't have any tourist foot traffic or noise at night, but it only a 10 minute walk into town where you can grab groceries, and anything else you want. If you want to walk, there is a beach very close by. If you walk down the long back road that exits through the rear of the property, then turn right on the main road, the beach is just up the road on your left. Maybe 25 minutes total. You can get lunch and drinks at any of the beaches. There is a Vespa rental about 15 minutes walking distance and the Hertz is only a 10 minute walk if you need a car (both open at 8am). Intermarche is the nicer grocery store of the bunch and it helps that it's the closest. The others don't really have much to offer. Could not contact the local taxi company reliably so we just used Uber to get around most of the time. They were cheaper and more readily available (late night taxi line downtown could easily be over an hour wait while Uber is there in under 10 mins).

Total luxury off the beaten path of Albufeira. Private villa in a great location. Everything is close but I recommend getting a car or scooter. Driving here is a breeze and fairly cheap. Beach and grocery are walkable but if you're staying for a bit get a vehicle. Contact the owner for any questions or suggestions he is so great. Loved our long extended stay!

Lovely apartments and gardens set in a peaceful area of albufeira. Would have liked more local information in apartment. There must have been refurbishment work going on because the noise of trucks bouncing over speed bumps just yards away was unbearable at times. Not for the until as the shops & restaurants are around a 20 minutes walk, car hire recommended. The apartments & grounds set to high standards & apart from the noise of local traffic, perfect.

Wonderfull quinta with appartments that are quite luxurious and have just about anything you might need for a stay of a few days or longer. They all face the beautiful swimmingpool. There's a (very) small supermarket within walking distance in the park. A very large Continente market is in downtown Albufeira. The nearest beach is walkable but we prefer to go by car. You're not bothered by any party people of the town. The appartments are cleaned daily if you wish.
