Amazing find in Lisbon. We booked a table for 11.30am and received a warm welcome. We went all out and ordered iced coffees, pancakes with bacon& maple syrup, a delicious acai bowl and avocado on toast. Everything was incredible, but the most memorable part was Andre the waiter! The most friendly brazilian you will meet this side of Saõ Paulo!

Great service and amazing food.
We’ve ordered the beet toast (poached eggs, toast, beetroot, avocado) as part of the set brunch — such a good taste, great to try if you are bored of usual Benedict or cliche salmon/egg combination.
Set brunch menu costs €15 and includes your selected toast, yoghurt granola, pancakes, and fresh orange juice or hot drink, absolutely worth it, great value/price ratio.

Tardaron más de media hora en atendernos. Ni siquiera nos traían la bebida hasta que la pedimos pasados los 30 minutos. Por ser 7, nos dejaban para el final e iban sacando la comida de gente que llegaba más tarde. Aún por encima, super desagradables y sin intención de dar un buen servicio. Pésima atención, no lo recomiendo

Nice western breakfast at the basement level (-1) of the mall. Opens at 9am, free wifi available. Service is slow and your food will take some time to arrive.

Nice atmosphere, service not bad.
The food is not very fresh and not well excuted.
The poached eggs were overcooked and tasted like vinegar, the avocado smash was brown and strawberries a bit too ripe.
Can be a good place with a bit more attention to details by the cooks.

Arrived at 8:45 for the advertised 8:30 opening. It was closed so sat in an empty outdoor seat. The server came out to place cushions on the 20+ seats. She told us that they changes the opening to 9am and that we could not wait in the seats as we were in the way of her cushion placing.

Dieses Restaurant findet man im Untergeschoss des Einkaufszentrums etwas versteckt. Es ist süß und gemütlich eingerichtet und der Kellner war sehr freundlich! Das Essen hat fantastisch geschmeckt und die Preise waren angemessen. Klare Empfehlung

Avoid. We had a bad experience. My wife didnt received the meal (Benedict eggs- nothing complicated). No apologies and no initiative to solve the problem. It took them more then 30 min to bring the rest of the order

Friendly staff. Lovely and clean and well priced. It is downstairs in a contemporary shopping centre which seems a bit odd but once you are in there you forget where you are. Definitely worth a visit

Excellent service with lots of food and drink options. Good food but didn't blow me away.
1) The sweet pancakes with fruit, granola, and maple syrup - could have had a little more syrup. The pancake is one thick pancake and was split between two people. Good to try but probably wouldn't buy it again. (8/10)
2) Eggs Benedict - very filling! The hollandaise tasted interesting and the toast was a little too burnt. But the bacon was cooked to perfection. Would recommend. (7/10)
3) Toast Bruschetta - delicious gooey cheese, excellent prosciutto, and toast was just right. Would definitely recommend. (10/10).
The eggs benedict and toast bruschetta both had a small side, fresh arugula salad.
There is WiFi here and the bathroom is just outside which is clean.

Visitei o Kafeine Coffee & Brunch recentemente e foi uma agradável surpresa! O espaço encontra-se localizado no Tivoli Forum na Avenida mais badalada da nossa Lisboa e é um daqueles espaços catitas. Uma autêntica pérola escondida, com uma decoração de muito bom gosto.
Experimentámos o menu brunch Kafeine, que é servido diariamente até às 17h e é composto por: 1 "torrada", fruta e iogurte com granola, uma "Pan-Cake" e um sumo ou bebida quente. Escolhemos uma torrada "Grav Lox" com salmão fumado, abacate, ovo, molho holandês, que vem acompanhada de salada e uma "English On Toast" que vem com bacon, salsicha, tomate, cogumelos e ovo. Estavam deliciosas! Escolhemos uma "pan-cake" com chocolate e outra com maple syrup, já que as salgadas não estavam incluídas. Muito diferentes do habitual, enormes e a massa estava super fofa e saborosa! Quanto às bebidas, pedimos um sumo de laranja natural e um de amora e manjericão.
O brunch ao início pode parecer que tem pouca comida, mas ficámos mesmo muito satisfeitos já que as porções são muito generosas e saborosas.Sem dúvida uma excelente recomendação para apaixonados por brunches e por espaços catitas, como eu!

My partner and I went on a Saturday. Others were two waitresses and the place want that full but the majority of the staff are excruciatingly slow and the blonde girl behind the bar was unpleasant to customers and the other staff members! We ordered the brunch menu each, the food was quite good (mainly the toasts) but the pancakes were more like a thick cookie than a an actually fluffy pancake. However, presentation and taste of the food was good. The kitchen is way faster than the bar. We were on our third course (granola yoghurt, toast then pancake) when we FINALLY received our cuppacinos! The Brazilian waitresses was nice and sweet and professional but the poor girl was clearly over worked as the other waitress looked completely clueless as to what her job function is. The English guy from the kitchen had to come and help the waitresses and was actually the best employees from our experience because he actually managed to get things done and was professional about everything including the delays! The Brazilian girl and the English guy should honestly be given more credit at this place. Highly doubt we are to return, the place has so much potential but it seems the majority of the staff could benefit from customer service/customer experience training.

Wie soll man hier weniger als fünf Sterne geben!? Angefangen beim wirklich hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Servive über sehr guten Kaffee bis hin zu einem Top Frühstück zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Hier passt eigentlich alles. Einzig die etwas versteckte Lage im Untergeschoss in der Ecke ist etwas schade.

Hmm... The place is not bad but compared to other brunch places (looking at you Zenith!), it’s not very good either.
The food was OK, the toppings were pretty good, the toast bread was supermarket-ish. The coffee was really bad.
Location is not great either. You need to go to -1 floor and the place is hidden behind the escalator going down.

Nice place, good food, smiling waiters and waitresses. Toasts are original and coffee is very good as well. I totally recommend it for a brunch on a Sunday morning! No need to book but be aware the place is hard to find. You have to enter a shopping mall on the Avenida de libertidade and go to floor -1.

Everything was amazing. We got the Brunch Special. The eggs were delicious. The pancake was not too gummy even though it was thick. The staff were attentive and translated the menu for us. The music was awesome also. It is located downstairs at the end of the food court. Best brunch in Lisbon!

This place is amazing. Hard to find, but so worthwhile. It’s hidden in a food court of a small shopping center (floor -1). Best bet is to ask for directions when you arrive. The breakfast is amazing. I don’t know what it is. Probably good old home cooking, prepared with love. Anyway, best breakfast in a long time!

Great Place for brunch! Good quality. Location could be better, because of -1 floor and almost no daylight. But lovely interior and superb service.

The brunch was delicious! The coffee was perfectly roasted. This hidden little gem is located inside the shopping centre Tivoli Forun -1 floor) You would never know it existed unless you are really looking for it.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for good Brunch menu.

Went there for a brunch because were encouraged by the reviews on Google Maps. We were definitely not disappointed! You need to look for a minute at the level -1 of the shopping center but this place is amazing - I wanted to try many other things on the menu!!
We had the gravlax salmon eggs benedict and they were more than exquisite (and super filling). The Americano coffee was beyond delicious and had so much flavour!! As a plus, the manager was lovely so would definitely recommend!!!!!

Kaffeine has a rustic, yet post-modern atmosphere. The dark and classy interior with the low, yellow street-lamp lighting gives the shop a welcoming and homely feel, with an essence of cool. The large glass windows at the front of the shop gives the place a very open feel yet leaves a touch of homely elegance.
The food it’s self is a masterpiece to the pallet. For an excellent priced menu, I was blown away by the diversity of the plate and the portion size. It was beautiful presented all within a timely manner. The food was so great (better than what you would expect in a top place in London), that it had me coming back every morning for my 3 day trip. It was the best food I had on my trip - and I ate out for breakfast lunch and dinner every day.
They have a variety of plant-based milks, and I could drink coffee until the cows come home. I appreciate it when somebody who is making coffee knows exactly what they are doing. The coffee in this place is nothing short of a coffee connoisseurs dream. The barista who made my coffee for my visits must have a wealth of experience and love for coffee also (they always blend the best), as the oat milk was steamed absolutely perfectly. The ideal consistency at the best drinking temperature. The milk was never burned and left a light, and airy layer on the top. The beans themselves were beautiful - I’m not sure which roast they have, but it was delicious. Even if you don’t have any food here - get the coffee!
The service itself was ideal. All the staff in there are very friendly, smiley and it’s obvious they enjoy their job very much, with a good working environment. When I first went in to the shop I asked for a dish without the chicken component. The waiter took my order and placed it with the head chef, who then came out and had a conversation with me and discovered that I am in fact vegan, and he was able to provide me with some incredible plant-based dishes. This level of service I have received really meant a lot to me it and the attentiveness is something I will never forget.

I already loved the place before getting there. I had a good feeling after reading the reviews and I can wholeheartedly tell that all the 5 star are true! Friendly staff, attentive service: check! Hidden gem, not crowded: check! (I know it’s bad for business but I’m sure it’ll get there!). Delicious food: check! Blackberry and basil juice wonderfully refreshing, grav lox melting in the mouth (big portion!) My Sunday brunch couldn’t have been better! Coming back definitely! Thank you so much!

This hidden little place serves the best coffee in Lisbon! They roast their own beans sourced from Brazil. Both the toast with avocado and egg, and the açai bowl are made with quality ingredients and are full of flavour!

Good service but the food was inedible. Eggs were undercooked and obviously kept warm in an oven rather than serving straight away. Still made me pay full price for an awful meal. Do not eat here.

A hidden gem! Located on the -1 floor in the tivoli forum, the brunch is delicious and well served, with fresh fruits, pancakes, avocado toast, great coffee.. staff is super nice and helpful, the place is not invaded with people so it's a great find for an easy and healthy breakfast away from the masses! Very good and affordable brunch. The toast was yummy (tried the grav lox) and the chocolate pancakes were delicious, one of the best I’ve had in Lisbon. The staff is super friendly which makes the experience even more pleasant!

To make the perfect eggs benedict requires careful preparation. Kafeine has hit the nail on the head with two perfectly poached eggs topped with thin slices of bacon on hot-buttered toasted bread. Add a side of arugula and a fresh orange juice and you have all the ingredients of a perfect brunch!

Wow! What a blast. This brunch is the king of details. Dehidrated banana slices on top of the cake, lime sparkles to enhance the coffee flavours, trims of mint on top of the pancake to make it fresher, ginger and chilly flakes to boost the Poke, homemade crunchy granola at the smoothest yougurt, and it goes on and on. Hats off. Will be back for sure. Join me.

No Fórum Tivoli da avenida da Liberdade, logo uma boa localização. Bom ambiente, o pessoal é uma simpatia e atento ao cliente. A comida é excelente, tudo feito no momento, muito saborosa e com uma apresentação digna de um restaurante gourmet. O preço é razoável para a qualidade dos pratos servidos. Depois tem um café que é uma autêntica experiência! Vale a pena nem que seja só para provar o café!

Para mim é o melhor brunch de Lisboa com as panquecas mais saborosas que provei.
A única crítica que faço é que, pela segunda vez, venho às 16h e já não servem nada apesar de só fecharem às 17h. Não compreendo... Dizem que a cozinha fecha as 16h mas a verdade é que a partir dessa hora já estão as mesas todas arrumadas e os empregados já andam a limpar. Deviam colocar online a hora de encerramento real

This is a very trendy place so had to wait around 15-20 minutes to get a table for two. Had delicious eggs Benedict and a matcha. The first matcha they brought was very bitter so told the waiter and they made a second one immediately. Great service! Good playlist but quite noisy though so not suitable if you’re looking for a quiet place

My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday brunch and it was DELICIOUS! I loved the ambiance and the food was amazing. I got a salad and their al pastor tacos and we split pancakes. All delicious. The coffee was great too!

Seeing the reviews on Google made me want to try this place over Zenith, and what a dissapointment. It was not full of people but staff took way too long to serve us. The cappuccino was too strong which made the drinking experience terrible, the toast was way too hard, the eggs and sauce badly done. Thank god you can't screw up bacon. Pancakes were fine, but by the time you arrive to the pancakes you have complained with your friends all the time about the food and just want to pay and leave. When you pay you end up crying a bit as well. Not a fan.

Un brunch à prix correct (15€) mais dont la qualité laisse à désirer...
Le matcha thé était très mal fait, on pouvait sentir la poudre à chaque gorgée, les tartines pas très bonnes avec un pain dure à couper, et le service pas du tout à l’écoute, on a seulement reçu les couverts et le sucre après l’avoir demandé par exemple, on a également du demander pour recevoir le prochain plat. Je n’y retournerai pas et je vous le conseille pas, il y a tellement mieux pour le même prix!!! L’endroit ne vaut même pas le coup puisque c’est dans le sous-sol d’un centre commercial.

My Favourite were the pancakes with bacon and eggs - the granola was good, but could have had a bit more granola for my taste.
Torradas with avocado were lovely - but could have been a bit more, since we shared it for 2 people. But the taste was great !
In general it is very much recommended for a nice breakfast in lisbon !

Place looks nice, had the acaï power bowl and Jasmin tea which were okay. Not really sure which direction they’re going for. They offer everything from pad thai to cous cous, specialty coffee, salads and taco’s. A bit confusing and giving the impression they want to jump on every trend. Overall not bad but neither special.

Very average at best. Food is bland and boring, someone needs to teach them how to make coffee too. Service was alright though.
Won't be going back anytime soon.

Food really not that great - odd twists on classics such as eggs benedict with tomato slices, and pancakes were drenched in syrup.

Kafeine is a full fledged modern coffee shop / Brunch Restaurant. Obviously they do something right because we in short time became regular customers here. Food and drinks all of high quality and tasty. The setting is together with other restaurants in an Atrium type of building. You feel half outside / half inside but it works.

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Leider mussten wir ziemlich auf unser Essen warten und das Restaurant ist im unteren Stock eines Einkaufszentrums, weshalb die Umgebung nicht sehr schön ist. Der Kaffee war top!

Forse un po' difficile da scovare (si trova al -1 di una galleria di negozi aperta). Provato il cappuccino, indicato sul menù come flat white, yogurt e toast. Tutto molto buono e prezzi nella media dei posti un po' ricercati, ad esempio un cappuccino costa 2,50€

Nice hidden cafe with very friendly staff. I had the Thai Rice & Blackberry juice with basil, they were all very delicious. I asked to replace the pork with extra prawns and they were very generous with the prawns! I'm glad I made the decision to go down and find this place when I saw the sign on the street .

Un peu cher et attente non négligeable, mais le Kafeine Coffee en vaut le détour croyez-moi!

Loved this place.. it is on the lower level of Tivoli Forum.. we tried the Avo smash .. really good.. it’s with feta cheese and poached egg soo yummy ... and we tried the pan cakes which were also amazing. they have great filtered coffee ☕️.. didn’t find that in many places in Lisbon highly recommended

Don't bother, such bad service and coffee isn't great. Ask for 2 lattes to go and was given 2 cups with no lids stating that the lids were plastic and are not environmentally friendly, fair enough. What about getting recyclable lids? Or selling reusable cups? Other time I visited the barista literally argued with me that a latte and a cappuccino were the same but a cappuccino just had more coffee!!! Seriously!?

Good spot for brunch!
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was good, and they do have quite a few options.
And, very importantly, the coffee is yummy as well .
If you're coming from the street level, keep in mind you need to go to the lower level - the cafe is not otherwise visible!

Rather average experience. Been there for Breakfast. The choices are nice and something different vs the common Toast in Portugal. However, the food is just average. Do I regret it: No. Would I go again or recommend: No
