I came with friends that were visiting all went great. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I ordered a flat white my friend ordered a cappuccino, they were really good but not difference between them.
My eggs Benedict were tasty but noticed that the restaurant choose to replace the avocado on all the dishes by an avocado paste which is strange, makes the bread soggy and kills the plate, this happened on both eggs Benedict and the scramble eggs where we asked for an extra of avocado.
The presentation of the plates lacks consistency.
Food in general is good but inconsistent.
Service is good but the environment is quite loud.
My rating refers to the expectation created vs the reality, announcing avocado and replacing it with an avocado paste is disappointing.

A bit of a touristy place. The menu is nice but the pancakes were literally cakes.
Both dishes weren’t really warm.
Service is fast but didn’t get a very warm feeling.

I was a bit skeptical because all travel blogs say you should go there (so I was basically expecting a tourist trap).
But this place is awesome!! The food is delicious- go for the pancakes
And the stuff is very attentive and always in a good mood.
We came around 10:15am and was lucky to get the table almost immediately, around 11am there was already a big queue. If you go in a group then be prepared you have to wait, but it’s worth it!

The setup of the place was really nice...the staff was friendly and helpful. Music was ok just wish i could add a few songs to the mix. The meals look the same in the pictures online. My favorite were the pancakes and drinks. Definitely my place to go during the summer afternoons

The food is ok. If you want to eat healthy you’ll notice most items in the menu have a lot of sugary options.
The service isn’t great and the food is a bit better than mediocre, which make the prices a bit too high

Top-Empfehlung für Frühstück in Lissabon!!!wir haben das Ambiente geliebt, und das Essen ist einfach kir unglaublich.Die Kellner waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,alles Bestens. Die Preise sind der Qualität des Essens angepasst und passen voll. Mein Tipp:Unbedingt den Peanut Butter Pancake probieren:)

Located in a Great área of Lisboa, very close to Restauradores Square, behind Hard Rock Café. The restaurant is open daily and serve very good options of brunch, great chai and a Great café moccha. They serve also amazing options of juices. But The service wasnt good, me and my friends felt that we were bothering her. Besides that everything was good and i Will be back

Endroit moderne et accueillant mais un peu bruyant. Serveurs très rapides et efficaces. La préparation des boissons et de certains desserts est visible de la salle. Les plats sont joliment présentés et faits minute. La carte présente un large choix de bagels, bowls, toasts, pancakes, etc. Les plats oscillent entre 5 et 10€.
Dommage que les desserts soient si sucrés.

I just left this place. It’s funny to name something avocado toast because there’s literally 1 mm avocado on top. The bread was old. Not tasty at all, and my worst shocks for birthday breakfast. The place might work only if you like sweets or American style breakfasts with pancakes.
1 start for place design, and 1 place for polite waiters.

When my husband and I walk into a restaurant we bring along several persnickety diet restrictions. Thusly our initial interaction with a server can feel more like an interrogation than a simple recitation of a food order. But thankfully not at Zenith.
Our server immediately understood what we needed and even made terrific suggestions and substituted items. Lots of GF & veggie options.
Very friendly service.
Yes great vibe, food, location....all those things previous reviewers mentioned. But understanding and patience, in my case, made all the difference.
Get zenith salad, shakshuka, Golden latte, espresso, & Porto zenith cocktail.
Mimosa was ok & my “poached “ egg was hard boiled. I’ll return anytime- you understand why they are constantly packed!

Une belle adresse au décor design alliant nature et modernité (branché mais dans l'esprit d'une alimentation saine), au service rapide et agréable (pas de réservation possible donc le temps d'attente dépend de la fréquentation du jour et du moment), à la carte variée et alléchante donnant lieu à une dégustation raffinée et délicate.
On a adoré et on recommande vivement pour un brunch au rapport qualité/prix très appréciable.

Local muito engraçado. Muito trendy, divertido e com boa música e muito instagramabble (tirando a luz, que era péssima, muito escuro em alguns locais). Optei por uma opção salgada (eggs benedict com bacon) e estava delicioso! E de seguida optei por uma opção doce (oreo pancakes) que eram agradáveis, mas gordas demais para a quantidade de molho que tinham, tornando se muito secas. Também o molho que têm não combina nada bem (banana).

Oh dear. Disappointing. I visited zenith in Porto & loved it. Lisbon’s Zenith is decked out all trendy, busy & in my opinion service isn’t great.
I’m a big fan of brunch & coffee spots. I’ve reviewed a fair few & this sadly isn’t in my top 5 in Lisbon. And I’ve visited a fair share in Lisbon. Maybe because it’s busy, but it lacked any personal vibe. It’s just cool without being cool. I got seen to before the girl next to me who had been sat there before I arrived, so staff don’t seem to notice customers arrival or pay attention. My flat white turned up quick - but lacked any kind of presentation - something I’ve come to expect in trendy places who want people to review or post photos to Instagram! I ordered granola & yogurt - this arrived quickly too. Presented in a jar looking pretty. There was more granola than yoghurt. Tasted ok, nothing amazing. I’ve had better.
Overall, it’s one of those places you come to say you’ve been (feels exactly like The Breakfast Club in London)
There are better places. I wouldn’t come back in a hurry.

Update: we decided to come back for the second time, but the food hurt my gum as there was an an egg shelf in the dish approximately 0.1*0.2cm sized. The toast was replaced but the gum still hurts and the feeling of the blood in your mouth is not the aftertaste you want to get for the whole day :( and we were charged full price for this, no compensation.
Last time review:
I loved the food choice and the taste — great that there are places who serve brunches all day long.
Salmon toast with poached eggs is delicious.

Cappuccino was bitter and milk wasn't even done right. Eggs in shakshuka were quite hard, like if they were prepared a day before, wouldn't go there again

Nice atmosphere, great coffee, good breakfast options. Zenith pancakes were nice, but berry pancakes were way too sweet. The tapioca was too dry, and the avocado guacamole used in the chicken bowl had a strange aftertaste. Good potential, but the food can be improved.

Happy hour! 5-7 must try the mango cocktail. This place was a great spot for lunch and the acai bowls were top notch. There is attention to detail to the dishes and you can tell. The what they call smoothie bowls all looked delicious. The multi berry is a must try. I cant remember the name of the meal we tried but it was delicious I'll include a photo *dish on top of photo*. We also got oreo pancakes with were very delicious topped with ice cream. The place prices are fair compared to other places. Side tip
-Don't drive toll roads in Portugal...overly priced tolls.

Plats bons et copieux! J'ai testé salade et pancakes peanut butter ça fait trop si vous n'avez pas super faim. Le smoothie est une version yaourt Grecs + accompagnements (ne se boit pas) mais très sympa et léger.
Deux points négatifs :
- ne propose pas de boîte pour emporter les restes. Dommage.
- le serveur nous a dit qu'il nous trouverait une table pour deux et finalement nous sommes restés sur une "shared table"

Excellent brunch, service beyond friendly and especially family friendly. We got served so quickly and everything was delicious, freshly made and tasty. We tried egg benedicts, pancakes and a smoothy bowl, with coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Prices were also very good considered the quality of the food and service. Our toddler was cuddled by the staff and we had a little chair for him. No changing tables available that we could see.

Pancakes were really good! Service wasn't the best and at times felt a little forgotten about. Understandable they was really busy, expect a little wait on arrival bearing that in mind. Coffee wasn't the best, I asked for it with soya and it came clumpy. However overall definitely recommend as it's worth the wait and you can't fault the price! Would give 5 star if the staff was a little more attentive.

The BEST brunch in Lisbon! Always seated very quickly and lovely waiters; always treated very nicely. The food is great and well priced. Highly recommend going here for pancakes, eggs or their monthly specials; go early on the weekends to avoid queues!!

Hemos ido un lunes a las 9:30 y estaba empezando a llenarse. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un lugar donde van a desayunar muchos ingleses, así que se llena pronto. Abre a las 9 y un desayuno para dos nos ha costado 23€ con 2 cafés y dos platos. Sales lleno y es un lugar muy instagrameable, para el que le moleste hacer fotos a la comida y al local.

Expect a wait but worth it! Very extensive menu that was delicious, there is something for anything you fancy. Sad we came here on our last day as definitely would’ve loved to come back. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Honestly... The Best Brunch I Ever Had! Amazing flavors and combinations, different, but with a home feel to it, amazingly tasty, I've tried the yogurt, the Zenith eggs, a smoothie and a Capuccino.
I went in at 11h, but already there were 20 people in line... not so much of a problem as we sat about 15-20 minutes later, there is good number of tables and the food gets to you quite quickly, so, you know, people in and out...
Well the food... it is so good, I actually wanted to go back in the afternoon
Well, I managed to restrain myselt, but I'm thinking of going back there and try out the rest of the stuff!
Do go and do try...

So unfortunate.
This place is beautiful with delicious food. But the service was terrible. We were charged for extra food we didn’t order and even when we tried to flag down our “server” to tell him we were given extra, he basically waved us off and implied “too bad” and when we went to pay and explained the same situation to the cashier, she exclaimed “that’s how it goes here” not impressed and again, it’s a real shame.

The quality of the food really depends on what you order:
+ The Acai Bowl was outstanding and served really quickly
+ Juices were fresh and coffee was nice as well
+ Nice & hip atmosphere
- The "Eggs Zenith" was nicely arranged but quite poorly made. The eggs were cold and fried with dried onions, the Serrano was also cold and hard, the bread was cold as well and either dry or slobbery
- Crossaints with Peanut Butter Jam were quite dry
- Food was not served together. I finished my Bowl 15-20 minutes before my friend got his toast
Zenith really has to improve the quality and not only rely on the Instagramable look.

Das Zenith ist mit Abstand eines der besten Restaurants bei welchen ich je war. Sei es der Kaffee, oder der Orangensaft, die salzigen oder süssen Speisen.. es ist ein Traum. Wir waren mehrmals dort weil es so gut war. Tolle Auswahl, freundliches Personal, schnelle Zubereitung. Alles perfekt. Ein Muss!

Lisbon has gone hipster. Turneric lattes and advocados abound at Zenith alongside flip top jars of berries in Greek yogurt and granola.
When we arrived at 9 the place was packed, with people queing out of the door, but service was quick enough and the portions plentiful. Definitely worth a stop by if you don't fancy the traditional local fare

Ambiente bom, mas devido a estar sempre cheio tornar-se muito barulhento.
Têm de melhorar as ementas. O chá com leite e especiarias extremamente doce. O guacamole sobre a batata doce grelhada estava ácido, algo parecido com azedo. O Expresso muito bom, apesar de me ser servido antes da sobremesa, onde eu tinha pedido que fosse depois.

Went to this place because of tripadvisor, we got there before opening time and there were already people inside, it quickly was full after that so waiting for a table might be required. The food was ok, they make egg benedict breaded which I thought was odd(I try to avoid fried food as much as possible but didnt notice the breaded part in the description), they offered to switch the ham for mushrooms which was nice, but the mushrooms came submerged in oil, the hollandaise sauce wasnt very good either. The turmeric latte was a good option although it had more turmeric than coffee. The place is nice and fits a lot of people, service was ok too. They have a lot of food options so I think you can try to make a healthier choice because mine felt decadent without me intending to make it so

Personal sehr freundlich, Qualität vom Essen war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Kurze Wartezeit gehen 10 Uhr. Natürlich nicht der leiseste Ort und eher touristisch ausgelegt, aber das sieht man sofort und ist somit auch keine Abwertung wert.

Excelente espaço para um bom pequeno-almoço, brunch ou lanche. Só não dou pontuação máxima por nos obrigarem a esperar fora ao frio. Têm sempre uma lista de espera considerável e a espera ronda normalmente entre 30-40 minutos, dependendo do pico.A comida é muito boa, desde as panquecas, às tapiocas ou ovos no pão. Deixam um pouco a desejar no que toca à oferta de smoothies ou sumos naturais. Têm um serviço descontraído e bastante eficaz.

Great service, but the worst eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. The avocado was brown and tasted smoky ( which means it’s passed), the hollandaise sauce was not good.
Açaí bowls are very nice though.

Service is good and fast! This is quite rare for brunch places in Lisbon. Just that makes it a place I would recommend for brunch. The food was good but not enough for 5-stars. Pancakes were nice, not the best I had but good effort. Eggs were overdone. Coffee was good.

Pancakes in eggs+bacon version are sweet. In general pancakes have a lot of backing soda that you can feel in you mouth after. But coffee if good.

Clearly the American corner of the hood. Here you can get all kinds of eggs, homemade granola, huge pancakes, detox juices and avotoast, served pretty fast and with a smile. Like all popular places you have to expect a wait to get a table. There's a list, get on it and then wait outside for your name to get called. Or get there super early. Definitely a great option to get party people back on their feet!

Lovely brunch and good thing we arrived at 11 because at 12, the place had a huge line outside. From the pancakes to the eggs benedict was delicious. The juices are also amazing, especially the detox drink.
Great menu to try many things and the only remark is that the credit card machine is broken, so best to bring cash.

Brunch can be very hit-or-miss in Lisbon. It's generally either not good or okay and super expensive. Thankfully, that's where Zenith comes in.
This place does really great brunch and at super reasonable prices that people living in Lisbon can afford. Eggs Benedict cost just 7.50 and Pancakes were something like 3.50. Staff are super friendly and the place has a very nice relaxed vibe.
You may have to queue a little between 12-13h on a weekend but it's worth it to wait or else go a little later.

Depois de muito tempo, finalmente consegui conhecer o recomendado brunch do Zenith que sempre estava lotado. Depois da fase difícil da pandemia reabre ao público, seguindo o protocolo de prevenção. Atendimento foi rápido e experimentei ovos zenith ( ovos cozidos empanados) com tostas de abacate e molho holandês) e compota de iogurte natural com granola e frutas vermelhas. Recomendo o local e se possível leve dinheiro, pois não estavam aceitando Multibanco. Bem localizado a uma quadra da Av. Liberdade e fica na Freguesia de Santo Antonio

Ordered the francesinhas pancake, it came freezing cold in the middle but had ate part of it to get to that point. Asked for it to be reheated only to wait a later 20 minutes before deciding to opt for a refund. Around 24 hours later I funnily enough was subdued to food poisoning symptoms and have been for the past 4 days. All traces back to this. Very disappointed based on the good review on here, may have just been unlucky for us

Ordered and had a significant wait to no avail, when we asked where our drinks were we were asked to re order our drinks and food by the same waiter who had initially taken our order about 20 minutes before. Food arrived cold and poached eggs over cooked so had to return this, the second version was tasty. On paying the bill the wait staff was trying to charge us another tables bill and when trying to explain this was not our bill the waiter did not accept this and kept questioning us. There was atleast 9 members of staff on duty and at any given time atleast 4-5 behind the bar with a couple of them drinking coffees and checking their phones.
Food was tasty when it did eventually arrive and was rectified. The wait and disorganisation of the staff was a massive let down and will not return.

Very trendy place, nicely decorated with delicious food. You shouldn’t miss the eggs Zenith and the beautiful coffee drinks. The pancakes and the sweet potatoes “toast” were also very good. It is perhaps a bit too expensive for the type of food. Also, I didn’t feel like the service was up to the task; they weren’t very attentive and sometimes thinks took longer than it should.
Be aware that it gets crowded sometimes and they don’t accept reservations, so make sure you have time to wait in line.
Overall, it is a great place to go and have brunch with friends, enjoy the food, the atmosphere, if you’re not in a hurry. You’ll have a good time.

Didn't quite live up to the hype. Food was all a little cold and didn't seem like it had been prepared fresh. The service was good and the staff were very friendly. We sent back cold French toast and found some plastic in the eggs and both were dealt with quickly and we were offered alternatives. Probably wouldn't return.

We stopped by on the off chance there was space, as the day previous, the queue was out of the door. It's easy to see why, the food was out of this world. I opted for eggs Benedict with bacon and mushrooms. The food was excellent and it was very cheap, given the quantity and quality of the food.
The place has a great atmosphere. Had we been staying longer in Lisbon, we'd have come back in the evening for drinks. Well worth a visit.

One of the best finds we made in Lisbon! Huge choice of different meals ranging from sweet to savory, while everything tastes great and you would love to try all the dishes at once. It can be very busy in the morning, so be aware that chances are you won't immediately get a seat.

Nothing special, don't see what the big fuss is all about, it's bit overrated. Does not make sense to line up to enter this place. Very dry chicken. Visitei este espaço numa sexta feira ao almoço e estava bastante cheio.
Apesar disso, e como éramos apenas duas pessoas, fomos sentadas em 10 minutos.
O atendimento foi muito simpático, desde o chefe de sala, quem fez o serviço da nossa mesa e ainda quem estava no fim na caixa.
Pedimos o hamburguer vegan que era infelizmente apenas daquele mês e estava extraordinário.
No fim ficamos muito contentes quando nos disseram que o hambúrguer iria entrar na carta.
Iremos certamente voltar.

Everything was lovely about Zenith. After arriving around 14:00 on a Saturday, we waited around 10 minutes. Food was absolutely amazing, the staff was friendly, warm and helpful. Will be visiting soon, no questions asked!

Really good food! They have alot on the menu and also vegan choices. All the drinks/cocktails can you get without alcohol so it's also good for kids/families and people that don't drink alcohol!
The staff was really helpful and it was so good service.
We had to wait for 10 minutes to get a table but they put us on a list so it was easy fixed.
The volume was a little high the place (music and people talking) but not a big deal. Kinda pricey compared to other brunch places BUT for the quality and taste of the food, it was worth it!

Já tinha visitado o espaço no Porto. Lá adorei e aqui também. Tem uma óptima happy hour. Eu comi una croissants folhados com geleia de frutos vermelhos e manteiga de amendoim. Mas as panquecas que os meus amigos pediram tinham excelente aspeto.
As refeições são mesmo como as fotos que estão no Instagram !

It was with great pleasure that I finally found good barista coffee (quite hard to come around in Lisbon).
Service was very good and attentive.
What we were served however was a disaster. To figure that brunch gets served regardless of the time of day because it is pre-cooked, frozen and then re-heated was a big disappointment. The pancakes were not fresh, the bacon was impossible to cut and even if our food was served not even 5 minutes after being ordered (always suspect that) it wasn’t even warm.
Frozen food and plates not served hot: absolute no go!

Nous adorons cet endroit. Nous l’avons découvert tout d’abord à Porto. Et nous sommes très contents qu’il y ait aussi ce restaurant à Lisbonne. Brunch at Zenith was absolutely divine and truly amazing. There was barely any queue and we got a table really fast. The menu is incredible where you can go crazy for the brunch or go for something nice and more classy. I personally recommend the ‘Zenith egg Benedict” as it was probably the best one I’ve ever had. The servers are the nicest ever, shoutout to the guy serving us he was really helpful and kind. We had to rush to the airport within an hour so we had to eat quick; no problem! The food fast delivered incredibly fast, we were a group of 5 people and we were truly amazed by this service. In addition the wifi is Good too. Minor issue: parking, but then again, it is Lisbon we are talking about. 10/10!

Food was not good and cold. Eggs Benedict didn‘t have proper Sauce Hollandaise, salad was low quality and bacon was overcooked. The coffee, both espresso and cappuccino, did not taste good at all. Instead of a cappuccino we received a café au lait. Literally the only bad coffee we had during our stay in Lisbon. Staff was unfriendly, too. Place is highly overrated. Overall quite a disappointing experience.

DEMOGRAPHIC - WHO GOES HERE: I am an American from San Francisco and I came here with my local boyfriend who grew up in Lisbon (who would never come here w/o me). We are both in our 50's. Most people who were here were on the younger side and seemed like tourists, but a lot of Portuguese was being spoken around us so maybe some hipper/younger locals come here too or maybe Portuguese tourists. This place is written up and on the top ten lists of several breakfast foodie lists for Lisbon so it's pretty popular. There is another one in Porto.
ALL DAY BREAKFAST: I was aching for pancakes and egg dishes so was delighted to find this place which serves breakfast foods all day long, till 7pm. We didn't get here till about 4pm on a Sunday afternoon as we were being really lazy after sleeping in late. This was our first meal of the day so we were very hungry. The dishes were completely satisfying. 5 hours later I still feel full and satisfied. Surprisingly, the place was packed at 4pm and we were told we would have to wait for a table but we only waited about 5 minutes.
DRINKS: Another thing that attracted me to this place was they have cocktails! I believe in cocktails with brunch! Ironically, we didn't have any, but I would choose a place with a bar over one without one any day. The latte was beautifully crafted, hot, very strongly roasted coffee, just enough milk (somewhere between a cappucino and a latte in the states) and hit my tastebuds perfectly. My boyfriend had Kambucha (his first ever) and we both liked it very much (Coconut on the beach, one of 5 flavors).
FOOD: I ordered Eggs Zenith which was like Eggs Benedict but with crispy thin ham (lots of it) on top of the eggs and with sourdough bread, covered in nicely ripe avocado. I ordered extra add ons of sauteed spinach and mushrooms which were both seasoned very well. The place does not offer salt on tables, and I'm a salt-a-holic so I was a bit worried about this. However the food did not need any more seasoning to any aspect of the plate (not over salty either). Potatoes are not available on the menu as would be the case in most U.S. breakfast places, but I didn't miss them at all. The portions were hearty and I didn't need the carbs anyway. My boyfriend ordered a 'bowl type breakfast salad' which sounds wierd but wasn't. It consisted of sauteed mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and some other things including an egg on top of greens. It was savory and came across more like a warm dish than a salad. No carbs!
SERVICE: I thought the service was good, but not great. My boyfriend was annoyed that the server didn't bring his espresso right away after it was placed on the counter by the kitchen. He was busy chatting away with a girl and eventually brought it over. My boyfriend was trained in culinary and service arts and was not impressed with the casual attitude.
ATMOSPHERE: Red brick walls, minimalist decor, modern yet warm. Fairly loud, upbeat music. I would have preferred jazz but the music is aimed at the young energetic clientele.

Nice place but I wouldn’t call it one of the best considering how many awesome and less touristy places are around. The service was extremely fast which is a huge plus. However, this place is crowded and very noisy.
There is a big selection of different breakfast options: from simple toasts to salads. Coffee was okay, pancakes a bit dry and ... I’d say boring. I didn’t like the ice cream on top and unfortunately most pancakes had this.

O espaço é grande, com várias mesas e com um plus de podermos levar os nossos patudos, desde que atrelados.
Ao chegar à porta temos uma placa a indicar para esperar por mesa à porta. Ao espreitar para dentro do Zenith verifiquei que haviam lugares vazios sem nos virem receber ao sitio onde era suposto esperar.
Lá vieram até à porta e perguntaram que mesa queríamos.
Sentamos, e deixaram os menus...
Alguns minutos passaram e tivemos de ser nós a dizer que já estaríamos prontos a pedir.
Pedi uma panqueca de francesinha
Bacon, frango, queijo cheddar, ovo frito, molho especial de francesinha e cebolinho.
Para beber um sumo natural de laranja,
Sumo esse que voltou para trás por estar intragável, super azedo. Troquei por um caramel latte e este sim TOP
A panqueca de francesinha estava boa, mas, o molho, não tinha aquele sabor típico de francesinha. Ficou aquém das minhas expectativas.
Pedi também uns ovos Zenith :
2 ovos escalfados panados, servidos em tosta de pão de água com presunto crocante, abacate, tomate cherry, cebolinha, cebola crocante, molho hollandaise e salada ibérica
E para beber um golden latte (curcuma e gengibre)
Relativamente aos ovos Zenith achei que eram bons, tinha um pouco de presunto a mais e claramente o pão poderia ser melhor para o efeito e poderia estar mais tostado.
Relativamente à bebida estava óptima.
Para além do que já disse tenho de deixar mais um aspecto negativo o tacto dos funcionários para com o cliente. Não exigi muitas mordomias, porque não sou desse tipo de pessoa, mas acho que perguntar "já terminou?" antes de levantar o prato é um requesito mínimo ou não dizer "ahn" quando não se percebe o que o cliente diz...

I am French/Parisien and I am used to make a lot of brunch. And the quality of the bread, toast, French toast, pancakes is very low for the prices. I took Oreo strawberry French toast and salmon bagels.
The bagels bread was really hard to eat.
The inside look of the restaurant is beautiful but the food doesn’t match. Really disappointed.

Le Zenith est un endroit bien trop surcôté/hype mais la hype n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de la qualité du Brunch.
Nous avions pris 5 plats à 2 entre œuf Bénédicte, croissants, pancake et french toast, soit une addition de 50euros à peu près. À ce prix là, le pain n'est pas bon du tout.
Pour des français et surtout pour des parisiens qui voyagent beaucoup, nous avons été très déçu. En effet, prévoyez une queue de 30-40 minutes minimum dehors.
Une fois entré, le lieu est sympathique mais le courant d'air est toujours présent. En plein mois de Novembre c'est inadmissible.
Bref, un brunch cher, une grande queue pour une qualité de produit pas folle du tout ! Bien trop de hype pour RIEN comme nous avions pu nous en douter en lisant les commentaires.

Lively breakfast and brunch spot in a trendy part of Lisbon. Clientele were mostly arty type and tourists. Our waiter was a bit gruff but the others made up. Food was delicious, plentiful and attractively laid out on the plate. Juices are served in jam jars and big tables are shared with other guests. Quirky and fun. Worth a visit when in Lisbon.

Busy so we felt rushed through. Went to the location in Porto and it was a much nicer experience. The granola and yogurt is delicious, and my husband had the Francesinha Pancake which he loved. Good food but I think there are better spots for brunch in Lisbon.

“I miss NYC and a solid SOHO brunch” said no one ever in Lisbon. You may wonder how this fits into the Portugal food scape without insulting. I will tell you. While every waiter and waitress will speak English, and it will not be uncommon to see a table with their luggage beside them. This brunch spot is very Portuguese. Why? Well everything is done just a little better than you would expect. The carrots, in the beet hummus, have a freshness of just being pulled from the earth. The mushrooms taste as though they were foraged from a musty old forest.
In true Portuguese hospitality you will instantly know you are not in NYC or any other region of Europe because you actually feel welcome.
While you may have seen similar items on menus outside of Portugal Zenith is worth the trip to see how Lisbon does it... you will not be disappointed

An absolute must visit in Lisbon! We were lucky enough that we didn't have to wait but be prepared, this spot is popular! Everything was amazing and the staff were so friendly and polite! Go for the Francesinha or zenith pancake. The acai bowls are great and their coffee is fantastic. Two pancake dishes, 2 OJ, 2 coffees and an acai bowl was under €40. Highly recommended!

Bit mainstream and commercial (only tourists there, you get your food after 2 mins and are indirectly expected to leave soon thereafter to make room for the next), but solid quality. If you want good breakfast & coffee with more of a "soul", go to Fabrica nearby.

Great American style brunch place, with good eggs Benedict, pancakes and boozy options. Nice space and conveniently located near metro Avenida. I had the avocado Benedict, which was very tasty, with perfectly cooked eggs and crunchy country bread toast. You may have to wait for a table, but I haven't seen lines outside.

L'endroit est magnifique, le cadre est verdoyant ! Le service est très pro et rapide, et surtout les pancakes sont une tuerie ! (6,5€ pour info) On a testé que ça, mais je suis sur que le reste de la carte vaut le coup. Dès qu'on en sort on a envie d'y retourner ❤️

Very good place. Full of customers always. When a place is full is because it’s good.
Excellent food and superb coffee.
The only minor issue that I experienced is that service is so good that they take your plate and drinks from the table without asking you if you’ve finished. It’s if they’d like to kick you out of the restaurant so that the next customer comes in.
I sincerely recommend it, just beware that the servers don’t clean your table before you’ve finished your meal.

This place was awesome - my husband and I walked in on what should have been a very busy morning, but were seated almost immediately at a private table upstairs. Our waiter was professional, efficient and a great listener - he even brought me some hot water with salt and vinegar when I spilled some shakshuka on my shirt! The food was delicious, and the menu included some cool healthy options. I really enjoyed it and would come back. Thank you guys!

Social media trap for instagram influencers wannabe
I believe the people who leave good reviews for the food never got the chance to taste it, they only made an Instastory out of it.
We spent 4 days in Lisbon constantly raving about the amazing food until we found this place.
We came here for brunch and got a banana bread that was stale and tasteless and Zenith eggs which should’ve had poached eggs but they were poached for days and marinated in salt.
We gave the food back and they still let us pay full bill even after they asked us and we explained everything that was wrong with it.
But on the positive side you will get the chance to be surrounded by Iphones taking photos of very good looking, but tasteless plates...oh wait!
Never again!

Lieu très joli et chaleureux !! Nous y sommes arrivés à 9h (heure d’ouverture) donc nous avons pu avoir une place rapidement mais le monde est vite arrivé par là suite !! Des produits de qualités, et délicieux ! Bon rapport qualité/prix ! Personnel souriant et agréable !!

Très joli décor et assez tendance mais il y a certains points à signaler quand même ; nous étions 4 et nous avons tous commandé des œufs Bénédicte qui sont normalement pochés mais là ils étaient vraiment trop cuits ; nous l’avons signalé de suite mais il n’y a eu aucun geste en retour ; ceci étant la spécialité du restaurant je trouve cela incorrect ; faire de la pub tous les jours est une bonne chose mais il faut assurer ensuite...

breakfast options varies from pancakes and toasts to tapioca "bread" and more surprising options. we enjoyed breakfast so much that we came back for sangria later that day!

Nice buzzy place. The food took quite a while to come and was fairly cold when it arrived. Ordered the eggs zenith and the bagel my wife ordered was not toasted which was really dissapointing.

One of the first places me and my Girlfriend visited in Lisbon and it was amazing.
We were seen to very quickly, really great food and staff were really efficient and friendly for how busy and booked up the place was.

Dizem que são dog friendly mas quando entrámos e perguntámos se podíamos estar com o nosso cão ali, disseram-nos que somente no sofá de espera é que os animais podiam estar. Obviamente viemos embora e não tencionamos voltar. Não vou pagar por um brunch para comer numa zona de espera por mesa.

Place and staff are great. Food is nice and prices are ok. Our only remark would be that the banana cream on the oreo pancake is definetly made with aroma which is a shame as it could be 100% better with real banana.

Siamo stati in questo locale dall’aria hipster per colazione. Sebbene abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno 30 min prima di poterci accomodare (buon segno, vuol dire che è molto richiesto), direi che ne è valsa la pena. Hanno un menù salato e dolce molto vario e le porzioni sono veramente abbondanti. I dolci che abbiamo provato erano belli carichi e buonissimi.

Great food, the eggs Benedict were delicious! It is a little crowded but well managed and we didn't have to wait very long (10/15 minutes). They have blankets outside in case it gets a little windy making it very cosy!

Love love loved this place.. we came on a Sunday at around 11:15 and luckily were able to be seated right away.. the service was very fast and friendly.. the food was amaazing... I went with my husband and 2 kids.. we tried the eggs Benedict, the zenith Benedict, the bacon and egg pancake and the Oreo pancakes and all of the dishes were delicious .. good coffee too.. .. highly recommended!!

The food is not worth the wait. The fresh orange juice is watered down. I ordered the eggs Benedict with bacon: eggs were hard, bacon was cold, avocado old. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Worst food we had in Lisbon. Service mediocre, too long of a wait.

Decent brunch place. We got our food extremely fast, which was a surprise for us.
The eggs Benedict are ok, but nothing mind-blowing.
Having said that, they do have a large selection on the menu - including breaded eggs Benedict (something I haven't even seen before!).
All in all, a good experience, worth paying them a visit.

Superbe lieu pour aller bruncher, la qualité des plats est au rendez-vous !
Le temps d’attente est correct, et les serveurs sont dans l’ensemble attentif aux demandes.
Nous avons pris 2 plats salés et et 2 desserts pancakes, attention ces derniers sont copieux.
N’y allez pas en étant pressés, le restaurant est réputé et connu, le temps d’attente peut donc y être de 15 à 20min. Mais pas de panique une personne note l’heure d’arrivée de chaque client pour accorder une table en fonction de la « file d’attente ».
Je vous le recommande !

Great atmosphere, vibe and coffee. Food was OK but you could tell there were a lot of shortcuts made to deal with the large volume of covers. (e.g bread pre toasted and now hard and cold, eggs pre poached, prosciutto pre fried and dishes only warmed but hot toppings) not a deal breaker just took away from experience.

Very good! The portions are huge and I wanted to have everything on the menu! Unfortunately I only had space for the Zenith eggs and they were so good! (Pictured) The place got very busy while we were there we came around 9:30 and got seated directly. But when we left there was a long queue waiting for a table.
I will be back next time I am in Porto!

This guy with the bracelet on his ankle was so rude that killed our whole vibe.. the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly but this guy... oh my god had an attitude... other than that the food was good but a bit crowded. And there was a queue to pay and only 1 register...
