Wonderful cork shack and hosts. Loved spending time relaxing there. Only thing was next door have some dogs which can be rather noisy at times.

We stayed here for just over a week and had a really relaxing time. The shack was a perfect size for two people with large comfy bed, lovely ensuite bathroom and well equipped kitchen - all spotlessly clean. The site is only a short (approx 10 minute) drive to Castello De Vide, Portagem, Beira and Marvão which we visited mutiple times, with some great cafes, bars, bakeries and phenomenal views across the area. There is also a large Supermarket close by which came in really handy. It was also possible to walk right from the site into the forest and connect with some well marked walking routes in the area and get to these towns on foot. Sitting outside the shacks and next to the pool we had views across the valley. The swimming pool is a good size and like the shacks gets the sun from sunrise to sunset.
