Loved the food here last year. This time the tropical salad tasted a bit more bland, and it had such hard nuts I couldn't bite through them. Fairly good juices.

Very well presented and tastefull food. Nice consept restaurant. Staff is very nice, the cook recommended the chicken sandwich with yogurt sauce which is delicious.

Perfect location for a delish healthy lunch. Arrived to find out there was a beautiful rooftop area and the food was AMAZING. I'm not a big salad person but omg was it delish. Perfect views, perfect food, great wine and awesome staff. Lingered for longer than I should've with a couple glasses of wine just enjoying the view. Highly recommend!!!

Espera de mais de 45 minutos, com entrega de comida a mesas que chegaram depois do meu grupo, sem um pedido de desculpa pelo atraso.
Pedi uma salada ibérica que vinha cheia de torus/talos de alface, incluindo aquele pequenino do fim da alface; algumas folhas de alface ainda vinham com bordas já podres.
Serviço de limpeza das mesas fraco: a minha mesa tinha cocó de pássaro seco.
Preço demasiado alto para a péssima qualidade da comida e atendimento.

Ich bin zwar kein sooo großer Salatfan aber die Kreationen hier sind einfach großartig.
Die Sandwiches sind auch gut aber ich empfehlen hier wirklich Salat.
Auch für einen Sundowner auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen ist The Woods eine top Adresse in Faro.
Der Service ist gut und die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung.

Unfriendly staff. Once I got to the rooftop the two staff did not greet and were chatting at the balcony. I ended up having to serve myself. Served food without cutlery had to ask for it twice. Male staff member had bad attitude. Shame because it’s a nice venue.

Didn't overly love the food, seemed to have great potential going in, looked fresh and light but......
Meat (pork and tuna) in the salads was overdone, took over half an hour before drinks came out and another 45 min+ before food came out.
When went to pay, was almost short changed after she asked if had some change to make it easier.
Was pretty disappointed. Gets 2 stars as the kids sandwich was alright, and my gallons of dressing on my salad was good, but wouldn't recommend go elsewhere, get better for cheaper.

It's a promising menu but poorly executed if the salad I had is anything to go by. Over cooked tuna, uninspired Teriyaki dressing, overcooked broccoli that was boiled when it should of been grilled, wilting salad leaves. The potential was real but it was a let down in the end.

The Woods is an interesting place in the Portuguese landscape. Most restaurants will serve meat or fish/seafood. The Woods is a salad restaurant that is using fresh ingredients to build several combinations both veggies as well as with eggs or ham if required. They also served fruit and veggies juice. For two persons a dinner each with a large salad bowl and a glass of health drink we paid 21 euro before service. Good healthy value for money for salad lovers.

There was no staff for almost 10 minutes when we walked in, and then when we did get our order, we found a caterpillar in the salad! The staff member did not make us pay for our meal, and prior to finding the bug we thought it was delicious but it's hard to turn back from finding that in your salad.

A comida é boa, mas o atendimento deixou à desejar. Staff sempre conversando muito alto e usando conversas totalmente fora do contexto do trabalho como palavras sexuais. Na área da cozinha em cima e a garçonete totalmente com a cabeça não sei aonde mas não no ambiente de trabalho. Pedimos uma prato sem croutons devido à alergia ao glúten e quando já estávamos comendo, vimos que havia glúten ( croutons ). Tivemos um dia longo e cansativo e esperamos chegar em Faro pra comermos lá pois a comida é boa. No fim perdemos totalmente o apetite devido as coisas que escutamos. Gostei muito do restaurante e menu em si. Mas os atendentes poderiam ser mais preparados para clientes que não podem comer glúten e outros alérgicos e também dar um bom atendimento e melhores resultados para ambiente. Precisa melhorar o atendimento ou os atendentes, uma vez que há mais reclamações sobre isso e respeitarem um pouco mais os clientes. O espaço tem tudo pra dar muito mais certo.

Adorei comer aqui.
Tem imensas opções saudáveis, desde sandes a saladas, com bebidas espetaculares e diferentes de todos os outros restaurantes.
Para além da comida ser extraordinária e rica em sabores, as doses são enormes (no meu caso daria para duas refeições)
Recomendo a salada feita pela própria pessoa, que funciona do seguinte modo:
1. Escolha da base (mix de alface ou massa);
2. Escolha de ingrediente premium (como tofu, seitan, atum, salmão, frengo...)
3. Escolha de 4 ingredientes (como feijão frade, queijo mozarella, queijo, queijo fresco, ovo, grão, brócolos, pimento, tomate...)
4. Escolha de molho e "topping" (existem vários molhos e como "topping" podem escolher sementes de sésamo, sementes de abóbora, de chia, mix de sementes, avelãs...)
Recomendo a 100% que experimentem

Precioso lugar para comer en la ciudad portuguesa de Faro, también tienen la opción de take away. Muy recomendable la ensalada Faro, sirven gran cantidad de producto, todo muy fresco y a la vista. También los jugos detox, probamos el de fresa y el verde y estaban exquisitos. Los sandwiches son muy abundantes y es una opción para que coman los niños. Cuentan con silla para bebés.
En la parte superior tiene una terraza con hermosas vistas y donde se puede comer.
Mi única recomendación sería colocar un cambiador para bebés en los baños ( o al menos en uno) ya que no cuentan con él y resulta incómodo si tienen que cambiar. El café es muy rico y recomendable. Volvería sin dudarlo!!

Super nice roof seating, nice staff and good food at a rather high price. You pay for the view and that is what the atmosphere is like as well. But since there is a well known fast food restaurant next door, it is only the terrace that separates the location from a much cheaper option. And of course the food, but that doesn't justify the prices either.

Went here tonight and ordered the pork salad and made it clear to the waitress that I was gluten free and asked that the croutons not be added the dish arrived full of crotons when I sent I back I was offered a free coffee as an apology and charged for the meal sorry but a cup of coffee if not in the same price bracket as the dish

Saladas e sandes deliciosos e em porções generosas, sou cliente! Porém, estive na semana passada perto das 17h , o restaurante estava vazio e os funcionários divertiam-se reunidos ao lado da cozinha, assistindo vídeos com volume super alto no tlm, enquanto riam e falavam entre si como se não houvesse ali mais ninguém. Não se importavam em nada com os clientes (apenas eu e meu marido) à espera. Conseguiram tornar o ambiente desagradavel. Nos sentimos dois intrusos em uma festinha de amigos.

I was very disappointed by going in this place because the reviews were very good. I took a smoked salmon salad but it was tasteless and full of water. The whole salad wasn't good at all. However sandwiches looked amazing.

The quality of the products was really poor. The feta cheese was not chewable, the salmon had no taste. My boyfriend got his drink right away and I had to wait for 15 minutes. I never write reviews but we chose this place based on the reviews, so I hope that my review will save you from a trip to mcdonalds afterwards...

Saladas FABULOSAS na qualidade e quantidade (experimentei uma de barriga de atum grelhado que era muitíssimo boa) e umas sanduíches também espetaculares.
O preço? Uma agradável surpresa.
Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis.
Quando as saladas envolvem cozinhado (como é o caso da que referi) demora um pouco porque é feito na hora.
Além do mais a vista da varanda é lindíssima.

Very fresh and delicious salads! Besides the amazing fruit juice, you should definitely try their teas! The service was friendly, not so fast, but it was nice sitting in the rooftop, watching the sunset in the harbour:) The clientale is really young and hip, the prices are very good for this quality and quantity! Even my boyfriend felt full after his salad. The atmosphere and interior is just stunning, there's a lot of work in it, so tasteful. I would recommend this place for people craving something healthy but tasty!

Заведение ориентировано на свежую, полезную, здоровую пищу. Огромное разнообразие салатов - порции просто огромные! Чтобы насытиться вам достаточно будет заказать 1 салат или 1 сэндвич. Цены достаточно высокие, но это заведение не типично для Португалии и думаю, что в Фаро у них нет конкурентов в этой нише. Местоположение очень удобное - возле набережной порта, сидя на террасе второго этажа, можно любоваться на яхты.

The salads are freshly made with fine ingredients and well balanced. The size is large, so evento though you're eating a Salad you won't be hungry (for sure). The fresh juices and the view over the docks are tão nice extras. I still need to taste the sandwiches, which seem promising as well

The food itself was good, we ordered sandwiches (veggie and salmon), which were enjoyable. To share we had a veggie salad, which was a bit of a disappointment because it didn’t really taste like a lot (dressing was sparsely added - we could only taste the oil).
All in all good fresh food but not really an explosion of taste.

Lovely place, really beautiful views over the marina. Restaurant was really generous with the dressing and nuts too! Not too overpriced either. Smoothies are more like milkshakes and unfortunately the service was slow, we had to get our own menus even after asking and had to chase down condiments. Lovely cider - served with cinnamon and orange. Worth a visit if you're in the area looking for a quick lunch with nice views.

No forum fomos bem recebidos pelos empregados porém, nas nossas saladas havia folhas completas de alface, grandes, do tamanho da palma de uma mão.
Torna o prato feio e dificulta a refeição.
As nozes estavam rançosas, o tomate cherry deveria ser cortado pois rebola a cada garfada na tentiva de o apanhar.
O sumo de limão hortelã era intragável.
O conceito é bom mas tem que ser trabalhado para agradar mais público pois não se adequa a todos os gostos.
O empretamento tem que ser melhorado.

Best detox juice i have ever tasted in my entire life! Also, try the apple-cinnamon tea but before you drink it, smell the goodness of the cinnamon stick in it...THE BEST TEA EVER!
AND THE BEST PART: The incredible views over looking the water-side. Make sure you sit on the rooftop so you can enjoy the lovely sunshine and watch life go by.

I picked up a veggie sandwich and strawberry mango milkshake for takeaway, as I was in a hurry to catch the train.
The sandwich bread was brown and seeded. It was super tasty, the filling was very fresh and lovely. It was very natural and every vegetable was fresh. Would have been nice to have a sauce a tiny bit to add some custom flavours. :)
Loved it overall and would definitely buy again.

Service was terrible. The guy at the rooftop was quite rude. No one was paying to us any attention. Food was ok. Aperol Spritz was not ok.

I don't like paying for salad outside. It's really easy to make at home. However, their salad was totally worth it. I had a chicken salad. The portion was just wow, could barely finish. It tasted really good. Quick and friendly service.

Beautiful snack bar with a nice roof terrace from where you can look at the airport, sea and marina. The sandwiches are fresh and handmade and so are the really well-tasting juices and smoothies. A really friendly young staff and good prices in addition make it a just perfect place!

Depois de esperar 1 h depois de ter sido feito o pedido de 3 saladas, perguntámos em que ponto de situação estava o pedido. Só aí é que o empregado de mesa foi à cozinha e veio com a justificação de que 2 saladas estavam prontas, mas que num faltava um ingrediente(atum) e que só trocando o ingrediente. Se havia falta de ingrediente para fazer a salada deviam ter avisado logo e tentando resolver a situação. Mau serviço, má organização, quer do serviço de cozinha como do serviço de mesa. No final quando fomos pedir a conta reclamamos e reagiram como se nada tivesse passado. As saladas são boas, mas nada de especial para o preço cobrado. O atendimento e cuidado com o cliente é pessimo. Não recomendo, nem volto.

When I first looked at the reviews of this place I saw salads and was put off. I then walked around Faro for an hour looking for somewhere else to eat. Then I cam back and ate an incredibly delicious and filling salad. Should have come here first!

Esperei 15 min para ser atendida, a comida demorou tanto tempo a chegar que até a vontade de comer passou. Staff nada simpático, sobretudo a rapariga de óculos que estava na parte de baixo. A falta de organização é impressionante! Última vez que cá ponho os pés. Não recomendo!

Die Location und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sind top. Der Service und die zu laute Musik waren aber leider nicht sehr toll. Wir mussten uns selbst eine Speisekarte holen und saßen dann 20 min vor unseren leeren Tellern, während die Kellnerinnen mit ihrem Handy und reden beschäftigt waren. Schlussendlich wurde uns dann gesagt, dass man zum Zahlen hinunter gehen muss. Da hätten wir uns die Warterei sparen können!

J'y suis allée 3 fois, leur natural detox est très bon et abordable, leurs salade aussi était bonne, il y avait presque trop d'ingrédient et pas assez de salade. Très bon accueil. Personnel sympa, disponible. Les prix sont corrects et la nourriture est bonne. Évidemment ce n'est pas de la gastronomie typiquement portugaise mais c'est simple et bon. Si vous montez sur la terrasse, vous aurez une superbe vue du port et vous verrez des cigognes.

Unfortunately, I give such a low rating for restaurant employees. It looked like they were on holiday instead of working. It's unacceptable that I ask for more than once about the menu. And the same at the end when I wanted to pay. I waited at the place of payment over 10 minutes. And next to the cash register sat four ladies from woods Ignoring me. Finally, one of them moved, contemptuously.

Offers sandwiches, salads and juice. They are all fresh and tasty and with a portion you wouldn't expect. You can see as they create your meal which is dependable, but that also means you will have more fresh air at their rooftop terrace with a view to the marina.
The only con is that MasterCard wasn't accepted only Visa (?!)

Haben hier je einen Saöat gegessen, dieser war eigentlich sejr lecker. Leider war aber in einem eine Assel, kann ja passieren, aber die Reaktion der Bedienung, als wir es ihr zeigten, war schon speziell. Sie meinte der sei vom Storren gefallen und sie würde einen neuen bringen. Als wir verneinten ging sie und das Thema war erledigt... Schade ansonsten wäre es super. Denke auch die Sandwiches sind super.

20 minutes to get our drinks while the restaurant was almost empty. The staff is cold as ice, no thank you, no welcome, not even a smile or a look. We had to leave before our meal arrive (1 hour of waiting for 2 salads, are you kidding?). Worst place where we've been in faro.

Rustic bread, tuna, iceberg lettuce, onion, tomato, egg and mayonnaise sauce"
and it was the best sandwich I have ever had in my life and I have eaten a lot of sandwiches. I can't remember the cost and I don't care. Absolutely delicious and fantastic service too

Boa localização. Staff difícil de avaliar tendo em conta a rotatividade. O serviço tende a demorar em dias mais cheios e principalmente no Verão, no entanto posso afirmar que no geral é aceitável.
O menu é maravilhoso, desde as saladas, passando pelas sandes e acabando nos sumos naturais.
Devo realçar a simpatia do gerente.

This place does really, really nice sandwiches. I ate here and they were patient with me paying them, because my card wouldn't work with their machine or the nearby ATM. I had to walk a few minutes up the street to use a different ATM to pay them, but they were very relaxed. The food is very good and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed.

Good natural, homemade fruit and vegetable juices. Good salads, though a bit too much vinegar in the dressings to be really tasty. That is, if you ask to have enough dressing to dress your salad so you can taste it... A tendency to be too generous with the croutons, which turn soggy in just a little while. Have been here only once. Good healthy option in the middle of the city. It mainly offers salads and sandwiches. My husband and I took 2 salads both very good and fresh ingredients (Little Italy + The Greek). I took juice number 7 but did not enjoy the taste. We did not try the sandwiches but they looked very tasty and rich. Seating available outdoor and also an upstairs terrace (where there is also a bar). AC available in the bottom floor. The staff rather impolite and not really helpful, unfortunately. They even tried to charge us 4€ extra, luckily we noticed.

Salads are AMAZING. Food here is really tasty. Sandwiches look fab. Drinks have a good kick, so treat yourself to a lovely juice with them.
