Desloquei-me para anulação de um contrato por motivos que expliquei de força maior. Não houve ajuda na resolução do problema e mandaram-me ligar para o 16990. Após 30 min ao telefone onde passei por duas pessoas onde dei a informação toda e onde me pediram inclusivamente o email para enviar a documentação, por fim passaram-me a uma ultima pessoa que me iria transmitir a forma de cancelar o contrato. após passarem para essa ultima pessoa, a mesma perguntou-me o que queria, ao qual respondi que já tinham a informação toda. Passado 5 segundos desligou a chamada. Tentei pedir o livro de reclamações, tendo recebido a informação das funcionárias da loja , que teria de ter gel desinfectante, uma caneta minha e luvas, pois mascara já tinha. Como eram 17:55 e a loja fechava às 18:00h, já não tive tempo de deixar a reclamação de um péssimo serviço.

Worst company I had to deal with ever! Be very careful before you do a contract. Everything is easy at the beginning but when you want to stop the service after your contract is finished they make your life impossible. They asked me to send a letter!! Which century do you live in?! I stayed in the phone for more than 2 hours to connect to technical team to be able to register my equipment after more than 2 years of having them, just to be able to cancel. I have never experienced such thing!!

We should boycott this company! False advertising, poor customer service, rude staff, hidden and hidden fees ! It’s a shame that such a company is not banned.. don’t use them

The people who work there are terrible. They have bad attitude even don’t know how to treat a customer. I request you people to visit any other shop of NOS instead of this. Thanks!

Tried to top up my phone there during opening hours (13h on a weekday), and found the store locked from the inside. The employees were hiding in the backroom, which I know as one of them accidentally came into sight and then jumped away trying to hide. I assume my presence as a customer wasn't welcome during their extended lunch time. Had to walk another 45 mins to find a store where people were willing to do their job.
