Todo foi perfeito, o gerente é muito simpático, me ajudou para saber que ônibus pegar para o air bnb.
Tem muita paciência.

Endroit un peu compliqué à trouver. Cest a l'intérieur d'uneparking souterrain au niveau -1. Nous avons payé 13euros pour déposer 2 valises entre 3 et 7h. L'employé est sympathique!

This storage place freed us up to explore Lisbon for one more day before our evening flight. The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable. The location was convenient, as it is not far from the Baixa-Chiado metro station. Recommended!

This place is super accessible once you find it! Go to the mezzanine in the shopping plaza. Reasonable prices and Henry is kind and helpful.

Top Service und sehr freundlicher Inhaber, dort läuft alles problemlos ab, bei Bedarf kann man auch drucken oder das Internet benutzen. Auch die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

リスボンで荷物を預けるならココ！かなりお奨めです。長期預かり€25/weekはネット上で調べた限りこのあたりで最安なのではないかと思います。
私は10週分お金も払って預け、最終的に8週で荷物を引き上げましたが、その際、預けなかった期間については払い戻し対応してくれました。但しお店にいつもオーナーが居るわけではなく、また当然バイトの子は払い戻しする権限がありません。払い戻し希望など特別な用事があり、お時間がない方(引き取り時に払い戻ししたい場合など)は事前にオーナーへ相談をされる事をお勧めします。
電話はもちろんのこと、WhatsApp(LINEみたいなアプリ)からも直接オーナーに英語でメッセージをを送れます。営業時間中にしか連絡を取ったことはありませんが、返信は早い印象です。
(Googleマップに登録されている番号でWhatsAppのアカウントを持たれています。)
荷物預かり場所は広く、写真の場所以外に別のフロアを持たれています。別フロア(恐らく中長期預かり用)は何部屋かに別れていて、それぞれの部屋に鍵が掛かっており、部屋を開けた時にサイレンが鳴る仕組みになっていて、非常にセキュリティがしっかりしています。
また何も夏でも涼しく、荷物の温度の心配はありません。
オーナーもバイトの子も親切で、とても印象が良いです。また荷物を預けることがあれば、必ずここを利用します。

Sérieux et pratique. Nous avons eu recourt à leur services et nous avons été satisfait. Le dimanche la galerie est fermée donc il faut passer par l'entrée de garage. Le personnel attend dehors et n'hésite pas à vous interpeler. Vous pouvez avoir confiance !

It was difficult to find out the place little bit. There is store on the SS floor. Staff is friendly. We can take the luggages with cheap prices. Also we can print the boarding pass for 0.5€. it i really useful

Excellent service after a lot of changes to our itinerary and many messages. Our bike boxes arrived a week before us by courier and there was no problem receiving or storing them.

The mall was closed when we arrived, but the luggage storage manager was waiting on the street with a flyer clipped to his pocket to help us identify him as he approached us.
We didn’t have a reservation, but he walked us down the ramp to the first level of the parking garage where his office is.
He was Super Friendly and helpful, and had our luggage checked in ASAP, as well as confirming he’d be there when we returned 4 hours later.
We got there 30 minutes early, and he was already there waiting for us, and was just as helpful getting us checked out.
Great service, super easy, English speaking, highly recommend!

A lifesaver! 6,50€ for the day meaning we could leave our big heavy suitcase and explore town. The main entrance was closed on Sunday but Henry met us in a minute.

In March I was visiting Lisbon and wanted to store my luggage for a few days because I was leaving for Holland briefly and did not want to bring all my bags. Since the hotel I was staying did not want to be store my bags, the Luggage Store at City Centre was recommended. I stored my TV and another baggage and was really pleased with their service. The manager even waited after a couple hours after closed of business to accommodate me, because I was arriving late and needed to fly out the next day. This service was very gratifying and I want to just share this with anyone looking for a place to store their baggage while in Lisbon.

Go through the front entrance, turn sharp right at the coffee stand & take the lift to floor SS. The shop is directly on your left hand side as you exit the lift. Henry found us wandering around & guided us to the store! It's reasonably priced, well staffed and very convenient. We've now used it twice & it's an excellent service in a v busy city. Obrigado Henry!

É stato facilissimo incontrare il posto, a due passi dal centro. raggiungibile a piedi o in metropolitana. Vi consiglio in particolar modo questo centro perché la persona che ci ha ricevuto é stata molto gentile. Ci ha offerto un buon servizio.

Situé au 2 étage d un bâtiment. Très pratique quand vous avez besoin de déposer vous bagages en attendant votre location ou avion. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin à l'intérieur, wifi, eau,... Paiement en espèces. 2 valises cabine garder durant 4 heures 13€.
Résultats un peu cher mais ça dépanne bien.

Not easy to find, it's inside a shopping mall that is attached to a hotel. It's on the second floor to that mall that you access by an elevator. Upon arrival I was told I cannot pay by card and only cash. There's no difference between 3h and 7h, it's still the same price. However, I rated it 4* because the staff was friendly and helpful,plus the location is unbeatable.

Storing our luggage here was super convenient and couldn’t have been easier. The location is right next to the elevator exit in the mall - if you’re looking at rows of blank doors, you’ve gone to the wrong side of the building. Only caveat is if you have heavy bags, plan on taxi or other transportation to get there and to your next destination. The closest metro station is a bit of a walk away at Baixa-Chiado.

Needed a place last minute to store my luggage while changing Airbnb’s and didn’t want to walk with my luggage for 4 hours. Called up this place and was told that they could store my luggage. Great place and I’d recommend to anyone. Is very safe and convenient and very affordable and the owner was very friendly.

Great little service.
The shop is easy to find - the building is located exactly where google maps has the pin, and then there is a sign for the luggage shop in the entrance so you know you are in the right place. Go up the lift one floor to 'SS' and the shop is just there next to the lift.
The guy running the shop was really helpful and nice.

The location is superb though our taxi driver confused it with another place. It's only 2 minutes walk to metro chiado-baixa but we stayed aroubf alfama area and we had no choice but to take a taxi to the luggage place. Taxi fare is around €10 if you come from alfama area.
Service is superb as the owner really very helpful and friendly. He offered us free water while we wait and there's free wifi.
The only drawback is that the place closed at 7pm so those with late flights will not be able to deposit the luggage longer than that. Price per luggage is €6.

We were happy to leave our luggage Luggage City Center. Concvenient location if your in chiado and/or Biarro Alto! We called Henry sunday morning and could drop off our laggage 30 min later. Great service!

I was happy to leave my luggage with Henry. It was a Sunday so I emailed on Saturday to check and I'm glad I did because he is closed on Sundays but for an extra 5euros he will arrange to meet you for out of hours storage. Henry was there on time as agreed and I never worried about my very large bag. Thanks Henry

we used the lockers at rossio staion when we arrived in lisbon in the morning but had some trouble opening them later, a v helpful member of staff at the station had to ring someone to sort it out, so we were a bit nervous about using them again when going for our flight, also they get full quickly
on our way home we used the luggage at city centre service and found it really convenient and easy, friendly chap who was going to be there til 7pm

Great location just by Praça Luís de Camões on the first floor of the Espaço Chiado Shopping Center. There is an elevator and escalator for any heavy suitcases. Henry was very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. He looked after our 3 bags for the day for a simple price of 6 euros per bag. Highly recommended!
