Nice house but Seashells performance was extremely poor I’m sure that we were the first tenants following winter closure. Seashells disputes our assessment but we believe that there was no proper pre visit due diligence check if the property. The cooktop, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hot water boiler and pool heating all failed upon arrival and one of the toilets also failed Some items were temporarily repaired but the quality of the appliances made subsequent failure inevitable for dishwasher and hot water boiler. The freezer and pool heating (supplementary charge imposed at €30 per day) never worked resulting in very disappointed young children and ice cream soup (again disappointed children and rotten seafood-grumpy adults) The failure of the appliances was one very disappointing aspect but it was the behaviour and attitude of Seashells staff that was most disappointing. Rather than focusing upon proper planning to eliminate such problems, prompt repair and apology the Seashells staff simply wanted to argue the point and self justify. We asked for the manager to call on 3 separate occasions but never received such a call We have yet to be offered a satisfactory compensation Will never use this group again and recommend that others be very wary that they could suffer with the same outcome Premium prices for less than ordinary service

This is our 3rd visit to Apt Valerie. As always we found the Apt clean with plenty of electrical facilities eg washing machine etc. It is in an excellent location.

It was great to collaborate with Seashell, they really made our holiday a wonderful experience. Very attentive, prompt responses to any questions from the first contact til we left the property. Very discreet service during the stay but always available when assistance was required. Villa Raymar is is an outstanding property to stay at with amazing views of the coastline. Definitely recommendable.

We stayed at Villa Fairway Vilamoura We were a group of 6 adult couples and we booked the villa for 10 days in September this year. When we arrived all seemed good till we went downstairs to the 3 bedrooms there , it was damp and musty and the walls are peeling , our rooms had mould growing on the walls and furniture . We had to open all windows and doors to air ,the downstairs showers don’t work properly and the rain showers are broken and one of the ensuites the shower tray was cracked in 3 places . They did come to fix by mastic on the tray and a new duckboard and cleaning the mound ( but as it was broken as soon as you step on the tray it will crack ...the musty damp walls and smells the cleaner said she tells Antonio but he does nothing and the tray too ..Antonio Says no one told him of these things previous ..someone is lying ! At least 3 showers heads and mould on them too as did the sink tap . I would seriously worry about legionnaires disease in these but when we told him that he just poo pooed it ! The kitchen oven is rusty and filthy ..fridge is broken ..patio doors are cracked with sellotape stuck over them... toilet seats broken . The house is uncared for and the photos were taken ages ago . The pool heating was knackered as it was boiling for 3 days so had to be turned off-then it gurgled and spluttered for the rest of the holiday . We were refunded the pool heat money . the electricity frequently cuts out so the fuse has to be flicked on , I’m not sure if that’s usual in Portugal or not . We had maintenance out 7 of the 10 days we were there. ...2days they were there all day .. The water heating broke whilst we were there so we had a night of cold showers but that was fixed the next day . They need good maintenance as they frequently have to come out to resolve things breaking , leaking or conking out . We paid €5900 for this luxury villa ( which is far from it ) We have been given €250 compensation for our troubles... this equals €25 per day ...divided by 12 people 2 euros ..what an insult . Sea shell villas manager Antonio was very flippant and tbh could not give a rats arse ...the communication when he did finally answer was after we left because he sent other people round to try to smooth over how bad the villa is whilst we were there . They originally offered us 150 euros off the pool heating for our troubles. Shan’t be going back and wait for his reply to this ..which will no doubt blame us or some one else .

We have just returned from the most fantastic family holiday staying at Villa Esmeralda. The pull for us in picking this Villa was how beautifully presented and decorated it was and the fact it had 5 en suite bedrooms. No one was stuck with the dud room here as they were all absolutely amazing. Well, when we arrived we were blown away.... the photos really dont do it justice. There was also a freshly baked madeira cake waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch. The fully equipped high end kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we made good use of the substantial bbq and enjoyed quite a few relaxing nights alfresco dining in the gorgeous outside space. The cinema and games room was an added bonus with english TV and netflix available in the main living room. Each room had a hair dryer. The location of the villa was on a lovely estate of upmarket and pretty properties and right next door to the up and coming Vale Do Lobo. There is a woodland footpath that leads from the villa to Vale Do Lobo which took us around 30 minites to walk or litterally 5 minutes in the car. Vale Do Lobo is a 5 star luxury golfing resort and was very pretty. Lots of huge and interesting properties and a complex of lovely seafront restaurants. We ate at Monty's and La Terrazza and I have to say La Terrazza is probably one of the nicest italian meals I have ever had. Monica's restaurant is just outside the complex and we had a lovely meal there, however it is pricey. Vilamoura was 10 -15 minutes away by car and Albufeira around 25 minutes. We also ventured to Lagos (55minutes away) which was very quaint and pretty, stopping off by a beautiful cove on the return. There are a number of supermarkets within minutes drive of the villa. Pingo Doce was the nearest. We stocked up on breakfast items and bbq meats and salads for the evening meals we wanted to enjoy in the comfort of the villa. I would also recommend Wild Fire at Vilamoura. Very tasty food and excellent atmosphere. In all Villa Esmeralda was perfect and quite honestly one of the best villas we have stayed in. We will most certainly be returning!

Seashell were amazing. 24/7 contact. Arranged taxis for us at a night time as many firms couldn't find the villa. Very helpful. Called us during our stay to make sure everything was in order. Very happy with the service.

we have just returned from a fortnights holiday in villa raymar in santa barbara de nex where do we start first of all the villa is magnificent very modern fantastic views spotless clean and spacious there was 6 of us 3 couples we all had our own space when needed we have been holidaying in villas for 20 plus years 15 in the algarve we have stayed in some lovely villas but i must say villa raymar is best of all now the service seashell algarve property management have been superb nothing was to much trouble everthing ran smoothly from booking to arriving i must also mention the gardeners they where lovely very polite and spoke perfect english all in all this made our holiday perfect once again a big thank you from all 6 of us

I would have given this villa 5 stars based on the property itself and the beautiful complex overlooking the golf course, however there were a couple of things that let it down. Check-in was Not a smooth process - there was no one there to meet and greet on arrival, and we were told when we phoned Seashell that we should have contacted the emergency contact number to get the code to collect the keys and remote. The staff at Palmyra knew nothing about Casa Jaya - they just seemed to be maintenance staff. There was only one remote for the gate, and we weren't given a code to open the gate, so if we went out separately we would have to call for someone to meet us at the gate to let us in. The directions to find the property once in the complex were not straight forward, and there were no numbers on the doors from the basement parking. My sister and brother-in-law drove around in circles trying to find the villa and then the parking. There was no "manual" inside the villa to explain about local facilities, emergency contact numbers, suggested restaurants, complex rules, bins, etc. The kitchen we felt was poorly stocked - we arrived after my sister and had to bring our own tongs from home to use on the BBQ (these were left behind by mistake when we checked out!). To have little things stocked in the kitchen like dish washing liquid and pepper makes a difference - you don't want to have to buy all of these when you are only there for 4 nights. Extra serving bowls, etc for salads would have been good for when eating at home. We have a 4 year old, so most of our dinners were eaten at home. The master en-suite was the only bathroom that had a bin, the downstairs bathroom shower head wouldn't stay up, the cupboard door in the master fell off when my husband was putting his clothes away and only one of the main lights worked. The cupboard door in the 2nd upstairs room didn't open enough to use the drawers. The aircon unit in the basement room dripped terribly when turned on, so we didn't use it. It's not to say we wouldn't return to this property again, I just think it needs to be maintained better. The cake and bubbles were a very welcome touch, and the pool nearest to the golf course was perfect. We were there from 6-10 September so the pool was quiet - most of the time we were the only ones there.

The large villa is very well maintained and equipped. The photographs do not do it justice. Our family had a fantastic time and thoroughly recommend you give it a try. The admin staff communicate very fast and straight to the point. An easy 15/20 minute walk to the marina. I cannot think of anything negative to say.

Stayed in a villa near the Aquashow in Quarteira. The guys at Seashell were fantastic. Had a few things in the villa that needed attended to and received same day or very early next day service. Really added to the holiday knowing we had Seashell availsble if required. Outstanding!

We recently stayed at Villa Jorida in Albufeira and it was our first time in a villa, and it was the most fantastic time we ever had. The villa had everything we could ask for. The SeaShell team are amazing, the booking staff, the maintenance team, the cleaning team and they were efficient in replying to emails, answering calls, and met all my requirements. I certainly will be using them in the future!

Bonjour, Nous avons logé dans cette villa au mois de juillet 2018 Les points positifs: -Super villa pouvant accueillir un grand groupe de personnes (nous étions 12 adultes et 8 enfants (dont 4 bébés) -Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain,ça c'est génial! -les chambres sont très bien isolés -le personnel de la villa répond très rapidement à vos besoins via numéro d'urgence (possibilité de communiquer par whatsapp très bon point positif) -rapidité de réaction lors de différentes demandes (exemple:nous avions besoin d'un lit bébé et le soir même la dame est arrivée avec un lit bébé) -Possibilité d'avoir une femme de ménage tous les jours(elle nettoie bien!) -nombreux jeux et DVD à disposition pour les enfants! -Villa au calme sans voisinage Les points négatifs: -Pour une aussi grande maison, nous trouvons qu'il est indispensable d'avoir une personne physique pour nous accueillir et pas faire self check-in car au fur et à mesure de notre séjour nous découvrions petit à petit qu'il y avait des choses cassées(exemple vitre de la cheminée, certain ustensiles de cuisines....) manque de parasols autour de la piscine!il y en avait juste un et il était cassé -Manque de pression dans les robinets de douches de certaines chambres -Piscine très froide 23° (donc nous avons fait appel au service de maintenance pour qu'ils viennent activer la pompe à chauffer.150 euros!il est bon de le savoir!) -Maison adaptée pour un grand groupe mais attention aux enfants car pas de sécurité autour de la piscine et salle de jeux à l'étage (près des immenses escalier donc risque de chute pour les enfants) -Ustensiles de cuisine pas toujours très propre et fonctionnels(il faudrait les renouveler de temps en temps). -Certain lit comme dans le pool house pas très confortable. -La villa est assez isolée c'est bien est pas bien à la fois car obligation d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer Mais sur un point de vue général, je vous la conseille car elle est vraiment magnifique!

Would definitely recommend Dalia apartment big spacious spotless clean and fabulous balcony view just few minutes walk from the beach supermarket just around the corner and few minutes from the bars restaurants etc nice and quite area ..

We were a group of 11 persons, all family. We had travelled to Portugal to celebrate the 60th birthday of twins in the family. Our stay at Villa was the highlight of our trip. The villa was so spacious, clean and comfortable with every conceivable luxury and comfort anyone could need. We had plenty of parking space for 2 large vehicles and the short walk to the local beach was through bush land trails and most enjoyable. The villa was fully air conditioned and provided comfortable living both indoors and outdoors. We were able to lounge by the pool, enjoy alfresco meals, or more formal meals inside. The downstairs area provides many single beds for younger people complete with a games room and garage with table tennis and a bathroom. Our host was extremely helpful with any enquiry, and the written instructions regarding the Villa and nearby facilities was very comprehensive. When we experienced a drama of two of the family leaving their passports behind, Antonio and all of his staff were very obliging and took extra time required to find the documents and liaise with us to forward safely, and quickly to us, then in Spain. A wonderful place to stay.

Seashell rents our property, Villa Vista, since 2018 Working with Seashell is really very satisfying! Management and employees are always at our disposal. Staff is available even on Sundays, and able to solve problems quickly. Follow-up of interventions are also monitored professionally. Organization, accounting and reports of location activity are clear and delivered punctual. Being away from our property is never a worry as we can trust their professionalism. When we come back to spend our vacations in our house, we find our property in excellent conditions: Clean interiors, fresh towels, beds done, garden mowed, pool ready for use, just as good as costumers find our property every time it is rented. Seashell is everything we need to enjoy Vila Vista immediately after arrival, I recommend Seashell to anyone who wants to manage property rentals. Thank you!! Extraordinary villa in a beautiful location. Safe neighborhood, great security presence. Beautiful estate, quiet and out of the way. All facilities worked as stated, and the owner even brought our group cake as a welcoming present. A nice touch.

hier wordt je niet serieus genomen. villa gehuurd voor 14 personen. er was 1 koekenpan en 3 wijnglazen. koelkast in de keuken was kapot. De oven en de elektrische kookplaat konden niet samen aan want dan sprong de stroom eraf. zwembad was niet schoon en op de pergola, enige plekje waar je schaduw had, zat geen dak. dit is pas op dag 4 van onze 7 daagse vakantie opgelost. 1e 4 dagen veelvuldig moeten bellen met onze contactpersoon waar je helemaal niet mee bezig wil zijn in je vakantie. kinderen lopen hun voeten kapot bij het zwembad. we zaten in Villa Panoramica. afrader!!!!

Just home from villa Lopes in Portugal, supplied by Seashell property management team. This is the second time I have used one of their properties, and again I have not been disappointed. The villa as advertised by their photographs looked fantastic, and when we arrived it was everything we expected and more. We were given the keys at the property as soon as we landed, and their rep. was always on hand if needed and gave us all the information about the area we required. The villa itself was an easy 10 minute walk from the busy Vilamoura marina, where a great selection of restaurants and shops can be found. We had a fantastic time at Villa Silva. We were a party of 13 people, 12 adults and 1 child. The villa is stunning, we were really happy when we arrived at how nice the place was. After running round inspecting everywhere we found there was ample space for everybody, the rooms were clean and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. We made full use of everything, we had a little bit of rain so the games room downstairs was brilliant, we had a real fun day down there playing pool and listening to music. The only thing I would say and this wasn't a problem and didn't spoil our holiday is that the outside areas could do with a little bit of a clean and spruce up, perhaps hose down the floors and the chairs and table as they were a little bit grubby but other than that everything was perfect. We had a great week and will no doubt book to go back again. Many thanks to all the team at Seashell especially Ana who was on hand for anything we needed all week.

We have been renting for holidays a Villa in Loule for 2 months , and I MUST SAY that I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY to have this professional staff TO LOOK AFTER OUR HOME WHEN We AWAY . The staff fixed anything very well and quickly . All people are helpful, smiling. 1/ we were a little bit worrying to put a deposit before our arrival … BUT ALL WAS PERFECT 2/ We get a rental contract 2/ The house was clean and ready for us , we get the instructions to get the keys and Marco drive us to the house 3/ every little things that can be wrong was IMMEDIATELY FIXED and repaired 4/ the staff was wonderful BRUNO- MARCO –– ANTONIO – LUIS – the gardener staff ….. We stayed at Villa Hera for 1 week at the end of September in a party of 8 adults. The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable furniture & beds, spacious and the pool area is perfect. We all loved it and were sad to leave. There were a few ants at times around the jacuzzi but nothing that worried us and not a problem at all. Prior to the holiday, the managing agents replied to emails promptly and were very helpful. Bruno showed us around the villa on arrival to make sure we were happy and the information folder on the villa was informative and very helpful. Our holiday in Villamoura was perfect and we loved staying in this villa.

Nous avons loué une villa pour la période hivernale du 01 Octobre au 30 Avril. Notre recherche était compliqué car faite pendant la pleine saison. Antonio a été très réactif et nous avons pu réserver en moins d'une semaine. Une fois sur place, son équipe qui est compétente et sympathique nous a aidé à l'installation. Je vous conseille cette agence.

Booked a villa in the Algarve for a 60th birthday. However, the ADVERT WAS MISLEADING. There were a number of issues with property including BED BUGS, ANTS, BROKEN FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES. LEAKY TOILET WASTE PIPE ABOVE THE POOL TABLE IN GAMES ROOM. DANGEROUS SHOWER DOOR AND ELECTRICS THAT KEPT BLOWING. PROPERTY WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE. In short - HOLIDAY RUINED!!! The management company knew about these issues and did nothing to address them prior to letting. I will never book with this company again - my advice...always use an ABTA or ATOL registered company.
