코임브라 여행에 필요한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 하지만 직원은 코임브라대학, 수도원을 오가는 버스가 있는데도 걸어서 볼 수 있다며 이 정보를 나에게 가르쳐주지 않았다. 당신이 리스본이나 포르투를 생각하며 언덕길을 걸어다닐 수 있다고 생각한다면 코임브라는 훨씬 힘들다고 경고한다. 꼭 버스를 타겠다고 버스정보를 알려달라고 하기 바람! 마지막날 포르투갈어를 못하는 나 대신 택시를 불러줘서 고마웠지만, 버스 못타고 졸라 힘들게 걸어다녔던걸 생각하면 너무 열받음!

Very disappointed with the service. I asked where the bus to Fatima was going from as online it stated Coimbra Central (train station) rather than Coimbra Bus Station. The reply I got was that it was at the bus station and they both the same and that Coimbra Central actually meant the bus station. She even rang a number and then stated that again it was the bus station. We casually walked to the bus station and noticed that there was no information at all. Had to ask a random driver about the bus to Fatima and he stated it was back at the train station. We had 15 mins to get back to the train station with two suitcases in the heat of the day and had to run back and ask a newsagent for the correct information! Thankfully we made it but that was only because we like to get to places early. Just DON’T give information as 100% if you don’t know for certain. We nearly missed our bus.

The costumer service is really good, the people there do all they can to let you know what you need to know, from where to go, what to visit, how to get there. They also give a map of the city with descriptions of the main attractions and if you need the bus schedule they will also provide it.

No pudieron antenderme, esperé un buen rato y tuve que marcharme, muchísima gente.

The person was too busy to look up from her computer to really help us. We asked about a specific guide map and even showed her a photo, she just shook her head and didn’t tell us where we could find it. She then gave us a map with info in Spanish not English. We asked about visiting wineries and/or a wine map of the area. She just pointed to the Spanish map he gave us. Terrible experience.

Friendly and helpful staff! They even offered to look after our luggage whilst we explored the city (we stopped in Coimbra on our way from Lisboa to Porto) and gave us some insider tips regarding the university^^

남자직원이 대학교와 도서관 가는 길 잘 설명해줬으며, 버스타는 법을 물었더니 시간표 및 버스노선표를 보여주며 정류소 위치도 알려주었다. 맞은편에서 작은 버스를 타면 대학교 및 도서관까지 편하게 갈 수 있음. 버스가격은 1.6유로인데 버스안에서 이어폰으로 설명도 제공함.

Office de tourisme froide, le personnel certe parle français mais très froid... On nous a donné une carte en nous disant voilà les numéros sont des visites en revoir. Pas aimable. Aucune information sur les visites etc...
