A éviter absolument !!! Le personnel n'est pas à l'heure. Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre le français . Il font payer des suppléments à l'arrivée par rapport au prix de départ. J'ai eu un accident de voiture dans lequel je n'étais pas responsable (confirmé par la police), ils m'ont quand même prélevé 1500 € de caution qui ne m'a jamais été remboursé !!!!!!! J'ai failli raté l'avion de retour parce que le personnel était encore en retard alors que j'avais payé un supplément pour que le gars soit présent car le vol était en dehors des heures d'ouverture. Bref c'est une arnaque !!!!

We hired a vehicle from LocalCars/Millenium Cars in April 2019. As I hire vehicles regularly from Faro Airport we take out our won Insurance & do not purchase the full insurance from the Hire company. On returning the vehicle I was told that I had damaged the car on the underside of the bumper bar. When I looked on the underneath of the bumper bar there were at least 5 marks, where paint had been removed, stretching along the entire underside of the bumper area. The Car Rental agent spotted a small graze and said that, as it was not marked on my hire document, I must have caused the damage during the hire. I argued with the agent that none of the damage on the underside of the bumper bar had been identified on the rental agreement & the fact that I had collected the car at 1.00am in the morning when it was dark, I should not be expected to see the underside of the vehicle. Despite my protests the agent insisted that I had to pay for the damage as I had provided my own Insurance rather than take out the full insurance offered by his company. As I was waiting to leave to catch my flight (now less that 1 hour before take off) I offered to pay €50 which would have adequately covered the cost of repairing the scuff, but he stated that this would not cover the cost as the vehicle had to be returned to be main dealers (Skoda) for repair. To be honest I found this laughable as the car had clearly not be returned for the repair of the other marks which were actually a lot worse than the damage that I was supposed to have caused. I therefore had no other option but to pay the damage & then claim it back from my Insurance company, as otherwise they would have withheld my deposit of €1500 and I could have missed my flight I would plead with other users NOT to use this company.

Cette agence est vrqiment catastrophique. Le personnel n'etait pas à l'heure pour l'accueil, ni pour le retour de la voiture. Nous avons failli raté notre avion. Et surtout ils nous ont arnaqué de la caution de 1500 euros qu'ils nous ont prélevé mais pas rendu. A eviter absolument!!!!!

Hired a car from Olhos de Agua. Gave me a broken car seat for our baby. When returned they accused me of breaking it and charged me €50. Putting babies lives in danger. Do not use!

Nous avons louer par le biais de notre aire de camping-car qui d'ailleurs c'est occupé de tout et RAS tout c'est bien passé. La voiture était quasi neuve. Merci

Nous sommes vraiment déçus. Nous avons rendu la voiture en temps et en heure. Il n'y avait aucune remarque, ni incident. Cependant, à notre retour en France nous avons été déçu de voir que l'agence a prélevé 20€ (paiement d’autoroute) alors que nous n'avons pas du tout emprunter l'autoroute. Nous avons pris que la nationale. C'est vraiment pas correcte car il peuvent débiter votre carte bleue après votre départ.

We had an excellent experience. Arriving Faro no shuttle bus or queuing at the counter. Car was perfect and the staff very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our trip and the great little new car we got. All perfect

The whole experience with this company was smooth and easy. Our holiday was made better using these guys rather than a larger company, when I called I spoke to a real person and she was really helpful, the car was delivered at our holiday villa. The staff seemed experienced, sensible and knowledgeable. . Highly recommend and will use again next time without a doubt.

zeer onbetrouwbaar! we kregen onze €150 borg niet terug ze doen alsof ze nergens vanaf weten. trap er niet in dit zijn oplichters!!!! Dont rent a car ! they wont give youre €150 back! dont trust them these are thiefs!!!

awful company, do not trust them. old bad quality cars. try and charge you for cleaning and damage that was already there.

Didn't have any troubles because I rented a car with their full insurance. But this is a tiny local firm, not very reliable to be honest; fuel policy is unfair (I consider full-to-full as the only one fair policy - unfortunately they don't offer it); and based what I've seen - never rent a car without full insurance - they will always find some small graze made by a stone(which you'd never find) and let you pay for it. The whole car rental industry in algarve looks poorly, especially comparing to Spain. I suggest to use some bigger, normal and reliable european company at Faro airport, if possible.

Wij hadden een dag van tevoren al een auto gereseveerd. De dag dat we de auto gingen huren bleek dat wij de auto niet mee konden krijgen omdat, we geen 27 zijn. In de algemene voorwaarden staat een minimum leeftijd van 25. We hebben een hele dag gepland met de auto en nu valt deze dag volledig in het niks. Ze kwamen ook niet met een enkele vorm van een oplossing of excuus.

Très, très désagréable !!! que cela soit au départ comme au retour. Aucun effort de compréhension en français comme en anglais, et la pire était la responsable d'agence. Elle nous dit qu'elle est portugais donc parle portugais ! Aucun sens du service et le minimum d'échanges et ils n'ont pas tous dit bonjour !!! Nous voulions faire travailler les locaux et éviter de passer par notre grand hôtel, qu'elle erreur ! Agence à éviter et à bannir !!! Location groupe C du 11/07/2017 au 14/11/2017

Uitstekende service en prima kwaliteit auto. Personeel zeer behulpzaam. Zeker de moeite waard om van hun diensten gebruik te maken en om de algarve te verkennen. Wij hebben 2 keer drie dagen een auto gehuurd. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

We recently hired a car from your company in Albufeira and would like to compliment the company it was a pleasure to deal with them, the car was delivered to our hotel on time by a very helpful young lady who explained all the documentation and offered us a lot of advice regarding places to visit etc. and explained what to do at then of the hire period. Overall a trouble free and pleasant experience, we would highly recommend this company to other travelers

This company will rent you a terrible car then blame you for its condition, they unlawfully charged €950 on my credit card and failed to provide reason up to the moment. Stay away and rent from a well reputed company you will save your money and get better service.
