Luz car were fab in meeting our needs and agreeing a great rate for the duration. I would use them again and will recommend them to my visiting friends and family once we can travel safely again. Análise: Not sure why a lot of people gave bad reviews. Was very sceptical about going with them at first due to the cheap deals they were offering and the reviews. I reserved and paid for a car about 2 months ago and registered for the Key n Go service. Upon arrival at Faro airport I paid for the fuel deposit and picked up the car without any problems. We had a windscreen problem and the following day they asked us to bring the car to the nearest location to exchange vehicules which was in praia da rocha. We exchanged severals time using whatsapp to get papers for my insurance. They always replied even few weeks after we left. Pour une location de 50 euros je me retrouve à payer 100 euros de plus. On ne sait pas trop pourquoi, ils n'explique pas bien et à la fin vous avez une belle surprise.
