Netjes opgehaald door shuttle en bij kantoor moesten we nog even wachten voor de auto. Inleveren ging heel vlot en weer terug met shuttle naar airport gebracht.

des voleurs il n'y a pas d'autres noms pour les qualifiés, j'ai payer la location de la voiture le jour de la prise le 24/07 avec la carte bleue de la personne qui m’accompagnai; le 31/08 quel est la surprise que je vois sur mon relevé de compte , ils se sont servis de l'empreinte carte bleue pour refaire un règlement de cette location du 24/07. j'ai lancé une procédure via cartrawler, ils ont l'audace de me dire que ce n'est pas eux . GROSSE ARNAQUE , ils m'ont volés via une empreinte bancaire 147.60€

Organized a car to be dropped off at 12:30 pm today. Email confirmed that location was ok. Was contacted via email as they received two bookings rather than one. Confirmed only one was needed. No one showed up. Attempted contact via email and phone for two and a half hours until alternate arrangement could be made. Over 10 calls attempted to number listed on website and on this google map page - just rang out - no option to leave a message. Tried email to addresses that had emailed me as well as via website. Eight hours later still no reply. Very disappointed. Missed appointment that I had given myself hours to make. Cannot recommend at all.

This was the worst experience ever in all my years renting a car. I was charged €600 for a mark on a tyre and faded paintwork over a wheel rim. I was told that if I didnt agree this payment the €2100 held on my credit card would not be refunded. I was told that due to one tyre being damaged there was a requirement to charge for 2 tyres, while both were new.Faded paintwork is not a dent or a mark. I had photographed marks that were on the car, so it was a total shock when these items were pointed out. I would love to add photos of this perceived damage however I cant add on this review. While I had my own car excess insurance it put a damper on a great holiday. I could not compliment the Portugesse enough however my experience with this car hire company would not be something I would wish on anyone and I would give them a wide berth.

Very rude woman there. Very bad markings. Fraud at the end of the trip to Portugal. Fatal last impression. Avoid!

It's all lies and false promises. Booked online as they displayed American Express but once there they said they don't accept it. Insisted on a 3,500 Euro (Excess) credit card payment, but again not mentioned on the booking or confirmation so cost an extra 100 Euros to get that down to 1,000 Euros.! I hate being mugged.

Once again this year Great holiday in Algarve driving one of your cars. Great service! Keep up the good work.
