10 days with 4 friends, round trip through Portugal. The van decent, everything what you need for cooking included. Sleeping was okay for 4 people. Of course you cannot expect a hotel bed! I don't understand the reviews complaining about that they gave you a van to sleep,you can see many pictures during the booking process of your desired vehicle. They took us from the airport and even brought us to our desired hotel afterwards! Good service and communication!

Ils vous louent un van pour dormir alors qu'ils ont des problèmes de série sur l'aménagement du lit : une table sert de lit... Peu accommodants : ils vous font appeler les commerciaux qui essaient de vous faire accepter leurs conditions. Grosse entreprise qui cherche l'argent avant l'entière satisfaction de ses clients. Voici la carte collée sur le bureau et au mur de l'agence de Faro !

Camper war okay. Bremsen durch darum gabs ein upgrade, was sich als downgrade herausstellte. Aich beim anderen waren Bremsbeläge runter und schlafen konnte man kaum auf dem wackligen Tischbett. Ev war das End of Season das Problem.

Really helpful staff. Process was efficient. I suggested the van should have floor mats in driving area, reduce moisture and contain dirt.

We booked a camper for the whole family and loved our “Indie” during the 3 weeks. Service was great, pick-up and drop-off no problem at all – they even had kids entertainment. The introduction was good, the equipment onboard was sufficient. It was a great time and perfect service.

Even the pick up from the airport was in the middle of the night it was absolutely no problem! The explanation of the camper and everything around it was perfect. We had a great vacation afterwards!! I can absolutely recommend to rent a camper there!!

Fuimos 8 días de Faro a Lisboa y tuvimos un viaje increíble!!! Nos hicieron un upgrade a una caravana mejor de la que habíamos pagado y era mucho más espaciosa! Totalmente recomendable para un viaje en pareja, dormimos cada noche en playas increíbles y fue una experiencia única!

We rented here a camper for our portugal road trip. From the order to the pickup, the instructions, to the dropoff, everything was perfect. The car was in a very clean and good condition. Equipment like in the description online, we even got a free barbeque grill with coals on top for free. We also took the cleaning service package, so you don't have to worry at the dropoff. The indie campers hotline is very friendly, helpful and very professional. The price is maybe a little more then some compettetors but therefor you get this exceptional service.

Op onze 10 daagse rondreis door de Algarve een sporty campervan gehuurd. Zowel het ophalen als het terugbrengen met gratis shuttle naar de airport verliep uitstekend, goede communicatie! We hebben genoten van de reis en camper, mede door de afmeting, uitstekend te manoeuvreren door de binnensteden. De camper was goed uitgerust en schoon. Voor herhaling vatbaar! Terrible experience! We got scammed by IndieCampers - even though we purchased the best insurance policy that's suppose to cover any damage, this small dent that appeared on our van was charged on 800€ on us! We couldn't believe it! We got charged as it was broken or all torned off. Also, the van kept spilling water inside a lot, some of the van equipment didn't function properly forcing us to not being able to shower in the van for some days and the van smelled like a sewer for days.

It was just a great experience. Recommend! The van was equipped with so much thought for the detail. Very friendly and reliable staff. Thanks for the airport transfer!

We are very disappointed, that we have to remove the sevage of the previouse users. For this high price it's tragic. The ned isn't a real bed, it's on a table.

Good online support before booking and very friendly local staff. Camper was clean and in good condition. They give a very good explanation on how everything works before leaving.

Very nice staff in the depot. Lots of advice about travelling in a van. Online support is different though and doesn't answer emails for weeks. The van we rented was in great condition - a Mercedes with one big bed for two people. Check that the waste water tap is closed on check in though - we didn't and accidentally leaked some.

Don‘t go Indi. Selten so ein Enttäuschung erlebt. Meine Freundinn und ich sind 16 Tag mit de Camper durch Portugal gefahren. Der ganze Innenbereich war stark verschmutzt. Wir Mussten zuerst mal alles selber reinigen. Auf dem Geschirr konnte man teilweise sogar noch Essensrückstände erkennen. Aus der Dusche kam gelegentlich ein übler Duft wärend dem fahren raus. Trotz mehrfacher leerung des Schmutzwassertankes wurde es nicht besser. Der Kühlschrank stank zwei zimlich unangenehm und er war noch gefüllt mit einer gelben klebrigen Flüssigkeit. Hoffe es war eine Fanta. Am sechsten Tag ist er dan noch aus der billig angefertigten Halterung geflogen. Das Wlan wo wir für zusätzliche 40Euro mieten mussten war am 2 Tag Defekt. Als wir dan, nach einem grösseren Umweg, ein neues Wlan in Lissabon bekommen haben und dafür einen halben Tag verlohren haben, ging es keine 24 h und das zweite war auch Defekt. Ladet euch lieber ein Datenpaket fürs Phone runter, was erstens billiger ist und dazu noch funktioniert. Alle Camper die wir in der Station sahen waren von aussen etwa gleich stark verbeult und ungepflegt. Am Amaturenbrett lief mal irgend ein Klebrige flüssigkeit runter das bis jetzt anscheinend noch niemand gestört hat. Ich war schon in ganz Europa auf Montagen und hatte schon viele Mietautos für Einsätze vor Ort gemietet und egal was für ein Auto ich mietete, noch nie musste ich mich eklen. Doch es gibt wie ich herausgefunden habe immer ein erstes mal. Meine Freundinn und ich sind echt nicht heikel wen es um Schmutz geht und ich lebte dazu noch Jahrelang in einer Männer WG, aber dieser Camper war teilweise auch für zuviel des guten. Schon am ersten Tag sagte ich zu meiner Freundinn das ich nicht glaube das der Indi-Camper 16 Tage überlebt da er einfach schon zimlich verbraucht aussah. Am zweitletzten Tag ist er dan stehen geblieben und wir haben vier Stunden auf Hilfe gewartet. Durften dan in ein Hotel was Indi bezahlt hat, aber nicht teurer sein durfte als eine Tagesmiete des Campers. Haben am nächsten Tag leider einen Ersatzwagen gekriegt der den ersten Camper sogar noch übertroffen hat. Wir waren per mail mit den Verantwortlichen in Kontakt und die haben so zimlich alles runter gespielt. Es gab lediglich auf eine über 2000Euro teure Rechnung, 150Euro Entschädigung zurück und 40Euro fürs nie richtig funktionierende Wlan. Unsere Fazit: Portugal ist ein wunderschönes Land das ich jedem epfehle zu bereisen. Auch die Portugiesen selber sind herzensliebe Menschen. Doch wir würden lieber auf einer Parkbank schlafen und dafür sogar noch paar Euro bezahlen als nochmals eine Nacht in einem Indi-camper zu überleben. Erläuterung zu der Bildergalerie. Bild 6: Mit einem Feuchte-Tuch unter den Füssen über den Innenboden gelaufen. Das wo ihr sieht waren nicht unsere Füsse die Sauber waren sondern der Boden von Ekel äähh sorry Inidicamper Macht NICHT den gleichen Fehler wie wir!

Furgo de 4 personas que permite estar de pie. Bien equipada (cocina con nevera, WC químico, ducha y dos camas dobles, ropa de cama y menaje de cocina que incluye cafetera y todo lo indispensable) en buen estado y limpia. Buena opinión para conocer Portugal

Buena experiencia, hemos recorrido Algarve y Alentejo durante 7 días 4 amigas y hemos disfrutado de nuestra casa andante. La furgo está muy bien equipada (ducha, WC químico, menaje de cocina q incluye cafetera) y las camas son amplias, nos hemos quedado con ganas de alargar más el viaje!

Très belle expérience. Bonne disponibilité de l'équipe avant, pendant et à la fin. Départ et arrivée à Faro. Pris en charge à l'aéroport. Nous avons opté pour le van Urban car envie de pouvoir passer partout. Confort minimum mais suffisant. Bref tout s'est bien passé on a rien à redire sur le service. Nous saurons vers qui aller quand nous souhaiterons à nouveau partir en van. Encore merci pour tout.
